- Jo (8/5): - Huisjes zijn nieuw, proper en er is 1 parkeerplaats per huisje. Andere auto kan op centrale parkeerplaats gezet worden. Keukengerei (geen overzicht van wat er zou moeten aanwezig zijn), enkele kommetjes en extra pan zou handig zijn. Park is nog in "opbouw", dus verharding wegen ontbreekt nog

- Marleen (9/5): Rustig verblijf vlakbij de natuur - Een leuk huisje, modern ingericht. Volledig ingerichte keuken, alle gerief ter beschikking. Zeer aangenaam om te verblijven. Heel rustig gelegen, vlakbij een bos met veel wandelingen en op korte afstand van Prüm.

Eventuell weil der Bau noch nicht abgeschlossen ist. Softeismaschine ist nicht zu empfehlen und die Eismenge für 2€ ist zu wenig.

- Lukas (6/5): - Alle Häuser sehr neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn alle Häuser Neu waren, hatten alle Häuser in der Bausubstanz Mängel. Böden hatten sich extrem gesetzt, Eingangstüren ließen sich nur paar Zentimeter öffnen. Die Therme im Haus ist extrem laut, und macht so laut Geräusche das Nachts das Ganze Haus wach wird
- Arthur (3/5): - Wir sind am Wochenende als Familie angereist, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Leider wurden wir von einem sehr kalten Haus empfangen. Die Fußbodenheizung funktionierte nicht. Am ersten Tag konnten wir uns nur in der Sauna aufwärmen. Das Personal sagte, dass so etwas manchmal vorkommt und die Heizung vielleicht später noch anspringt. Am zweiten Tag fiel dann auch noch das warme Wasser aus, sodass wir nach der Sauna mit eiskaltem Wasser duschen mussten. Dadurch war unsere ganze Stimmung leider verdorben. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Problem nicht sofort gelöst wurde oder warum man uns nicht in ein anderes Haus umquartiert hat, in dem alles funktioniert. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich etwas Besseres erwartet.
- Andreas (10/5): Entspannung pur abseits des Ortes - Die Häuser sind abseits von Prüm, rund 3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald, ca. 4 km mit dem Auto. Sehr modern ausgestattet, abseits der Hauptstraße bietet dieses kleine Feriendorf alles, um als Großstädter mal Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Wir hatten ein Haus mit Sauna und Kamin. Wir haben sie ausgiebig genutzt und privates Wellness gemacht. Die Baustelle stört ein wenig, wenn tagsüber gearbeitet wird und die Arbeiter mit ihren Autos meinen, sie wären da alleine. Aber die Baustelle war mir vorher bekannt. An unserem Haus selbst war nur die Decke im Schlafzimmer zu kurz für mich. Vermutlich eine Decke für ein Kinderbett. Das Problem wurde durch die Haushälterin umgehend gelöst nach der ersten Nacht.

- Jolien (10/5): Zeer mooi complex in opbouw, wij komen zeker terug. - Goede ligging, zeer propere huisjes. Ik boekte een huisje met 3 slaapkamers en ik kreeg er maar 1tje met 2 slaapkamers voor de kids. Ik betaalde voor een groter huisje en kreeg er een kleiner.

- Angela (9/5): Prima huis - Leuk, mooi en schoon huis. Nabij een bos. Rondom de huisjes werd nog gebouwd. Winkeltje was nog niet open. ( Dit was vooraf wel bekend, dus aanvaardbaar)

- Birgit (5/5): Nett aber zu hellhörig um zur Ruhe zu kommen - Schönes helles Haus in toller Lage. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und das Herz begehrt. Es war schön warm beheizt zur Ankunft. Haus ist sehr hellhörig, Abwasserrohr vom oberen Bad läuft durchs Schlafzimmer, scheinbar nicht oder schlecht isoliert. Fehlende Fußmatten, bei Regen keine Chance den Matsch draußen zu lassen. In den Nachbarhäusern waren Monteure untergebracht, ab 5:30 lief für 10-15 Minuten der Motor und es wurde sich lautstark unterhalten. Trotz schließen des Fensters war weiterschlafen nicht möglich, bis alle Monteure unterwegs waren. Sehr schlecht gelöst. Haus neuwertig, aber alle Arbeiten schlecht ausgeführt, Türen schleifen, Küche sauber aber alles schlecht zusammengebaut. So schade. Bei den Abstrichen und fehlende Schlaf ist der Preis in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.

- Erich (8/5): - Schönes modern eingerichtetes Haus im grünen. Das Haus hatte einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft. Zu fuß kann man in einer halben Stunde durch den Wald über breite Wege nach Prüm spazieren. Die Heizungssteuerung funktionierte leider noch nicht richtig. Es war sehr warm. Kleinigkeiten waren noch zu Erledigen.(Abdeckung Spülmaschine, Deckenverkleidung Dusche oben). Es ist noch ein Baugebiet aber ansonsten ist die Lage und das neue Haus toll. Wenn alles fertig ist, sicher eine tolle Location.

- Gerald (8/5): Nette Übernachtung auf unserer Fahrradtour - Dass man eine Ferienwohnung auch für eine Übernachtung erhalten hat! Wohnpark noch im Bau. Da liegt es auch in der Natur der Sache, dass es etwas Baulärm gab. Aber alles im erträglichen Rahmen.

- Sylvia (10/5): Alles machte insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. - Neue und moderne Ferienhäuser in einer FEWO Siedlung. Alles in der FEWO ebenerdig, Dusche ist behindertengerecht. Die Betten sind angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. WLAN und TV funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir durften unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen. Sehr nette Begrüßung von hilfreicher Dame an der Rezeption. Die Straßen werden erst gebaut und sind noch holprig.
- Roman & AB (9/5): Très bon coin pour la détente - Tout nouveau, très beau, dommage que c’était encore fort le chantier à l’extérieur, donc les abords étaient moyens, mais par contre on est dans la forêt, donc c’est très agréable. Belle petite terrasse, bâtiment bien conçu, un petit sauna, tout ce qu’il y a de plus détendant à l’intérieur. Le chantier à l’extérieur, toutes les informations sont en allemand, le personnel ne parle qu’allemand. Donc pour qui ne comprend pas l’allemand et ne le parle pas, ça peut être compliqué. Par contre ils sont très gentils.

Gute Ausstattung und neue Räumlichkeiten und Mobiliar. Viele wunderschöne Wanderwege und Prüm in drei Kilometern zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab ein Wespennest direkt am Haus (Haus 7), das war leider sehr störend, auch im Haus. Die Aussage war, dass sich der Chef kümmern wird wenn er morgen wieder da ist - das ist den nächsten Mietern zu wünschen. Defekte Kaffeekanne und fehlender Besen und fehlende Stromverbindung an der Markise - soll ebenfalls behoben werden. Empfehlenswert wäre für für Zukunft die Überlegung, Fliegengitter anzubringen.

- Sofie (6/5): Smelly - We rented three houses, one me and my family stayed in, was smelly. This was due to dehydrated pump stone / washbasins. We didn’t get the smell out of the house by opening all windows for hours. This gave an unpleasant stay and unclean feeling, not nice to stay or to sleep in. It looks like no one looked after the house before we entered, it was just waiting for guests too long and resulted in dried out washbasins. Not nice at all.
- Daryna (1/5): Very unpleasant experience and just a money grab - The house itself pretty beautiful and comfy, everything is new. The administration is unprofessional and unpleasant . The answers for my questions was avoided to answer or not answered. First time in my life I see that poor service. We had to pay for a rent but also additional for towels and bed cloths (first time see it in my life) and then making up the beds ourselves and then taking cloths off. For checkout we had to clean after ourselves (which is normal) but they ask for extra stuff like clean a fireplace, take off bed cloths, put towels in right place etc. We clean everything, even though I paid for some service which we didn’t get. As there every move every thing is in additional cost. Just a money grab. At the checkout adminitstator came, check everything, approved that we leave house as we should. After week I’m getting a bill from this house for extra 90 euro. In bill written that they are charging us for not cleaned fireplace (which we didn’t clean and administrator approved) and it’s not also our job to do so, and for that we didn’t take with us garbage. Wow, I first time see that we needed to take garbage with us. We clean everything, we pack all garbage and left it next to house as logical. Okay, no problem, we could took it with us, but no one provided us with the such instructions that’s first, second and again administrator was there and saw everything but didn’t say anything. I’m not a clairvoyant, to guess the wishes, if they didn’t tell us about it.

- Andrius (8/5): I recommend this property but be aware of extra payments. - House was clean, cozy and well equipped. It's a miserable thing that we were restricted in 10 kWh per stay. Each kWh extra cost ~0,50 EUR. Before check out staff (guy) checked everything very very carefully. We were extra charged (15 EUR) because dishwasher was still running at check out time. He wanted to charge us because in his opinion bbq grill wasn't cleaned properly (as he said) most likely he wanted to see it like new (impossible). Linen and towels cost extra (~12 EUR per person). In the end of stay we didn't receive invoice for total payment and extra charges as well.
- Nicoline (8/5): Nice stay in quiet area - Nice reception by Frau Enders, warm house, sauna worked great, many walking trails. Nice view. We had a real nice stay in this house. Quite some restaurants downtown. No railing to go upstairs/downstairs. It was very challenging for my senior father to go upstairs to the sauna, and back downstairs. Pillows were a bit too soft. Little carpet at the entrance inside to wipe feet would be useful. The one on the outside was entirely wet. Bathroom downstairs was small so a shower curtain would help to avoid making everything wet. Parc is still under construction, but we knew this.

- Jessica (5/5): NOT WORTH THE MONEY, bad experience overall - The house is new (not finished) The house isn’t finished and basically on a construction site. A lot of things don’t work (sauna, no TV), which surprised us. It’s not worth the money, at all. Also the staff and the whole process before you arrive is a COMPLETE nightmare. I’ve booked around 50 times over booking, this was by far the worst experience. I got 5 messages asking and telling me the same thing, I don’t know if they’re automated but it’s just a nightmare as they threaten you repeatedly with their outrages fees for towels and sheets (ridiculous in the first place), after you say you will bring your own messages arrive that say “we will provide them and you will pay the fee”. When we asked for checkout at a specific time they arrived early and then late. I would never ever stay here again even though the house itself is nice enough (if the TV and sauna worked).

- Wei-chun (9/5): Superb - Great vacation house! The limit to use the electricity is quite inconvenient, especialy whe you are traveling with the whole family. We kept watching for the electric meter and worry to turn on any electronic devices, otherwise everything is perfect!
- Chiel (7/5): Lovely house with additional costs - The house is still like new and very nice, as is the park. It has a great design, and a nice terrace with some lawn for the children to play. There's also a playground in the park, although it could use some attention. The park is next to a nice forest. As for electricity, 10 kWh per day is included for free. As we didn't use the sauna and used the washing machine and dishwasher only twice in 4 days, we were surprised to find out that we had exceeded the allowance by 50%. Probably in part due to the heat pump, running regularly to provide hot water, even if the house itself doesn't require heating. So keep in mind that there will be an additional fee for electricity, and that it can be costly to use the sauna or to heat the house on electricity in colder periods. We opted to bring our own bedsheets and towels to avoid an additional fee of 60 euros for the five of us. In general the park seems to provide as little as possible: e.g. 1 tea towel and no hand towel in the kitchen for a 4 night stay, no sugar or salt, just 2 blocks of dishwasher soap, no detergent for the washing machine and 1,5 rolls of toilet paper.
- Y (7/5): Good - There is no tea or coffee on the kitchen. At least they could put 2-3 pieces.
