- Kylie (7/5): Excellent location, beautiful view, great layout but needs some maintenance & replacements - Great location, amazing view, excellent layout. Helpful & friendly staff at Accommodation Forster. It is in need of some long overdue maintenance. The lounge was very dirty/stained. The main bathroom has a rusty pipe? sticking out in the shower. There is a broken knob on hotplate.The gas bottle didn’t look like it was safe and all of the balcony areas were quite dirty.

- Margaret (1/5): I have spoken with the owner Penny of Forster Accommodation re the issues raised & photos. The own - Nothing to like Arrived & 3 of the 4 of the air conditioners worked. It was a hot, humid day. The main bathroom was dirty, lots of mold in shower recess, and the ceiling fan did not work as it was chock-full of dust. Maybe this was what tripped all the lights out. Property owner offered to refund $100, not accepted. Apparently the mold will be fixed. The tiled floors were sticky, had to leave shoes on. The dining table & bench seats were also very sticky. The once white fabric lounge filthy old & very uncomfortable. No cover over deck- to hot to sit outside & can't sit out in the rain. Broken furniture left on deck.
