• Gerard (7/5): Mooie locatie, heerlijk bed en mooi uitzicht op zee - Locatie Het was heel lastig het appartement te vinden. Ook erg onduidelijke uitleg om warm water te krijgen. De email was in het Grieks en niet te vertalen. We hebben telefonisch contact gehad wat moeizaam verliep. We hebben de eigenaar niet gezien.

• CRISTINA (10/5): Terrazza sul mare per tramonti fantastici: una vacanza rilassante - La posizione fronte mare con terrazzo e’ favolosa. La sera ci si addormenta con il rumore del mare: fantastico! L’appartamento e’ leggermente defilato dal viale principale dove ci sono tutti i locali lungo il porto, ma proprio per questo e’ ottimo, rimane tranquillo. I proprietari sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili per ogni nostra necessita’. Una bellissima vacanza in un paesino carinissimo e con buone taverne e bar per aperitivi o cocktail dopo cena. • Joanne (9/5): We enjoyed everything about our stay here and would stay again if the opportunity arose - We were looking for a quiet relaxing place to wind down for 6 days and we found it at the Seaside Apartment. My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the morning, having my coffee and the only sound I could hear were the waves 20 meters away. The location was perfect - very close to the village where there is a mini-market and numerous good restaurants. 10 minutes walk there is a sandy beach. Agios Nikolaus is a good starting point to explore the southern part of the Peloponnese. Our hosts were wonderful, warm and hospitable, and cared about our being comfortable. They welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Because we were there for 6 days, it would have been nice to be provided with beach towels and to have had the towels changed once during our stay. It's important to know that throughout most of the Peloponnese (not the hosts' fault) the tap water is not drinkable. Therefore you need to have a lot of mineral water on hand.

Very good equipment, could have stayed longer Would be good to have the apartment name showing somewhere as it took us a while to find it

• Jo (9/5): Superb - Fabulous location right by the sea and really close to the main harbour and restaurants. Warm enough for winter and very happy with my second stay here. I will be returning for sure. There was a heavy storm whilst I was there, with trees blown over the road, but the apartment was secure and it was really atmospheric watching the sea. The locals cleared the whole area very quickly with a tractor the next morning too. All good
• Jo (10/5): Excellent, beautiful location by the sea - Exactly as stated. Right on the sea with a large terrace. Very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely bathroom and shower. Fantastic location with a short walk into the village and harbour. I will definitely be back to stay.

• Apostolopoulos (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location sort walk in to the town. Very small apartment. Round table for four people but only one chair. No cooking utensils in the kitchen. No toiletries, toilet paper or any paper towels.
