• Mayumi (10/5): リフレッシュするのに最高な宿でした - ウェルカムドリンクとフードが、種類豊富でとても楽しめました。無料でよもぎ蒸しなどのスパ体験ができたり、大浴場の温泉も熱めのお湯で体が温まってこれからの時期は最高です。食事はアルコール込のドリンク飲み放題付きコース料理のディナーと、温かい出来たてのお釜のご飯と鉄鍋のお味噌汁が朝ごはんで用意され、美味しく満たされました。部屋に付いていた半露天風呂も良かったです。 お部屋に付いていたシャワールームのシャワーフックが故障して、場所が固定できなかったくらいです。
• Or (10/5): - Cool Building and Great common area, love the snacks and free drinks, The dinner was Great and the onsen was nice also. The stuff all were very welcoming. Do notice that it is a bit far from the City Center, about 15 min walk downhill. The AC is not the best, but for october is was fine.

• Zi Jing (9/5): Highly recommend if travel by car or if don’t mind walking up steep hill - Lovely hotel with big rooms and comfortable bath. Dinner is great. Feels like I’m going to a find dining restaurant. Love their open bar and tea corner. Quite a steep walk from kusatsu onsen. Recommend driving or travel with light luggage if plan to walk. It is not easy to get taxi from the hotel.
• Rion (7/5): - 湯畑から徒歩15分と少し距離はありますが、緑が多い自然の中にある建物で普段とは違う雰囲気を楽しめました。 食事は、コース料理のメニューも味も素晴らしく大満足でした。 大浴場は、そこまで広くありませんがゆっくり楽しむことができます。 水回りがとても汚かったです。 今回は露天風呂付きのお部屋を予約しました。入室時点でお湯はすでに張っている状態です。そのお湯に髪の毛が浮いていました。 浴室のシャワーはサビやカビが目立ちとても入る気にはなれませんでした。 洗面所もカビっぽい汚れがありました。

• Marko (8/5): Very good - Our stay included a dinner and breakfast and both were really well prepared and delicious. The dinner course is seven different dishes that are served over a period of an hour. So you have time to enjoy the meal and the flavors. Our room was massive, a bit too big for two people but can easily accommodate a group of 4-6. Also the baths were really nice. The men's side was empty while only a few ladies in the women's one. I wish checkout was a bit later but not a big deal. It's about fifteen minutes to walk to the town centre, so that might bother some people. Also, we drove in, so I can see people who use public transit might find it out of the way.
• Ashwin (10/5): Exceptional - I just booked this place last minute for one night. I was super super pleased with my stay there with dinner and breakfast included along with Onsens. I really didn't expect ny of this, and this place is something I would highly recommend. For the money you pay, and the facilities you get is just crazy.
• Guest (8/5): Was nice and relax - Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It can be reached by Kusatsu bus- the bus stop is nearby hotel on which I found out after arrival. A ski-park is nearby too and can be reached via the same buss. Little touches in different areas made the stay comfortable and relaxing. A good onsen facility and breakfast. In addition, I like that the hotel aims to be environment-friendly. The hotel is a bit pricey and could get better option, but since I got a nice deal, the price vs performance was great! Thank you. Will come back. It would be great to know upon arrival that the dinner need to be booked in system until 16:00. I arrived around 15:00 and wasn't informed about that. Also materials in room where in Japanese, so no clue that the dinner need to be booked until 16:00. Was really looking forward to it. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal for me. :) Compared to other hotels and bath houses I was in Kusatsu, at least Bandaiko which has higher source tempareture could be a bit more warmer. I would love that the hotel offered some massages or spa treatments.

The dinner was like an omakase set dinner in any 5-star restaurant ! Staff services were excellent. The snack & coffee in the lounge area were very good ! Loved the design & architecture of the whole building ! 5-star experience !

• Tina (1/5): Irresponsible - The hotel just cancel our booking without contact us personally, they simply email me which I had missed as it ended up in the junk box. We drove 2 hours from Nagano and when we arrived in the dark, they just leave a message at the door saying the the property is closed due water pump issue! It took us a long time to find another accommodation in Kusatsu as nearly all of them require advance booking!

• Pelican (10/5): Great treat at Fourtreat - Loved everything about the hotel, it felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Onsen area was the highlight. Room spacious and lovely hot tub in the bathroom area. Loved the welcome treats and coffee station Wish to have been able to book in earlier, arrived at 2.10 told to wait till 3pm, we did get our key at 2.45pm
