Sandra (6/5): "No existe" la calidad- precio - Me gustó la ubicación y que su distribución era cómoda. Cuando llegamos el piso estaba mal limpio y no tenía útiles de limpieza. El mobiliario estaba en condiciones regulares. Los sofas bastante sucios... Vinieron y volvieron a limpiar. Nos dejaron fregona pero ni una escoba ni una mopa para pasarle al suelo. Cuando vinieron nos dijeron que ciertos desperfectos - suciedad eran del paso del tiempo.. pero eran de falta de limpieza y preocupación. Los trapos de cocina eran toallas pequeñas.. En fin... no volveríamos ahí.
DDNReine (1/5): Anarque , mauvais à fuir !! - Appartement spacieux, Emplacement , check in à 11h00 A fuir!!! Pas de Tv , internet inexistant, le propriétaire et son assistante sont bien au fait de ces dysfonctionnements mais font semblant d'être disponibles avec une gentillesse calculée pour résoudre les problèmes que vous signaler mais savent qu'ils ne feront rien et ne font rien ..matelas moux et inconfortable, lit cassé.. couette avec de grosse tâches. linges , matériel de douche jaunâtre et sale . Il y a de l'espace mais pas du tout fonctionnel et les matériels sont vieux , sales , et ne fonctionnent pas pour la plupart .. juste du maquillage pour cacher le cauchemar que vous allez vivre pendant votre séjour . De plus le propriétaire se permet de venir ouvrir la porte sans prendre la peine de sonner sous prétexte qu'il voulait vérifier que tout va bien. Heureusement que j'avais activé les verrouillage intérieur !!!

Anu (7/5): All in all, we would stay here again – the location was perfect for us, the flat was spacious, clean, and quiet. We did - The location was great, the apartment offered plenty of space, and it was really clean. We were a bit unlucky with the facilities. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work and the TV was also non-functional during our stay.
Patrycja (7/5): Would stay again - Communication and directions for arrival was extremely detailed which made it stress free. Apartment was very spacious Could have done with a bit of a better clean and few fixtures such as sofa or hob was damaged.

Stephanie (5/5): Very unnerving :( I have a video of the front door and the raid but for some reason I can’t upload it - The location was good for us Unfortunately, we were really disappointed as we had two little one with us and felt it was very unsafe as anyone could get into the block through the front door and electric plug sockets were hanging off the wall, then to top it off the flat next door got raided, we have videos to prove all this.

Aikaterini (6/5): Family stay at Harrows - The apartment is located in a popular area very close to local shops and public transport. It is relatively recently renovated and there is a lift to carry luggage to the upper floors. The landlords gave clear directions about checking in and responded immediately to messages It is a property that could easily score very high. Is looks like that some inexpensive but very essential items that could make somebody's stay were overlooked. With a little effort and consideration these could be correctness. Some examples: no blinding out curtains absolutely essential for summer no toaster oven not working toilet ventilation was nit working. The property is not very spacious for a 5 people family and although extra linen were requested never provided. There were not enough towels for 5 people for 4 days
Lukasz (8/5): Very good - Good and spacious apartment. We were meant to check in at 3pm when we arrived at 3:30 The cleaner was still there, and didn't finish until around 4:15. We were traveling the whole day and just wanted to chill for a few minutes before going out to wembley stadium.

Shower not working properly, very hard to get a comfortable temperature, head did not stay on rail . Kitchen tap only produced hot water. Very basic

Chara-santia (9/5): Lovely, affordable flat in a vibrant neighborhood - Lovely flat in a good location. I was sceptical when I booked it cause I thought - for London standards - the price was very low for what it was. But the flat looked exactly like the photos and it was very spacious and clean. Big windows in the living room, so it was perfect during a sunny weekend. Self check -in instructions were sent well in advance, so the process was not stressful. It could do with a bit of maintenance and a bed replacement. The hairdryer and extra heater didn't work but central heating was satisfactory. The bed needs replacing asap cause it was probably broken and a piece of wood was placed under the mattress - looked like a quick, temporary fix but it was quite uncomfortable. The flooring probably needs a bit maintenance too, very squeaky. In comparison to the other properties available in London at that price range, it was still a great stay!

Near to tub stations Musky smell in the bathroom. Needs clean bath mats & ideally a rubber mat in the bath to prevent falls WiFi is weak. Tv-very poor reception
Michelle (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying at this property or any other property that this managers has! - The property was very nice, clean and well decorated. What you see does not at all differ from the pictures shown. I was very happy with my stay there. But what was even better was the amazing line of communication provided with the property manager, the property manager was very understanding and accommodating, answered messages within a reasonable amount of time and was overall just very lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Marie (8/5): Comfortable and Spacious - The space was excellent, open plan, clean, light and bright. Beds were very comfortable Lifts to all floors Nice area, several shops and food stops close by. Within short walking distance from tube station and easy access to Central London. The apartment needs a little TLC in places. The TV needed retuning several times before it worked and only picked up a few BBC channels. A pint of milk in the fridge would have been nice for our arrival (there were teabags and coffee left from previous occupants but nothing else).

77sc77 (10/5): Gem of an apartment... - Location was perfect for us. A very secure building which was fresh and clean on entry. The lift is perfect, making it accessible for all. Our 2bed apartment was lovely, clean, safe and had good appliances. Communication with the host was great and very responsive. The bathroom shower in one of the bathrooms is probably in need of a little maintenance but worked ok.
Andy (1/5): Disappointed and feel we have been miss sold a room that we thought we were staying in - Location was ok The property in the pictures was not the one we stayed in. Ours was a lot smaller, it didn't smell clean, and the TV didn't work and was hanging of the wall. I can tell by the pictures on booking.com that it was the same owner, as some the property had the same double bed and some of the furniture looked the same.

Boayue (7/5): The apartment itself is nice. WiFi is horrible. There are no fans if it is during the summer. - Property was easy to access. WiFi was horrible! I planned to work for two days and could not because the WiFi was so bad. Very hot and only 1 fan. Won’t count the second fan because it was so tiny. No screens to windows so could not open. We were miserable with the heat for 2 days.
S (5/5): I don't recommend - It was clean and renovated. The underground was 10 minutes away, not 4 min as the host said and I didn't feel save as we arrived from the airport in the evening. There is a bus station nearby, but the buses are often severly delayed. The bathtube and shower were dated. The view was showing on some garbage. There is only a tiny window for the whole appartement and it was smelly as we arrived. Even though it was pretty chilly outside in summer, it was too warm inside and the ventilator is very weak. The TV ist not working properly, it is useless. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows and blankets are old and ugly. I wouldn't stay there again.

The location of apartment is awesome close to all amenities - The location of the property , it is close to all the facilities and lots of restaurants near by and the staff was so friendly and helpful , rooms were comfortable The kitchen was not at all clean ! Can’t do the cooking as the stove top and rangehood were very dirty

Sharma (9/5): I had an extremely comfortable stay with Jurgita’s property. Although a minor hiccup of no shower gels was quickly sorte - The location of the property is amazing. Just minutes away from numerous bus stops and 20 mins away from a tube station. We were also provided with a lot of extra towels just in case we needed to use more. They did come to use in the end. Also, there’s a grocery store right outside the apartment building that’s open 24 hours! We were able to use this to our advantage when we came late to the property one night. Nothing in particular. If I had to point a couple of things, the property had a certain odour of fresh paint which was gone when we opened all the windows of the property. It was just lacking ventilation. Also, the property didn’t have any shower gels. However that was very quickly sorted out by the property owner Jurgita after I raised a complaint with her. Kudos to her for a quick response!

Geumjin (8/5): The photo looks better than it is, but the apartment was okay to stay a couple of days. - It was easy to check-in and check-out. Location is not in the main zone, but the bus stop was close, so when you use the bus, the location won't be a problem. But the tube station is not close. Even it is renovated a little, it needs more repair such as the bathtub. And the bed was okay, but I can't say the bed sofa was comfy. I tried to open the window to ventilate, but I couldn't do it. It was a different window I was used to. When you want to cook at the apartment, you need your own cooking utensils.
