Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Efstathia (9/5): See the sea - Foreshore retreat is great for extended families that also value privacy. Everyone finds a relaxing space and the spa during the nights was sensetional! We had a lovely time. Our dog also felt right at home. Being a pet friendly accommodation is top on our search lists and when you combine it with beautiful nature, little luxuries and accommodate pets, you definitely fit the niche. The actual sea in the Foreshore. It's always muddy and has tides and paliroia events all the time. Wouldn't advice it for someone to swim in this sea. Just see the sea and be awed by nature.
Scott (10/5): Well equipped luxury by the bay. - Perfect for our group of 4 adults attending the MotoGP round. 35 minutes to the circuit was perfect, and we gad ample secure parking for our motorcycles. The house is well equipped and was perfect for our weekend. Shopping options are somewhat limited locally, being one supermarket only in Grantville. It was ok but selections for food was not what you would find at larger supermarkets. We found the local pizza shop very efficient in home delivery when we used them on our last night there.
