• Armands (10/5): - Everything was very good, very beautiful view of the ocean and Adeje. The villa was very clean and well furnished, the outdoor area is great with a large terrace and a good heated pool. The villa is equipped with an alarm system so you always feel safe. Shopping centers, beaches and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive. Thank you Nolan Group for the professional service from start to finish. The construction noise that is happening right above the villas was a little disturbing, but we were warned about it in advance and expected it. The kitchen equipment could also be improved a little (pans, knives, spatulas).

• Nick (9/5): Really enjoyed our week in the villa! - Amazing villa with superb views and facilities Hosts were fantastic and always available to answer questions - prewarning of the ongoing construction work was appreciated, and actually didn’t affect the stay too much at all Cable / satellite TV would be beneficial Needs a full size mirror! Not always easy to get a taxi, and it is quite a walk into town, particularly to get to the nicer areas like Del Duque

• Zoe (9/5): Great stay, just a few simple items missing. Would definitely recommend to all. - The property was a lovely open plan lay out, 3 spacious rooms and open plan downstairs. Pool was nice and heated, comfy sun loungers. Location was decent, it was around a 5-10 minute drive to most places we wanted to go. Not much to criticise, there were no kitchen scissors which was annoying and no full length mirror but other than that was good. It was hard to get a taxi from there so had to use Uber a lot which was expensive. Could easily get a taxi back once in town though.

• Nicola (10/5): Will defo return, beautiful villa with amazing views, really enjoyed our stay. - There was someone outside waiting when we got there, check in was so easy and easy to find villa. The property was beautiful and spotless, with amazing sea views and amazing sunsets. It was really spacious for family 5 The hosts where great messaged us to check everything was ok and didn’t need anything and they left everything we could need, washing tablets for washing machine and dish washer, all cleaning and washing up liquid, toilet rolls and bin bags ect so there was nothing we needed to buy 💯 recommend this villa, We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There is only one recommendation for a full length mirror please.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent premises with seamless communication between myself and staff via WhatsApp 10/10 - Wonderful layout and included everything a family might need I may add that a few small things could be added to improve the overall experience; - a full body length mirror at least somewhere in the whole villa, currently the only mirrors are in the bathrooms and aren’t full body which isn’t ideal when on a holiday which would usually be a time you’d be dressing up nice to go out, therefore I think this is a must and should be integrated into property where possible! -maybe some complimentary small bottles of water for guests upon arrival, considering the local climate is quite hot, especially for a lot of your prospective guests arriving to your property. These above things I feel would truly elevate the stay just that one step further!

Bedrooms are stylish and beds are comfortable. Villa in quiet area but 5 minutes drive to shops, bars, restaurants. Easy parking outside villa highly recommend Nothing loved the villa

The house was amazing, good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Overall the stay was amazing and will definitely be staying in the villa again!

• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - Great villa and very pleasant staff. Be careful, very clean windows. You may not notice that the door is closed =) The warm pool was great. At some point, the pool began to make strange sounds - but everything was quickly resolved. You definitely need a car to stay here. There are good places around to have a dinner in the evening. Not very comfortable beds. (that's whay only 9, not 10) The bottle of wine was as the gift (and some other snacks), but we couldn't find a corkscrew. Solved the problem with a fork and knife. ;) I am 100 percent sure that host would have provided it to us if we had asked
• Cristina (10/5): OUTSTANDING VILLA ! - A very nice villa with an amazing view over the city and ocean. The villa had nice interior and we felt welcomed. The garden was outstanding and big. We enjoyed laying at the big sunbeds during the day and we enjoyed the heated pool. The area is quiet and safe. Private parking space. Villa was very clean. The villa gave us a relaxing holiday since everything was perfect and we enjoyed staying in the villa almost all the time of our holiday. The surrounding area is nice for a walk. We had a small issue with our keys during our stay and called the company. They came within 8 minutes and fixed the problem … very very good service ! We will definitely be back … The beds could have been better. There was no chopping board and no sharp knife in the kitchen. We bought the two items ourselves so it was not a big problem.
