Jodhpur is called the 'Sun City' and is tremendously hot, so I felt very uncomfortable until 8:00 p.m. When I asked why the AC wasn't working, they informed me that they don't turn it on between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. I was very disappointed.

• Sven (7/5): It’s a beautiful and modern place, though not the quietest. - Beautiful building with a lot of space, sitting areas, bar, restaurant, roof top terrace, … Good furniture and overall clean. Staff is very nice and polite, I liked the attitude of the waiters in particular. Live folk music on the rooftop every evening adds to the atmosphere. The hostel is on a very noisy street making it uncomfortable to chill or talk outside. The washrooms aren’t cleaned daily. During check-in, the staff were quite proactive in promoting activities. While they were very kind, it felt a little full-on at a time when guests are usually just trying to arrive and settle in.

The hostel has a very chill and friendly vibe, which is ideal for solo travelers. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and polite. I especially enjoyed spending time and explore Blue city walk tour with Ujjawal ji, I got to meet other travelers and have good conversations. The rooftop view was amazing, especially in the evening — you get a beautiful glimpse of Jodhpur’s blue city. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay at a budget-friendly price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jodhpur. Ac timing needs to improve.

Hostel ki suvidhayein aur safayi toh lajawab hai hi, par yahan ka staff is jagah ki asli jaan hai. Khaas taur par Shravan ke baare mein jitna kahu utna kam hai. Wo sirf ek staff member nahi, balki ek bade bhai ki tarah hain. Unka nature itna friendly hai ki wo har guest ka dukh-dard samajhte hain aur trip ko behtar banane ke liye hamesha extra mehnat karte hain. Shravan jaise log hostel ko ghar jaisa banate hain. Saath hi, Ujjwal ka kaam bhi kaafi badiya hai, wo har cheez ko bahut hi smart aur smoothly handle karte hain, unse baat karke maza aa gaya. Sonia ne bhi hamara stay comfortable banane mein koi kasar nahi chhodi. Agar aap Jodhpur mein hain, toh Shravan aur unki team se milne zaroor aayein. 10/10 recommendation!"

Yahan ka mahaul itna shaandaar hai ki aapko ghar ki yaad hi nahi aayegi. Hostel bahut saaf-suthra hai, rooms kaafi comfortable hain aur location toh ekdum perfect hai. Lekin sabse acchi baat yahan ka staff hai jo hamesha madad ke liye taiyaar rehta hai. Khaas taur par Shravan ka shukriya, unhone hamara stay bahut asaan aur yaadgaar bana diya. One of the highlights of my trip was the **Blue City Walk**, and a big shoutout to **Ujjwal**, who accompanied us as our guide. His charm, friendly nature, and deep knowledge of the city made the experience truly special. He explained the history, local stories, and hidden corners of the blue lanes in such an engaging way that the walk became one of the most memorable parts of my visit. I’d also like to mention **Shrawan**, the night staff at the hostel. The place was made perfect by the hosts, specially mentioning Ms Soniya, she is an excellent host, very respectful and always smiling, resolves any issue in minutes. I had an issue with my booking she was quick enough to make it done. I appreciate that. The other host, Ujjwal, energetic and positive guy, I had less interaction with him but he was good to talk and very warm host. The mesmerising ambiance, friendly hosts and comfortable rooms made my stay memorable. Only issue was the laundry guy, I didn’t find the laundry upto the mark, and was quite overcharging. Apart from that everything is 10/10.

Il design delle camere è un mix perfetto tra cultura Rajasthan e modernità. Il punto forte è senza dubbio il ristorante sul tetto: la vista sul Forte di Mehrangarh è mozzafiato e vi lascerà senza parole. Il cibo è così delizioso che vi leccherete i baffi! Ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale è lo staff. Non ci sono parole sufficienti per lodare Shrawan e Ujjwal. Entrambi sono così gentili, disponibili e cordiali che non vi sentirete affatto lontani da casa. Si prendono cura di ogni piccolo dettaglio e sono sempre pronti a servire gli ospiti con un sorriso. Interiøret er en perfekt blanding av Rajasthani-kultur og moderne stil. Renslighet: Både rommene og badene var veldig rene og godt vedlikeholdt. Beliggenhet: Dette vandrerhjemmet ligger rett ved siden av Mehrangarh Fort, og tilbyr fantastisk utsikt over fortet. Tilgang til byens hovedattraksjoner er også ganske enkel. Takkafe: Takkafeen deres var mitt favorittsted. Maten der er deilig, og det å sitte der om kvelden og se på fortet er en virkelig avslappende opplevelse. Jeg vil spesielt nevne Sarwan, ujjwal (Shravan, ujjwal). Sarwan gjorde oppholdet vårt veldig komfortabelt, og hans ydmyke natur og service er virkelig prisverdig. Anbefales på det sterkeste for enslige reisende, venner og par! Neste gang jeg kommer til Jodhpur, vil jeg gjerne bo her igjen.

And that upstairs cafe BARI 🔥 Every dormitory has its own attached bathroom as of my knowledge. The 4bed share dormitory's washroom is separated from the room.

• Pranjal (4/5): This was my first stay at Moustache Hostel, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Based on thi - Location and the interior design of common area and terrace was amazing…full photogenic with many game options. I had booked an 8-sharing dormitory in advance; however, upon arrival, the staff initially refused to provide the allocated room, stating that construction work was pending. When I inquired why the booking was accepted if the room was unavailable due to construction, I was informed that my booking could be canceled and that I would need to move to a 10-sharing dormitory at the same price. The staff member at the reception, who was introduced as Sonia, handled this matter. Unfortunately, the interaction was not conducted in a professional or courteous manner. The communication felt dismissive and unaccommodating, which significantly affected my overall experience. Although I was eventually provided with the 8-sharing dormitory, the way the situation was addressed was disappointing. Additionally, the bedsheets provided appeared unclean and did not seem to have been properly washed. I have attached photographs for your reference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that appropriate steps are taken to improve service standards and prevent similar inconveniences for future guests. Ujjwal really helped us explore the city very patiently and he was very helpful and fun throughout our tour . 10/10 will come back again .
