• Ya (10/5): Very good - We were warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who even helped us carry our luggage. The host was kind and responsive—any questions we had were answered quickly. The room was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, which made everything even more comfortable. Best of all, it’s just a 4-minute walk from the train station, so getting around was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again next time!

• Tamsin (7/5): Great apartment but noisy street at night - The apartment is really lovely, clean and comfortable, and the hosts were really helpful. It's also located in close walking distance from all major sites. We really enjoyed our dinners and evening walks along the Arno. The street outside gets very noisy at night. We ended up sleeping on the sleeper couch rather than in the bedroom, which helped a lot.

The property is well kept and comfortable. - The lady who waited for us on site was very nice, and showed us where everything was before she left. The property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea and even cream in the fridge, detergent for both dish washing and clothes washing were available. nothing
• Giannopoulos (9/5): Very satisfied - very beautiful , cozy, spacious apartment , including everything you may need during your stay, Exactly as you see it in the photos. 5 minutes by foot from the railway station and aprox. 15 minutes from everything you must see in Firenze. some junkies in the neighborhood , not dangerous but it is not a nice thing to see...
• Joshua (10/5): it was a perfect apartment in the perfect location right next to the train station. - THE AC WAS TOP TIER! Literally nothing!
• Andrey (6/5): No sleep at night - The interior is charming! The apartment looks new and everything is super clean. It is visible that the owner cares of the apartment and his guests. Check-in went smoothly. The apartment is located on the small street close to the city center which becomes very loud at night. The windows look new but somehow they do not protect from noise. It is impossible to sleep there at night due to constant screams of drunk young people moving around all night long. We even used earplugs but still could hear the noise from the street. Our day in Florence was unfortunately broken due to no sleep.

• Nora (9/5): LOVED IT! - I was so happy with every aspect of my stay here! Location was perfect. Close to the train station, yet a comfortable walking distance to everywhere! Joshua Tree pub was a nice place to meet people and they are WONDERFUL. I felt quite at home here while in Florence. The washer was one of the reasons I actually booked this place due to traveling to different places. A nice size frig so could (and did) buy food for myself. I think next time I would buy ice cube trays (I'm such an "American", but if I'm making a cocktail at home... I need ice). Loved, loved my home away from home! Maybe??? A makeup-type mirror? It's hard to travel with one. I'm not a makeup person, but you know, when you get to be my age, you kinda need to check the mirror! LOL A drying rack for inside. I hung up clothes in the closet and that worked, but I tried to dry the sheets outside and.....it rained. Drying rack, please. Thank you!
• Liz (10/5): Great apartment - a taste of Italian living - Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to station and only 15 mins along the river to Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio etc. Mosquito screens on all windows were a real bonus! Nothing. Loved being in the heart of the city but brings with it some noise. If you like silence then may not be the right choice for you.

• Katya (10/5): I would stay there again! - The flat felt homie. A mix of Italian decor with modern amenities. A nice patio to enjoy refreshments and to relax. A shower with good water pressure. Lots of towels were provided. An excellent location to transportation, train and many restaurants. Nice having AC that worked wonderfully on hot days. Having a washing machine and a place to dry clothes was helpful. The owner kept in contact and neighbors were nice...

• Ddc (9/5): For travellers who like to cook, Romantic Florence was excellent! - Location very near the station, close to Duomo and all main historic attractions, including SAN Lorenzo leather market and Mercato Centrale. As it had a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and separate room, it was a true apartment, as opposed to some very small rooms we have stayed in. Really well appointed, cozily furnished. Michael, the caretaker was excellent, carries our bags upstairs, rang us during our stay, and assisted with our departure...allowed us to keep our bags in the room till our train departed. As it was so central, there was some noise on thecsteeet on 2 occasions, but as Florence has a different vibe to my experience 25 years ago, that could have occurred in more upmarket areas as well.All the history, culture, art, gardens fabulous, and a younger more vibrant atmosphere re modern hotels, etc
• Dianne (8/5): All in all a good stay. - Excellent location with an easy walk to the main attractions. Many good restaurants in the area. Close to the main train station. Netflix and Youtube available for those feeling lazy days Quiet a dark and cool flat. It does have a terrace but because of the neighbours smoking we had to keep the door shut. There is a nearby bar that has a 2am license and we were awoken 3 nights out of 5 by noisy patrons walking by the building. Doesn't have a workable corkscrew, luckily we had our own.
• Agata (9/5): The apartment is very close to the main train station, so the travel is very convenient. - Charming apartment with a lovely terrace.
• Shula (7/5): Floating through Florence - The bed, after our firmer bed in Rome, was a nice change. The bathroom was spacious. It was an easy walk to and from the train station. The terrace was cute but the weather was still a little chilly when we were there so we didn't use it much. It's a noisy street, particularly on the weekends. Glasses breaking, people yelling and sometimes singing - made sleep a little harder despite the nice bed. The heating and cooling was a different system than we are used to so without instruction we were a little lost. The kitchen had a decent collection of things to use but lacked scissors, olive oil, and a wine bottle opener which functions well - the only one there is rusted shut pretty tightly.

• Cynthia (6/5): This was a very convenient place to stay and the hosts were very helpful. - The location was great - good neighborhood and close to the main train station. Having Netflix and a smart TV was wonderful. The bed was really comfy. The little courtyard was cool. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The place was very clean and charming. A larger coffee maker/pot would have been great as there was only a 1 cup espresso maker.
• Linda (7/5): Fantastic location, safe and well serviced with some city nightlife noise - The host was extremely helpful, met us at the property and attended to any further enquiries throughout our stay. It was situated right near to the train station and within easy reach of the centre. The accommodation was clean. It had everything you would need for a short stay. We felt safe and enjoyed our time there. The bedroom is on a side street that gets very noisy late at night. We chose to sleep on the bed settee in the lounge which was quiet and very comfortable. The little balcony also suffered from a lot of neighbourhood noises which was a pity as we were hoping to relax there with a glass of wine in the evening.
