First night we had to spend in the apartment next to the building entrance, where the air-conditiong didn't work and in general renovation of the apartment is badly needed. Once we moved to another apartment in the 1st floor all was great.

MOLTO GENTILE ESMIR COLUI CHE CI HA CONSEGNATO LE CHIAVI E CHE ABBIAMO CONTATTATO PER VARI PROBLEMI RELATIVI ALL'APPARTAMENTO. L'appartamento non corrispondeva a quello visto su booking. Non c'è privacy, il portone d'ingresso ha dei vetri, quindi anche dall'esterno si vede in casa. Inoltre essendo al piano terra da una stanza si accede ad un terrazzino senza però che vi siano barriere tra un terrazzo e quello adiacente. chiunque può passare o entrare in casa. Cosa purtroppo molto fastidiosa e grave trovare ogni sera blatte in bagno. Purtroppo mi hanno detto che l'appartamento n 7 e quello n 10 hanno questo problema. Per me la proprietà non dovrebbe fittarli, rovinano i pochi giorni di ferie e di relax che ognuno di noi attende nell'anno.

- Berta (9/5): - Könnyen megközetíthető helyen fekszik. Parkolás a saját udvarban lehetséges. Csendes környék. Kocsival 4-5 perc a központ és a tengerpart. Láthatóan ittas alkalmazott fogadott megérkezéskor. 6 főre foglaltunk két szobát,de egy hatfősbe akart berakni minket. Tulajt hívtuk telefonon.Jött egy hölgy,aki átadta a másik kétfős szobát. Négyőnknek kellett a hatfős szoba,így fértünk el kényelmesen. Mikrót hiányoltam,elfért volna a hűtő tetején. Ennek ellenére itt szállnék meg legközelebb is,hátha megjavul minden!😄

Situation proche de la plage de Portoroz en voiture et facilement relié aux routes rapides. Appartement pour 2 ou 3 personnes, pour 4, c'est possible mais cela devient petit. Pas de four à micro-ondes. Pas de vue depuis l'appartement.

- Chesron (7/5): Great pace - Rude owner - The place was clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. Esmir, I believe, was the one who handed us the keys. Although he didn’t speak English, Spanish, or Dutch, he was very helpful. A really nice guy—he showed us where we could eat and also helped us out in the apartment. Top experience! The owner was very rude. He hung up on us twice without saying goodbye. Although he could speak English, his welcome was horrible and unfriendly.

- Pierre (5/5): Déçus . Correct pour 2 nuits mais pas plus. - Climatisation, parking à disposition, calme, lit confortables. Relativement propre (sauf que nous avons trouvé une bouteille sous un lit à notre arrivée). L'appartement au 1er étage avec le balcon était confortable. L'appartement du rez de chaussée était très petit pour 5 personnes. Il n'y a plus aucun espace une fois le canapé lit deplié. Aucune intimité, la terrasse est partagée avec les autres et donne sur le parking. Pas de rideau aux fenêtres. Le volet roulant ne descend pas jusqu'en bas. La tv ne fonctionne pas. La plage est loin. Impossible de s'y rendre à pieds. La communication avec l'hôte est inexistante. On a dû payer une taxe de séjour douteuse en cash... Je ne comprends pas le titre de "fabuleux" dans les commentaires.

- Jessica (8/5): - Large apartment with very big comfortable bed. Close to a nice restaurant, quiet area and parking. Friendly staff. Didn’t receive instructions about checking in or out. No iron. It’s quite far from the centre. A car is needed. Quite expensive but may have been due to the holiday weekend. We thought we had booked an apartment with a washing machine but there wasn’t one on arrival.

- Marianna (10/5): Appartamento molto carino! - L' appartamento di nuova costruzione e' carino e dotato di tutti i confort. Ha anche un piccolo terrazzino dove si può fare colazione o cenare. L' edificio ha un parcheggio gratuito ad uso degli ospiti.

- Veronica (1/5): BLATTE E INSETTI IN BAGNO E CAMERA - DISGUSTING. We came back after dinner out and found the apartment covered with cockroaches, ants and other insects. We tried to kill the most and while cleaning everything we found under our bed excrements, dead spiders and larvae. Disgusted and hoping not to get bed bugs, we HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR. We tried to speak to the host, that was very unkind to us after this. The worst experience. NEVER AGAIN.

- SzanTom (10/5): Pár éve épült,jól karbantartott,tiszta,csendes szálláshely Portoroz központjától sétatávolságra. - Csendes, nyugodt környék Portoroz központjától 3 km-re. A szállás jól felszerelt, tiszta, biztonságos parkolási lehetőség van az autónak az árban. Van mosogatógép is, bár mi nem használtuk. A fiaim minden este bementek gyalog Portorozba és vissza, ami kellemes esti sétának is jó. A városban lehet kerékpárt is bérelni és azzal közlekedni, de a szállástól 100m-re van a buszmegálló és egy jó étterem is. A buszok tiszták, pontosan közlekednek. Mi Piranba busszal mentünk, ne hagyja ki, ha arra jár! Javaslom a szállásadónak, hogy legyen nála is kerékpár bérlési lehetőség - mi éltünk volna vele. -
- Maria (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Die Lage Sauberkeit, Personal Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich neu und es gäbe noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten. Wir haben es dem Eigentümer gesagt und es wurde gleich umgesetzt.

- CAROLINE (6/5): Déçus car pas fabuleux … - La parking gratuit , appartement choisi spécialement pour ça … car sur la côte adriatique cela coûte vite très cher . La Clim indispensable pour cet emplacement au mois d’août . La propreté . Appartement situé sur la commune de Seca sur les hauteurs de portoroz . A 5 min en voiture mais la route pour accéder au centre à pied ou en vélo est une nationale où les voiture sont nombreuses et roulent très vite de jour comme de nuit . C’est très dangereux à pied ou à vélo pour rejoindre la Parenzana ( surtout avec des enfants ) . L’appartement est basic , récent dans une maison avec plusieurs appartements construite récemment dans un objectif de rentabilité. Extérieurs non finis et peu soignés ( rare en Slovénie ) . L’appartement est exigu pour 5 , le canapé lit , peu confortable prend toute le place dans le séjour , balcon minuscule donnant sur un mur . Aucune déco et équipement minimal , chambre sans lampe de chevet , lumières de l’appartement blanche et agressive , quasi pas décoré. Salle de bain exigu , fonctionnelle mais rudimentaire sans produit de toilette . Peu de communication avec les personnes sur place, gentils mais parlant peu anglais . Jamais déçus par un Fabuleux sur booking , il faut une première fois à tout ….

- Janet (9/5): Eine saubere moderne Unterkunft - Sehr sauberes schönes Apartment mit Terasse und Klimaanlage. Freundlicher Ansprechpartner war immer vor Ort, auch wenn sprachliche Verständigung nicht in Englisch und Deutsch möglich. Aber es hat für unsere Zwecke gereicht und war in Ordnung.Zu Fuß ca 20 min nach Lucija. Nah am Radwanderweg. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn im Hausflur eine Übersicht mit Informationen zu nahen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bäcker, Fahrradvermietung, Arzt, Restaurants… ausgelegten hätte.
- Siegfried (8/5): - Sehr schön gelegen in der Nähe der Salinen und der Steilküste, die man beide wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden kann. Auch ins Zentrum von Pirtoroz ist es nicht weit und für Ausflüge an der Adriaküste mit dem Auto ideal. Das Appartement ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt doch etwas eng. Auch der Balkon ist nicht sehr einladend. Wäre die Anlage ausgebucht gewesen, hätte man dort kaum eine Privatsphäre.

- Alexander (9/5): Tolles Appartement, sehr nette Gastgeber! - Sehr nette Gastgeber die immer erreichbar waren. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich super. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren, allerdings hätte die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher sein können.

- Angelika (8/5): Miejsce na to, żeby mieć dobrą bazę wypadową. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Jeżeli nie zależy Wam na jakimś mega standardzie to jest to dobre miejsce. Można na nogach dojść na plażę, obok jest restauracja, a do lidla można dojechać koło 2 km. My wszędzie jeździliśmy autem. Myślę, że dobrze wcześniej uprzedzić gości, że będą remonty. Ogólnie było ok, większość czasu spędzaliśmy poza obiektem, więc na tyle co byliśmy było ok.

- M. (7/5): - Fijn dat er op loopafstand een restaurant zit, waar je lekker kunt eten. De warmte in de slaapkamer. Die was alleen koel te krijgen als de deur wijd open stond, ook 's nachts. De één moest over een ander heen klimmen om in bed te komen, daar het niet vrij stond. Het was erg duur in verhouding tot de ruimte die we hadden. Er was wel een tv, maar we konden geen zenders ontvangen. En het was een beetje ongezellig.

- Fabrizio (7/5): Per questa struttura, Massimo 5 persone, non di più - L’ampio parcheggio gratuito, la pulizia e sicuramente il fatto che fosse tutto nuovissimo Lo spazio per 7 persone è veramente risicato. Si dorme in 3 in un soggiorno con un letto posto in una nicchia e una delle altre due stanze è davvero minuscola.

- Maria Anna (9/5): - Lokacija čisto blizu glavne ceste, lahko najti. Zelo blizu Portoroźa. Gostitelji prijazni in dobrovoljni. Naš apartma je bil nekoliko manjši, spalnica je brez oken in verjetno zato brez vrat. Sicer primerno opremljen, urejen in čist. Vrat kopalnice/WC ni možno zapreti
