• Alaa (2/5): J’ai dû quitter l’appartement après la 1ère nuit, impossible de rester à cause du chantier en face - La situation géographique Grande résidence en construction en face de l’immeuble travaux à longueur de journée, impossible de dormir ou se reposer en journée. La propriétaire m’a informé que booking allait me rembourser, j’ai reçu 18€ de remboursement au lieu de 75€. Normalement il ne doit pas être loué pendant cette période de gros œuvres.

• Szilveszter (10/5): Comfortable, secure, and well-located—perfect for a relaxed stay in Marrakesh, and Leila was an amazing host. - We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment in Gueliz and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and bus lines 1, 6, and 16 that take you to the Medina in around 15 minutes. The apartment is in a secure residential building with 24/7 security, a locked main entrance, and a key-scanned elevator, which gave us peace of mind. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed: a large fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, air conditioner, and constant hot water from the boiler. It’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. Even the sofas are fine for sleeping on. At first, there were no sheets or blanket cover for the sofa bed, but our host Leila was quick to respond and brought them within a few hours—great service. While the address is correct, searching it on Google Maps can sometimes show the wrong location. Our taxi driver from the airport ended up taking us to a different Andalous residence by mistake. For future guests, we recommend using “Le Marivaux Marrakech” restaurant as a reference point—it’s right next to the apartment and much easier to find. There’s some construction going on nearby for a new building, so it can be a bit noisy if windows are open. But when closed, the apartment is quiet and relaxing.
• James (10/5): Amazing - A great place to stay clean friendly modern would recommend to anyone There is construction going on outside so was a little noisy in the morning however that’s not the hotels fault so It wouldn’t let it affect the rating
• Razaz (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very modern and very comfortable. It’s about 20 mins away from the airport and 8mins drive into the Medina. It has everything you need around it, money exchange, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and even a printing place to print out your boarding pass! Leyla was also super helpful in helping us with where to go, change money etc. 100% recommend it!
• Katalina (9/5): Superb - Great location, nice, clean apartment, fast WIFI with everything you need including hair dryer, washing machine, some sugar, salt and tea in the fully equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the host throughout :-) Highly recommend! An airport shuttle is advertised in the listing but unfortunately, Leila was not able to directly help us with getting a taxi to the airport. She suggested we use an app I'd never heard of before to find local taxi drivers, but I wasn't willing to learn a new app just to get a one-time taxi. We ended up finding a taxi; there are plenty around, so this worked out fine, but we would have appreciated it if the "airport shuttle" service was not mentioned at all if we're meant to figure it out on our own anyways.

Located right next to a supermarket that had everything I may need! The WiFi in Morocco isn’t that great, so that was my only qualm. Other than that my stay was great!
