• alessandro (8/5): Bella esperienza. - La posizione è ottima per chi cerca movida e tranquillità, avevo 2 supermercati, 1 macelleria, e barbiere, i locali erano tutti vicini.Locale tranquillo con wi fii, insomma avevo tutti i confort.Non ho usato l'aria condizionata, perchè rimane fresco.I cuscini comodissimi, il letto è ok.Il gestore, mi ha illustrato tutti gli apparati, tv,ferro da stiro,frigo, lavatrice, coperte e asciugamani extra, bollitore per acqua e padelle,piatti,posate, insomma ci sta tutto, persino l'acqua in bottiglia sigillata! perfetto per single e coppie. Il balconcino, quando dovevo stendere i panni dovevo togliere la sedia.Ma non è colpa del proprietario.Opterei per uno stendi panni esterno al balconcino.
• anikó (10/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van.Városközpontban,de mégis csendes helyen(buszmegálló 400 méter,supermarket 50 méter, éttermek 300 méteren belül).Autóval be lehet állni az udvarra.A szállásadó nagyon kommunikatív és segítőkész.Nagyon felszerelt és tiszta szállás!Konyhai eszközök,kapszulás kávéfőző,vízforraló,mikró,tejhabosító,forró levegős sütő,nagy hűtő fagyasztó résszel mint otthon, vasaló,hajszárító,néhány apartmanban mosógép.Törölköző és wc papír állt rendelkezésünkre.A távozás napján a tulajdonos lehetőséget adott a későbbi kijelentkezésre, ami nagyon fontos volt számunkra mivel a gépünk csak este indult!Mindent köszönünk!Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

• Vanessza (9/5): - The apartment was as described, the host was very helpful and fast responding. Great neighbourhood with everything you need. Our only small gripe was the bed not being the best, since you can really feel the springs, but no other problems.

A zuhany függöny tiszta penész volt, a földön kontaktlencsét hagyott valaki a tartójával. A mosdóban a víz nem folyt le. A konyhai felszerelés nem volt tiszta. Mosogatni csak hideg vízzel lehetett. A tv nem működött 🙁

I truly appreciated the atmosphere of tranquility, spotless cleanliness, and order. ​The room was cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a pleasant, partial sea view. ​Pieris is the perfect host! He was always ready to help and answer any questions. Loved it. - The room was as in the photos, and had everything, and I mean everything( hair dryer, clothes iron, 3 plug adapters, hdmi cable so you could connect your laptop to the TV, air conditioner, microwave etc ). The water pressure was amazing. The location is great, 1 min walk from the Square. It was quiet. The rooftop terrace was nice.You have a store next to it with everything you need open until late. The cleaning in the building was done around 8-9 in the morning, sometimes it wake me up, but I'm not a heavy sleeper.

• Papa (10/5): Excellent! - We such a grate time! The studio was located at the 2nd floor, spacious and well equipped, very clean. Only 2 streets away to the center of Ayia Napa but in a quite area. The nearast beach is a 15-20 min away but that was perfect for us because we didn’t wanted to stay in the noisy center. Close to the bus station. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was very helpful and fast responding to any questions we had.

• VekiLaz (9/5): Aja Napa 14 dana - Dobra lokacija blizu centra,na mirnom mestu,a ipak daleko od gužve i buke iz okolnih barova.Autobuska stanica za okolne plaže je pet minuta udaljena od apartmana. Apartman lep,čist po dolasku.Kako je prikazan na slici na Booking.com takav je i uživo.Boravak u apartmanu je sasvim zadovoljavajući.Gazda korektan. Ispred apartmana imaju dve prodavnice koje imaju dobar izbor robe. Po odlasku iz apartmana ima prostoriju za stvari,toalet i tuš kabinu. Verovatno je da ćemo se vratiti ponovo. Nije nam se dopalo što smo morali da tražimo ili da kupimo hemijska sredstva za čišćenje apartmana tokom boravka od 14 dana. Normalno je da sredstva stoje pripremljena u apartmanu,kao i rezervna posteljina za krevet. Kao primedbu za apartman stavili bi da se posteljina i peškiri peru na 90 stepeni sa izbeljivačem za veš. Sve gosti mogu sami uraditi tokom boravka, jer u apartmanu ima veš mašina.

They even have a frappe machine so I had to try it and read about the history, frappe is a Greek invention. The owner is super professional and is always helping his guests with anything.

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to the beach. Everything you need is nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, etc.
• Kenneth (10/5): I had an excellent stay—the property is new, perfectly located, and the host was incredibly nice and responsive - The property is really new, and my apartment even has a sea view from the window! It’s just a 1-minute walk to a supermarket and also a 1-minute walk to a very good restaurant called Hungry Horse, where I had slow-cooked lamb—it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with buses to Portaras, Nissi Beach, or the Larnaca Airport shuttle. The host was super nice and friendly, and they let me leave my luggage in the building, which even has a shower room inside. The host and staff were also very nice and responsive. There was a group of young guys staying next to me, and sometimes they were a bit loud. I could also smell marijuana when walking in because of the guests next door. In addition, the refrigerator made a very loud noise in the middle of the night—I’m not sure what caused it.

During the night the noise from the street came pretty clear. The apartment from the floor level needs more phonic isolation.

It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is in a quiet area, yet only about a 7-minute walk to the town center, which was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was easy—he was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. A special mention for his honesty and kindness: I had forgotten my camera in the room during a previous stay two weeks earlier, and he not only found it but made sure I could come back and pick it up at my convenience. The Wi-Fi connection was strong enough to stream movies from my iPhone to the TV without any issues. The bed, pillows, and blanket were all very comfortable and more than enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and reliable stay! There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about this property—everything met expectations.

The appartment is very big, comfortable, clean, the towels and sheets are very clean and smell very nice. Location is great, very close to cafés, markets, restaurants and bus stations and yet in peaceful surround. It is equipped with everything you need during the stay. Definitely we will come back. He showed us all the locations we can visit in Ayia Napa, personally drawing them on a paper map and explaining to us. The room was like on the photos, clean and tidy. Only thing is the location isn't the best, as it's close to the town's party street so drunk tourists often come on foot, make loud noise. Or they drive very loud quadbikes, ATV's, or motorbikes. Fortunately when you shut the doors the sound isolation is decent and most of this disturbing noices are muted. There is a nice terrace on top of the building when you can hang out to drink with friends at the evenings. A lot of noise from drunk English tourists at evenings, or quadbikes, motorbikes driving on the street like crazy

Communication was excellent, staff were organised and efficient to check in and check out. • Jamella (10/5): Fantastic and thank you again!!! - I could was my clothes, had the option of cooking or eating out, the supermarket is less than a 1 minute walk from the apartment it’s self, plus there is a 24/hr shop across the road, directly in front of the apartment main front door very convenient but that’s if your mainly looking to buy basics, cigarettes and alcohol. The clubs are are few minutes walk away from the apartment, and from there is Ayia napa square and main strip restaurants bars. And to the host himself Pieris, we would really appreciate the service he provided from the moment we arrived up until we left. If we had any issues we didn’t have to wait whatever it was, he would deal with it promptly. Thank you for having us!!! Great stay!!! Great place to stay!!! No need for pictures the apartment speaks for itself, pictures that are already up on booking.com are exactly what they show.😉

Apartment is spacious, big bed, balcony enough for one. Exquisite cleanliness, good sheets. They cleaned up the apartment and changed sheets and towels on half of our stay. The location is probably my favourite thing about this place. It's 3 minutes away from our favourite bar with live music, and the bus station that takes you to all the beaches. You can be at any beach within 20-25 minutes. Also the distance to the big city beach is great and along the main roads, so those 10 minutes are interesting and quick. I wouldn't need any better. This is my favourite vacation so far so I will remember this place!! Soundproofing. There is 1-2cm under the door. Luckily in october there were few guests, so nobody was going up and down the stairs and hallways, but on one day some guests arrived and they talked in the hallway and woke me up multiple times. You can hear everything through the door. I would add slippers.

• Sam (8/5): Very comfortable - would stay here again, but avoid ground floor for cockroaches - Modern, well-equipped and spacious, in a great location. Pieris is extremely friendly, helpful and available. A lot of cockroaches, a very dim light in the bathroom (needs bulb replacement) and a power socket hanging off the wall (needs basic maintenance)
