- Guest (1/5): - El apartamento es nuevo, pero las condiciones de limpieza son lamentables, las sábanas estaban sucias y sin cambiar, el congelador inutilizable y las toallas sucias. El encargado lejos de disculparse, reconocerlo y solucionarlo, se excusó con mentiras e incongruencias e incluso nos sugirió que nosotros mismos cambiaramos las sabanas. Nos dijo que vendría a cambiarnos las toallas y todavía estamos esperando a que acuda. Todo esto acompañado de comentarios racistas e innecesarios.
