• Marion (9/5): Schönes Appartment in toller Innenstadtlage mit kleinen Schwächen. - Sensationelle Lage, sehr zentral am Piazza Cavana, einem lebhaften Viertel nahe am Piazza Unita mit vielen Lokalen. Das Appartment war groß, man hatte viel Platz. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Tolle Aussicht und sogar ein Balkon waren vorhanden. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Sehr netter Gastgeber, einfache Kommunikation. Die Heizung wurde erst an unserem Anreisetag eingeschaltet - es dauerte daher etwa 2 Tage bis es im Wohnzimmer angenehm warm war. Zu Silvester war es sehr kalt in Triest. Das Bett war leider eine Katastrophe, das müsste einmal erneuert werden. Da es hier viele Lokale gibt, ist der Lärmpegel auch entsprechend. Im Schlafzimmer war es aber leiser.

• Sandra (9/5): Fuimos afortunados al encontrar este lugar para hospedar a mi familia - Para quienes les gusta hospedarse en el centro histórico de una ciudad, esta es una excelente opción; lo cual también indica que esta en medio de la vida nocturna. Me cuesta dormir con luz alrededor así que extrañe cortinas que impidieran entrada de la luz exterior.
• Costa (10/5): Ben oltre le aspettative - La casa è bellissima, in una posizione ottima, in centro, funzionale, a due passi dai ristoranti e dai punti di maggior interesse. Maurizio e Floriana sono ospitali, cortesi, gentili e riescono a farti sentire a casa fin dal primo incontro; disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ciliegina sulla torta: Trieste, una città viva e melanconica insieme, bella. Residence il Fortino, assolutamente consigliato. Unica nota negativa: il caldo. La casa è molto calda, così come anche la città. Forse abbiamo trovato un caldo eccezionale anche per i Triestini.

• Karen (10/5): Perfectly located large apartment, would highly recommend - Absolutely incredible location. Right in the heart of the pretty old town and only steps from lovely bars, restaurants and shops. And from the balcony you can look down on all the action and people watch. The apartment itself is really spacious, big rooms and lots of light. What’s more there is a lift - so you don’t have to lug your bags up flights of stairs. The owner was so very nice and also helpful whatever we needed. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Tiny things. Sadly no kettle, but we successfully boiled water in a saucepan. Also no long mirror or anywhere with a plug close to a mirror to dry your hair.
• Sarah (8/5): Lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking an lively area. - I really enjoyed the location and convivence to the square, restaurants and stores. I also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Everything was great. If could make any recommendation it would be to add some kitchen knives for cutting/chopping. All that was available was steak knives.

• Maryrose (9/5): Treiste is a wonderful city to visit and staying in this location added to the enjoyment. - The property is in a fantastic location in the old part of Trieste. It is within easy reach of all interesting historical sites and shops. Walking and Swiming locations are easily reached by foot or by local transport. Despite it being in a very central location, it is very quiet when the windows are closed. The apartment itself is spacious, airy and fresh and safe. The balcony lends itself to a wonderfully different experience of the city. The bathroom is very functional, however as the shower is in the bath it might be helpful to have a safety rail for people who are not so agile. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The property is cosy and the balcony is great! The location is perfect, a couple of minutes from Piazza Unita and from the parking lot San Giusto. Right under the flat there is a pastry shop, a deli and a caffe. Last but not least the owners Floriana and Maurizio were really kind and helpful!

A stone throw from the main square One of the few places I could find with a balcony and it was a great place to sit any time of day and watch the works go by Apartment itself was large , well furnished and comfortable Absolutely nothing
