Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza in cui, a parte il cattivo odore, erano presenti ragnatele sulla parete in alto con relativo ragno. Dopo le nostre lamentele, ci è stata cambiata la stanza con un'altra di categoria superiore. Purtroppo anche in quest'ultima era presenti grossi difetti: era presente una infiltrazione di acqua dal tetto e si sentiva un odore di umidità per cui non abbiamo trascorso una notte serena

Das Herz des Kinanto Bioresorts ist Hilaria, die jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück zaubert mit frisch gebackenem Brot, frisch gepresstem Saft, Eiern nach Wunsch, frischem Obst und sehr leckerem Kuchen und sizilianischen Spezialitäten. Dazu gibt sie tolle Tipps, für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und für Restaurants, in denen man abseits der Touristenrummels gut essen kann.

La location è super rilassante e perfetta anche come base per visitare la zona, sia per il mare che per le esperienze culturali. Gli spazi sono curati nei minimi dettagli, sempre puliti e in ottime condizioni. La nostra stanza era ampia, ben decorata, funzionale e impeccabile nella pulizia. La colazione è stata davvero ottima: prodotti freschi, fatti in casa e di grande qualità. Una menzione speciale va a Ilaria, la responsabile, che ci ha accolto con il sorriso e ci ha accompagnati per tutto il soggiorno. Sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio la zona: ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. - Claudio (10/5): Un posto speciale - Struttura curatissima nella campagna siciliana. Camere spaziose, pulite e tranquille. Bella la piscina e il giardino. Mare a 10 minuti. La vera chicca però è la colazione con prodotti freschi del territorio. Torte, focacce e pane sfornati ogni mattina. Davvero una delle colazioni migliori che ho trovato in Sicilia. Un saluto e un grazie speciale a Hilaria per la sua cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia.

- Valentina Km (10/5): - Il soggiorno al Kinanto è un sentirsi a casa ma in vacanza L'atmosfera è raccolta e familiare, la struttura è immersa nel verde della campagna ispicana, gode di una vista spettacolare e meravigliosi tramonti. L'anima del luogo è sicuramente Hilaria, host ineccepibile, attenta e premurosa. Le colazioni sono una coccola di sapori autentici e tradizione, tutti prodotti di qualità e fatti in casa: frutta fresca, eccellenti torte, focacce, e nota di merito particolare il pane appena sfornato, che ho divorato con burro, marmellata e nutella. Noi alloggiavamo in una suite deluxe, praticamente una casa, dotata di tutti e comfort e sempre pulita e profumata grazie al lavoro inappuntabile delle signore che si occupano delle pulizie e riordino. La posizione del resort è funzionale e strategica, a pochi minuti di auto da spiagge libere incantevoli e mai affollate, e a 20/30 minuti da tutto quello che offre la zona in termini di cittadine d'arte e borgate marinare. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Consiglio alla proprietà di curare la parte "social" per la promozione del resort. Capisco che si voglia mantenere un profilo di nicchia esclusivo, ma lavorando nel turismo, trovo non al passo con i tempi non dedicare maggiore attenzione a dei profili social che promuovano un posto così bello. E infine di curare la segnaletica del luogo, almeno un cartello indicativo sulla stradina di arrivo sarebbe già qualcosa, dal momento che non è scontato che tutti abbiano una connessione a portata di mano per trovare indicazioni su google maps. Dovere andare via. 🤣

L’unica pecca del soggiorno purtroppo sono state le troppe mosche nella zona piscina che non permettevano di rilassarsi, un vero peccato !!

Es war alles blitzsauber, hochwertig, modern und trotzdem mit traditionellen Elementen. Eigentlich zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Das Sahnehäubchen ist Hilaria mit ihrem Team. Jeden Morgen gibt es frisch Gebackenes und freundliche Worte. Besser geht’s nicht!

Das Frühstück - übrigens in einem wunderschönen Ambiente - war extrem lecker, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt: Jeden Tag einen anderen, frisch gepressten Saft. Frisches, warmes Brot. Kaffee, Cappuccino, Tee... Salami, Schinken, Käse, Marmeladen, süße Teilchen... Frisches Obst, Müsli, Eier in jeglicher Form. Auch der Zimmerservice war vorbildlich. Das eingespielte Team kam jeden Tag, alle drei Tage gab es ein frisches Handtuchpaket. Hilaria ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit, hat bei einem Problem mit unserem Mietwagen das Telefonat mit der Autovermietung für uns geführt. Außerdem hat sie viele hervorragende Insider-Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Nicht unbedingt negativ, sollte man aber wissen: - Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, ein Auto ist also zwingend notwendig. - Die Zimmer haben keine eigene überdachte Terrasse.

Rooms clean and well appointed. Best of all is Hilaria, the manager, she is so lovely and happy and helpful. It just would not be the same place without her and her 'angels'. Its not very close to town so no bars/restaurants in walking distance. It would be nice if once or twice a week there was an evening meal option on site. Nothing fancy required, good local cuisine would be perfect.

The host, Hilenia, is always super kind and she has guided us every day through the natural richness of the area. She brings value to the structure, already very good. Nice swimming pool and high attention to the details. Rich break fast, with high quality local products. The indications to reach the structure should be improved(google maps is needed)

- Susan (10/5): Kinanto offered a luxury stay for a reasonable price. - We loved the aesthetic of the location and the handmade linens for the room. Kinanto was a wonderful oasis and welcoming base for our travels in the southeast of Sicily. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was amazing! The ONLY thing that could be improved on is the bed. It was very hard and it would be helpful to have a little more cushioning. But that did not detract from our experience at all.

- Vincent (10/5): - Séjour exceptionnel à Kinanto. Hilaria est vraiment très accueillante, très gentille, attachante et "aux petits soins". Elle donne plein de conseils et prend le temps de rendre le séjour meilleur. Elle et son conjoint préparent un petit déjeuner divin (jus frais, foccacia et pain maison, pâtisseries maison, et vous propose ce que vous voulez). Les dames du personnel sont également adorables et très attentionnées. La propriété est au calme, la piscine est très agréable. Le contact est facile, l'arrivée est grandement facilité. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, avec un petit coin cuisine très appréciable. Literie qui pourrait être améliorée mais c'est déjà très très bien. Voiture obligatoire pour y séjourner et visiter les alentours / la région. Ne pas diner à Ispica, il n'y a rien. Il vaut mieux faire 30 min de voiture vers Noto où il y a plein de bons restau. Point à améliorer : la télévision et les chaines proposées.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Truly fantastic place to stay! - Where do I start?! Beautiful place in a spacious garden with a pool. We stayed in the suite which was huge, with well stocked kitchen, big sitting area, great bathroom. Hilaria was the best host, helpful and kind. Breakfast was the best. Room felt slightly chilly as so big with tiled floors but later in the season this would have been a bonus.

(Still nice that they were there at all.) A larger pan in the kirchen would have been useful. The relatively small pan didn't quite fit a 4-person-familiy.
