- Dryr (8/5): Our short stay was a very good experience and tbe - I like that we had a quiet room with a balcony and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The lights are bit dim and there is no exhaust fan inside the toilet.

- Alain (8/5): Best value for our money - Was at proximity of our future Home. Entrances a Little catchy
- Bennett (1/5): Bad -
- Daniel (8/5): Was a interesting place to stay i enjoyed my stay there - It’s like a old Pablo Escobar mansion very cool its great value for money and very peaceful The dog tied up
- Richard (8/5): It’s nice stay at this guest house. -
- Dupree (5/5): Every year I and my husband plan for a vacation in Bohol to be with my family, but I don’t think we - We cook our own food. The flow of the water in the bathroom is so weak. The flush on the bowl is weak also. We stayed there for 10 days and they didn’t change our towels and beddings.
- Laurence (9/5): Great stay - would reccomend - Great stay. Lovely property once inside. Nicely located on the outskirts of the city- handy if you have transport like a motorbike. We went to see the Tarsiers and chocolate hills from here and it was very convenient . friendly housekeeper was so helpful. Steep entrance hill at bottom of the road to access the property not well kept.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Tony montana Scarface type mansion. Sick place, very unique exacrtly what you need...where u need it.

- Elisa (7/5): Our stay was very restful, staff was helpful and accommodating. - Breakfast was always served on time and was good 👍🏼
Location was also good and very accessible by tricycle or jeepney.
We liked the ambiance of the place, peaceful, quiet and restful.
Overlooking the sea, it was so nice! The signage is small, not well lighted and very hard to see during night time.
More improvement to the driveway going up to the main gate of the property is needed.
Please consider having a swimming pool, a small cafe or restaurant within the property, thank you and God bless…
- Glenda (2/5): Very poor - They gave us papaya Dirty towels, the uphill road inside the property was unbearable, breakfast was 160 pesos each and it's not worthy, the air-conditioned in our room wasn't working it was hot and sticky have a musty and moldy smell inside the room.I would recommend stay in the hotel room cause this place publish falsely.
- Badal (9/5): Superb -
- Maximilian (1/5): Stay away - - Our nightmare started right at their gate. It was locked and they don’t even have a bell or something to make yourself noticeable. The phone number here on booking.com is based in France, so be prepared to pay more for one call then for your stay. Obviously the owner of this place lives in France and try to make money with this run down hut. Luckily we met a very friendly local who was willing to call a philippine I had to search in Google. So after about 1h somebody finally opened the gate for us (no warm welcome no apologies for the inconvenience)! The property reminds you of a prison with a 4m high concrete wall around, and not maintained at all (the driveway is kind of an rocky off-road track). It is/was obviously someone’s home and they just left left a lot of stuff behind (kids toys, boxing sack, broken beds,…).
Now I come to the worst experience I ever had in a place I’ve stayed: The also left a sweet heartwarming cute dog behind. The dog is chained on a one meter long chain hole day and night. I approached the dog who was obviously crying for someone to help him, already half starved (you can see every single rib and his spinal bones) and completely without water! I read about this in a previous comment about this place, but thought it might be a mistake as they still got good reviews. We finally convinced the girl working their to give some water and release the dog from its chain. Their simple answers on why the dog is chained 24h “because he run’s around otherwise”. I was really heartbroken and tried my best to give the dog a few happy hours before we immediately left the next morning. By the way, they also left a few fish to die in an indoor pond with rusty brownish water. If you just care a little bit about animals, DON’T COME HERE!
- Adrian (8/5): more grand home than guest house - The location of this property is just fine, out of town and out of the noisy hub bub but not too far that it's hard to get to - just between the main Panglao bridge and the blood compact monument, both of which you can easily walk to with a variety of small shops nearby too. It's easily reached by tricycle. The property is on the side of the hill and while the driveway to it could really do with some new paving the 180 degrees view from all parts of the property is wonderful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The view extends to Panglao Island and the seas to both the east and west of it. Our generously sized airconditioned room enjoyed this view as did the common areas on both the ground and first floors. The bed was also big and comfortable - very welcome. We had just arrived in from Japan where some rooms were so small, but all did provide ample essentials such as shampoo, etc etc which were lacking here. This property is generous in proportions but has the potential to be so much better with just a little more thought to detail - that said it is quite good value for money & we would happily stay there again. Staff are warm welcoming and helpful. There were some little things like the absolute lack of anywhere or anything to hang clothing - just one smallish towel rail in the bathroom. Even a couple of wall hooks in the bedroom would be welcome. The aircon unit was undersized / underpowered for the room so took some time to be effective. We ere not able to fully enjoy the lovely view from our room due to the need to keep the curtains drawn as the section of verandah outside our room was not covered thus enabling the hot sun to penetrate the big picture windows - causing the room to heat up substantially, something the AC could not easily cope with. Breakfast, while tasty was on the skimpy side. Some juice, fresh fruit, maybe yogurt or choices of pastries would have wowed, especially if served on a covered terrace with that view. Grounds are extensive but could do with some better landscaping - but wow, what a difference that would make. Of course all this costs money which does not come easily.
The lady that owns this property was, like many private accomodation proprietors in the Philippines badly affected financially by Covid restrictions starving here of revenue for an extended period - which is reflected to some areas of the property that are lacking, but it's 80% there and whilst still quite good now has the opportunity to be a real cracker boutique offering when all loose ends are able to be attended to. It's more grand home than guest house - just lacking some small thoughtful finishing touches.
- Ray (10/5): Friendly atmosphere and staff. Only a short walk for entertainment, food etc. - Very nice, comfy and spacious rooms
