• Davide (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto perfetto, appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comodità: mi piacerebbe ritornarci. Direi nulla (volendo proprio fare i pignoli: pareti non proprio isolanti a livello acustico, ma non è colpa della struttura).

The host was super helpful, allowing us to leave our bags with him after checking out. He was very responsive and friendly - would highly recommend

• Daniela (10/5): Perfect cozy apartment with everything you need! - This apartment is in a residential area, where you can find shops, restaurants, just about anything really. We found it so cozy and homy! There was everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, ironing board even clothes pecks! We even used the washing machine to refresh all our clothes, great! It was like a home away from home. I was travelling with my teenage daughter and we shared the main bedroom. Also travelling with us was our friend and she had a lovely sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. It was just perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment, it was just lovely! It's not that I didn't like this, but just want to point out that it is not right on Metro. You need to take a bus 170 to get to Nazionale, but it was no trouble for us at all!
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was great! A very modern apartment, clean and with everything you can need for a comfortable stay. Moreover it is situated in a condominium and you can sort of feel like a local. A very friendly and helpful host! Also there is a bus station just a couple of minutes away. We used it to go directly to the station Bocca della verita from where you can easily reach the Roman forum.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Very clean, cozy and cute, really well equipped with everything, in a good place. - It was a really tiny appartement, super cute, very-very clean, with a really well-equipped kitchen, with all kind of kitchen utensils and pots, sufficiently cool. The bathroom is also super, with more than enough towels and bathroom accessories. The whole flat is tastefully furnished. I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much!
• Lina (10/5): Amazing and cozy apt! It has everything you need for a stay in Rome. - It was so charming and well equipped! I couldn’t recommend the host or the apartment more highly. He was highly responsive to my messages and went out of his way to make my stay exceptional. The apartment is nicely decorated and feels homey. You can easily take the 170 bus (right by the apartment!) or tram to the center of the touristic part of the city! There is an amazing bakery by the tram station that is convenient and quick. The apartment is a perfect oasis. It was quiet and I was able to sleep well every night and prepare breakfast. It was cozy and had everything I needed! Would 100% book if I visit Rome again! My only very minor recommendations is to have more toilet paper but I easily went to a supermarket nearby to get some.

Close to transport options for site seeing, or if you are feeling fit, walkable distance to the city. Apartment had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. Secure parking nearby (20 euro for 24 hours)which was a great option for us, we just left the car there for the 3 day stay. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing

Perfect location - just few steps away from public transport stops which brings you to old town in short and easy 20min ride. We were lucky and found a parking spot few hundred meters away from accommodation. The host was super responsive, would text back right away at any time of the day which was very helpful. I am very happy I chosen this place for my stay. Well recommended!
