• Marzia (10/5): Ottima soluzione in centro - L'ambiente è pulito, accogliente e attrezzato anche per chi arriva all'ultimo minuto e non organizzato. Il supermercato è a 10 minuti a piedi. Bar, pasticcerie o frutta e verdura a pochi passi. Situato in pieno centro per chi necessita di tale comodità'. L'appartamento è su una strada laterale, ma comunque trafficata, chi non è abituato può risentirne nel riposo. Parcheggi a pagamento difficili da trovare liberi nei pressi dell'appartamento, se qualcuno ha problemi a spostarsi a piedi (meglio affidarsi al locatore).
• Christine (7/5): - We liked its proximity to the historical center, with a great bakery just three doors away Couch was very small and extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Bed was also very uncomfortable and needs replacement. The apartment is on a small alleyway but a lot of cars pass thru very fast and loud early starting at 7 and until about 10pm

• Krista (6/5): Kan beter - Mooie ruimte, ruim opgezet. Complete keuken en wasmachine in de badkamer. Enorm, idioot veel, keihard geluidsoverlast. Van het verkeer door de straat, van vuilniswagens, van de buren en vooral de koelkast die ‘s nachts langdurig zoemt. En het bed; bloedheet matras want het was foam. Het lag wel lekker onstabiel de vorm van je lichaam aanneemt maar ademde helemaal niet. Daarnaast sloten de gordijnen niet waardoor er heel veel licht in de kamer was.

Cred - Piccolina ma molto accogliente…esattamente ciò che cercavamo a 2 passi dal centro di Mantova Avrei preferito ci fossero delle tapparelle o degli infissi oscuranti per non far passare la luce durante le prime ore del giorno
• Garry (8/5): Good for key sites in Mantova. - Convenient for key sites. Comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Helpful arrival instructions. Good washing machine. Too few glasses, plates etc. Light from street lights was intrusive. Sofa would be ok for some but too low for us.

• Safaa (8/5): Ci sono stata due volte, quindi la consiglierei ✨ - struttura in un’ottima posizione, pochi passi dalla stazione e vicina anche al centro. Host attento e presente per domande e chiarimenti. Non ci sono scuretti o tapparelle quindi entra la luce e dà leggermente fastidio, nonostante le tende.

• Isabelle (10/5): Alloggio accogliente, posizione super! - L'alloggio è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro ma silenziosa. Gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi e accoglienti, perfetti per due persone. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare.

• giulia (7/5): - L'appartamento è carino, in posizione ottima per raggiungere tutto in pochi minuti. C'è quasi tutto ciò che potrebbe servire, riscaldamento autonomo, TV con netflix. Mobilio essenziale I cuscini sottili e duri, in cucina mancava dello scottex, la macchinetta del caffe non funzionava perfettamente, ci è stata data 1 cialda a persona su tre notti...gli asciugamani che ci sono stati dati erano molto sottili e solo 2, avevamo 1 solo telo grande in due (immagino per errore) e la seconda persona aveva un tappeto...bisognerebbe fare più attenzione! Per necessità abbiamo spostato leggermente la poltrona e sotto non era pulitissimo

• Debora (8/5): - Alloggio molto carino, pulito e in ottima posizione per potersi muovere. Facilissimo il check in. Istruzioni facili e rapide. Mancano gli Asciugamani da doccia. Metterei delle tende più coprenti per le finestre. La notte con le luci in strada non rimane buio all'interno.
• Roberta (2/5): Mantova è una bellissima città e vi tornerò scegliendo un altro hotel o appartamento - Posizione centrale L'appartamento è al piano terra, affacciato su strada carrabile con vetri sebbene doppi non insonorizzati; è buio, poiché le finestre hanno i vetri per due terzi oscurati; inoltre non hanno gli scuri ma solo tende interne che lasciano filtrare la luce alle prime luci dell'alba! Il materasso è sottile e sfondato. Il bagno è dotato di soli due asciugamani a persona e manca di asciugamani piccoli per il bidet. La caldaia a gas per l'acqua calda è all'interno della cucina, anziché come è d'uso comune all'esterno per motivi di sicurezza, tanto più che la zona letto è nello stesso ambiente. Il gestore, cui ho chiesto di avere due asciugamani in più per il bidet, mi ha risposto che non li danno perché hanno gia tante spese da sostenere. Consiglio quindi di portarli in valigia, oltre a dei tappi per le orecchie e mascherine per gli occhi.

• Noemi (8/5): Un giorno a Mantova - Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e arredato benissimo. Posizione a due passi dal centro. Check in e check out comodi in autonomia attraverso le indicazioni forniteci via whatsapp dal sig Giovanni. Materasso non comodissimo. Impossibilità di ottenere il buio completo in stanza nonostante la presenza di tendoni alle finestre. Passaggio molto rumoroso di veicoli e persone nella strada antistante.

• Grant (8/5): A good convenient place to stay in Mantua. - Good location. Large apartment. As others have mentioned, traffic noise is noticeable and the small “sofa” is impractical for 2 people. Also because of the very hot weather, the air conditioning was just adequate. This was not helped on our first night by us finding out that someone had turned on the central heating!!
• Marina (10/5): - L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé proche du centre ville. Le seul bémol est le fait qu'il soit situé dans une zone où il y a des galets sur la route donc réveil matinal dû au trafic.

• Christine (7/5): Good property; could be even better. - Spacious; comfortable bed; nice shower room. Generally a very good property and could be excellent if facilities were improved. Very convenient for the station and not too far from centre of town. No kettle or tea bags; no toiletries; no top sheet on the bed (it was too warm for a duvet, and only a bottom sheet provided, so we had to use our towels to sleep under) Curtains let in too much light. No Wifi on morning of departure (was it timed to go off, or were we just unlucky?) Lots of road noise from cobbled street and a lot of traffic (may be partly due to road works nearby)

Due to road construction in front if the theater, many cars were driving through the tiny street which may not be the case otherwise. Since the apartment is on the ground floor and not very well insulated, it was very noisy. In addition, the kitchen could be better equipped (e.g. cattle is missing).

• Helen (7/5): Great location comfort could have been better - The location was excellent and the apartment very spacious, the host was kind to give us a ride there We had been spoiled by our experience in Verona where we had plenty supplies of tea,coffee, snacks there was no kettle at the apartment . Also no blinds so it was very light in the morning and noisy because of the traffic
• Lu (7/5): Spacious apartment a few steps away from the old town - - Location. - Looks like it's been recently renovated. - Nice and comfortable size for 2 people. - Basics + fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't use it). - Wide bed. - 2 complimentary cold bottles of water, which were highly appreciated in the summer heat. - Self Check-in. - The host allowed us to store our luggage for an extra 1:30h. - Very loud noises coming from the street (cars, people talking...). The apartment is on a ground floor, so as the apartment's not sound proved, you can hear it as if the windows were open. - Artificial air freshener in the room and the bathroom, which we had to temporarily hide to avoid getting dizzy. I believe as it's close to a small canal / river, there's a strong smell in the apartment, but the freshener's not the solution... or at least not that particular non-natural smell. - Cleanliness could definitely be improved. It is obvious that only a superficial cleaning is performed. The apartment was full of dust in certain places, old stains, and so on. - Curtains are not wide enough for the windows, so they couldn't block the sunlight entirely, and they had to be closed at all times as people from higher floors on the opposite building could have a peak otherwise. - There were several flying insects and mosquitoes, which were a bit annoying at night. - We found the bed to be extremely soft, and quite uncomfortable. But that's a personal opinion.

• Robert (8/5): A great value that is convenient and clean. - Very close to train and tourist sites. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large. It has a great kitchen for cooking or just refrigerating snacks. While communication was alright there was a delay getting responses to questions at times. The soundproofing of the room also wasn’t very good. You could hear cars and people outside quite a bit.

• Helen (6/5): Disappointed with the property but loved Mantova. - Close to railway station, old town, shops and places to eat. Size and general condition of the premises. Nice bed. Information said there was a river view- there wasn’t! The property was very noisy, particularly from traffic and road noise and one could hear every bit of noise from people passing on pavement to people entering the property. The lighting system was chaotic. There is a need for bedside cabinets and lights ( comments made before but ignored). The only place to sit was very uncomfortable and totally unsuitable for two people. The seat had to be wedged against the bed to get any form of comfort. The property is big enough to take a two seater settee and another seat/s. The curtains need to be double the width to keep the light out. No sink plug . No tea towel. Electric kettle would be a valuable addition. Unfortunately the negatives ( some of which have been mentioned before by other guests but not acted upon by the owner) outweighed the positives and would prevent us staying again.

• Devin (8/5): A little nerve-racking at first trying to communicate regarding self check in, but the room itself is huge and relativel - Great location close to the train station as well as the city center. Everything is walkable. Very spacious and comfortable with most of the basics. Host was fairly flexible as well. A good deal for what you get. It took a while to get the self check in instructions squared with the host, which was a little anxiety inducing, but once we figured everything out it was great.

• Angela (9/5): Comfortable and excellent value for money - modern stylish and spacious apartment within short distance to train station and the old town. Good shower and comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped to make a meal. liked the fact there is an iron and ironing board. The window blinds are kept closed as the apartment is on the ground floor and passers by could look in. You have to switch on the lights during the day.
