• Maria Palma (8/5): Bel posto - La location molto bella con un giardino ben curato ed una bella piscina, buona la colazione. La ragazza del pomeriggio è molto spassosa. Si prende l'auto per andare in spiaggia ma c'è un parcheggio. La signora della mattina disponibile ma troppo formale.

• Egon (10/5): Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen: - Eine sehr schön renovierte Villa inmitten einer großen Gartenanlage mit tollen Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Telefon und Internet nur über WLAN möglich. Ansonsten kein Empfang.

• Terry (10/5): Assolutamente da rifare! - Il nostro soggiorno al Primavilla Relais è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, é davvero molto accogliente, con un’atmosfera rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, perfetta per una piccola vacanza. La struttura offre un voucher che comprende posto auto e ingresso giornaliero presso il lido Torre San Vito a circa 500m dal Primavilla. Inoltre é presente anche una bellissima piscina con idromassaggio accessibile ai soli clienti. La colazione è stata una delle sorprese più piacevoli: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschi di ottima qualità, servita all’esterno con vista sul giardino. Anche lo staff merita una menzione speciale: sempre disponibile, cordiale e pronto a consigliare al meglio ristoranti e luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Consigliatissime le fantastiche omelette di Marianna a colazione e i “Fabiana - Spritz” per l’aperitivo. Impossibile non citare le piccole pesti della struttura, Zara e Sfera, che tra coccole e fusa hanno reso ancora più speciale la nostra permanenza. Non vediamo l’ora di vedere nuovamente i vostri piccoli musini! Ci siamo sentiti ben accolti dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Il Primavilla Relais è senza dubbio una struttura che consigliamo a chi cerca comfort, relax e un servizio impeccabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci! Troppi pochi giorni...

• Domenico (10/5): - Ottima posizione, struttura ben attrezzata. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad andare incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Molto comodo e piacevole l'accesso privato alla spiaggia. Decisamente consigliato.

• VIKTORIA (10/5): Рекомендую. Мы бы хотели вернуться еще раз. - Отличный завтрак, готовят омлет, йогурт, фрукты и выпечка. Персонал очень гостеприимный. Помогали с бронированием ресторанов на ужин. Советовали что посетить в этой зоне. В отеле выдают ваучер на пляж - входит парковка для авто и 2 шезлонга и зонт. Пляж отличный! песок, чистейшее море. Так же здесь можно пообедать. Есть туалет, кабины для переодевания и душ за доп плату. Единственное что не очень понравилось, но это не имеет отношения к самой вилле - это дорога на пляж. Очень узкая автодорога и идти по обочине не совсем комфортно. Но на авто это ровно 2 минуты и парковка бесплатная для гостей.

• Katia (9/5): - Villa antica circondata da un bellissimo giardino, a pochi passi dal mare. Pulizia impeccabile, colazione buona e notti fresche e silenziose. A due passi da Gaeta e Sperlonga L'hotel ha il parcheggio, e anche la spiaggia — raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto — dispone di un proprio parcheggio, oltre a lettini e ombrellone compresi nel prezzo del soggiorno.

• Teresa (10/5): Maravilhoso! - A simpática de todos os funcionários e a rapidez em ajudar-nos com todos os pedidos. O pequeno almoço é espetacular! Uns ovos estrelados maravilhosos, uns figos frescos incríveis, tudo óptimo e asseado. Gostámos muito destes dias passados no Primavilla Relais!

• Guest (9/5): Fuga romantica a 2 ore da Roma - La colazione era abbondante, i servizi che offriva la struttura erano molto soddisfacenti per un alloggio in una località movimentata come Gaeta. Si sono vissuti attimi di tranquillità tra le montagne ma comunque con il mare a 500m. Situata in un punto strategico. Lo staff era cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La camera era molto ampia ed il livello di pulizia era ottimo. Aggiungerei più salato nella colazione per chi non ama il dolce.

• Andrea (8/5): “Bella esperienza al Primavilla Relais. - La piscina è molto bella e ben tenuta. La camera corrispondeva pienamente alla descrizione: spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La colazione dolce non aveva molta varietà, ma abbiamo scelto la colazione salata su ordinazione (comunque inclusa) ed è stata ottima. Per il resto confermiamo quanto già descritto: struttura elegante, staff gentile e disponibile. Consigliato! mi è piaciuto!

• Frank (4/5): Administratively a mess and terrible communication - The proximity to the beach and the breakfast spread We were unfortunately charged in person when we left, although we had already paid in full on booking.com . When we asked why we’re paying, we were given some response in Italian that we didn’t understand, and we were handed a visa reader so we just provided our credit card to pay as requested, assuming they knew more than we did. No detailed invoice or receipt was provided to us before or after the payment that we made in person. After returning home, when we approached the hotel about the overpayment, they did respond quickly and state that yes, in fact, we paid twice. However, the correspondence from them was unprofessional and catty. They stated that by paying at checkout, we were agreeing to the charges and agreed that the extra we paid in person was ours to pay. There was no English spoken and no detailed invoice provided at checkout, and we were very lost in translation and confused. Now, it seems to be a saga to try to get the correct amount refunded, and it still is in process. To be honest, the stay was fine, not great,but this lack of professionalism on their end for overcharging and not catching it, and then blaming us for paying it has felt incredibly deceitful . It is absolutely unacceptable. We will never stay here again, and we will never recommend it to anyone for this reason.
• Frank (9/5): Lovely reformed villa with lovely staff and all the amenities you need! - We loved the breakfast and pool option and having a full service beach included with the stay was amazing. We had a situation where we wanted to get ready to go to the beach after breakfast but the cleaning staff told us that they needed 20 min to clean our room before we could go in so we just sat outside of the room for 20 minutes waiting. If they could have cleaned another room, we would have just changed into our swimwear and left and they could have taken their time in the room cleaning. It didn’t feel very flexible on their part.

• Pedro (8/5): Nice stay with several flaws - The place looks nice, good pool with space and vegetation. Bedding was confortable and the ac had a sleep mode that reduced the noise. The best is the access to the beach with umbrellas and chairs (although you can stay in one of those hotels and have access to it also). We just found the place to be to crowded and Italian geared. Communication in english with the staff not very easy and found also them not to be particularly friendly. The worst was the fact we were placed in room 1, next to the breakfast area and hotel entrance, meaning we couldn't sleep until 23h00, and from 7am when they started setting up the tables... Honestly for the money I would not book it again.

• Erin (8/5): Gorgeous and fun but.... - The staff is warm and welcoming and the fellow travelers were so wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the grounds are beautiful with a refreshing pool! The beds are extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately none of the adults had good sleep at all during our stay. If you don't have a car this is not the place you should visit! There is a terrifying highway to cross to get to the beach and the closest restaurant is a 10min taxi drive away.

• Claudia (6/5): Very quiet relaxing spot with nice pool and garden area - Lovely, quaint, quiet and relaxing hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room and good hairdryer. Breakfast was a nice selection of cakes, juice and coffee with the option to have a made to order omelette. Special mention to Julie who was very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately for us the location was not good. Had thought you could walk to the beach but you can’t. It is very very close by car but you cannot walk. Also the lack of a restaurant/bar was an issue for us with young children, we had to always travel for beach and/or food. You can request drinks from reception throughout the day but no food.
• Egle (6/5): Suitable for locals, not for tourism. - We liked the garden and the pool. The property is very small and only reachable by car. Overall, it says the place has the bar and restaurant, however, these are in different place near the beach (which is close but only reachable by car, if you want to go by foot, the road is very unsafe). Also, this restaurant is only option to eat, other places are only available during the day and more for a day snack not proper dinner, so very limited choice. There is no market or grocery store, only local shop for panini, so in the evening thee are nor activities. Therefore, you need to go to the smaller cities like Gaeta by car. Even though the place is modern, clean, well maintained it is not worth going just because of the place. It is more suitable for local people to stay who come with cars but not for foreign tourists because the place itself is not suited for the tourists. There are no attractions, no places to spend the evening and so on.
