Scolding (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location to Rutland Sailing Club for International inclusive Keelboat races. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge is spacious and comfy too. A bit of the clutter in the kitchen, and trying to find certain items for cooking. There is no toaster, so use AGA grill instead. Very Noisy water pump when someone has a shower.
