• Jovan (8/5): Super ljubazna domaćica, predusretljiva. Miran,kraj za odmor. - Zgrada nema lifta. A stan se nalazi na 5 spratu. Za porodične ljude sa malom djecom, malo je teže.

• Julien (6/5): Bruit et environnement pas terrible. Hôtesse très sympa et appartement conforme cela dit. - A proximité du Centre On est clairement dans ce que nous pourrions appeler en France un HLM. Bruits de travaux dans l'immeuble dès 7h30.
• Gemma (9/5): Genial. - Esta cerca del centro: a unos 10-15 minutos andando. Espacioso. Perfecto para una familia de 4. Parquing en la puerta. La propietaria muy amable. Cerca hay supermercados. Aunque el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, encontramos a faltar un cuchillo para cortar el pan. Es un sexto sin ascensor, pero esto ya lo sabiamos, y ademas la propietaria nos ayudó con las maletas.
• Antonio (9/5): Recomendable - El apartamento está completamente reformado y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. La propietaria se preocupa de que te encuentres bien desde la llegada hasta la ida Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad caminando. El único pero es que es un quinto sin ascensor, nada que no se pueda solucionar con un poco de ejercicio.

• Marta (10/5): Soggiorno molto gradevole - Vicina al centro storico, parcheggio gratuito sotto l'appartamento, casa spaziosa e pulitissima, proprietaria gentilissima 5 piano senza ascensore (ma ne vale la pena)

• Isabelle (8/5): Appartement très bien situé à Zadar - Appartement très proche des commodités, du centre ville et de la plage Tout se fait à pied en 15 minutes Stationnement au pied de l’immeuble À disposition : lave vaisselle, machine à laver et four Hôte très disponible et adaptable pour l’horaire d’arrivée Attention à bien noter que c’est au 5 eme sans ascenseur … et immeuble en mauvais état d’extérieur ainsi que l’escalier ( comme ceux du quartier) en cours de rénovation semble t il Date de l’ancienne Yougoslavie Il n’y a la climatisation que dans le salon Il faut tout laisser ouvert sinon il fait chaud dans les chambres Il manque qq couteaux de cuisine et poêles pour cuisiner

The communication of the landlord is very good, friendly, helpful, and gave useful information. The location of the house is very good. There is no parking problem. An apartment we would like to stay in again.

We did know about the 5 flight of stairs but they still seemed to go on forever but in the end it was worth it.

A moment's walk and you are already in the Old Town. * Cleanliness at the highest level. 4 people recommend Murata Apartament with full confidence! * There is no such thing :)
• Paulus (9/5): Superb - Spacious, well-appointed apartment on the top floor of an apartment building. Host was very kind and forthcoming and responded quickly to all our queries There is no lift, so the top (6th) floor was rather a climb, but it was stated in the ad, so we knew this in advance
