- Deborah (9/5): - it was quite central and parking outside the property very close to the beach and had numerous restaurants very close to the property, would recommend
- Richard (10/5): - I liked the fact it was so convenient for everywhere. I didn't like I had to go as we were having a great time
- Jo (10/5): -

- Caroline (8/5): Nice, quiet stay in a lovely cosy cottage in front of a great beach. Good places to eat and a Morrisons all within walki - Well stocked kitchen Very steep stairs
- Delderfield (4/5): Not a great stay - Location Beds uncomfortable, bedding really old fashioned and not really suitable type for hosting guests. Needs mattress protectors and not blanket to cover mattress, seriously needs updating . Worst thing was an awful smell of urine in downstairs utility room / toilet. This actually caused me to go home a day early. The owner did come round but couldn't smell anything but he did say he had no sense of smell !!!
Parking can be hard sometimes as the cottage was opposite the Pavilion
- Banks (6/5): -
- Valerie (8/5): Very nearly perfect - The furnishings were top quality, it was beautiful, crockery, far more than needed, lots of cleaning equipment, settees were very comfy and clean, it was lovely . We loved the place and hope our couple of negatives comments helps to make it a perfect place Needed bed side tables and lights as there was only 1, stairs are very steep which was a problem for my husband as he has trouble walking and climbing. It would have been nice to have sheets as it was very hot and the duvets were too warm.
- B-burn (10/5): Had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and - The location was perfect and the property had all we needed.

- John (9/5): Amazing location, fab little cottage. - Such an amazing location a stones throw from Gorleston’s beautiful beach and opposite the Pavilion Theatre. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs all within a minute or two walk and Gorleston High street about 15 mins walk.
We managed a walk into Great Yarmouth over the new bridge and along Yarmouth seafront and got a bus back from town.
The cottage was very clean and well kept also very well equipped, providing towels and even tea, coffee, biscuits and small sachets of milk.
Easy check in - key safe by the door and number is sent to you with Davids mobile number if you have any problems (we didn’t).
There on-street parking and we managed to park outside and get a space each time we went out. Nothing. It was perfect

- Janis (10/5): All great, no problems, we will definitely stay in Seashells Cottage again when in the area - Location, well equipped with everything we needed. The stairs are quite steep and narrow which might be a concern for some folk. We are both in our late seventies and we had no problems on the staircase so I guess it all comes down to how mobile you are.
- Sally (10/5): Comfortable and convenient perfect location. - It had everything you needed. Parking can be tricky when it’s a nice busy day at the beach.
- Tibbs (8/5): Ot is daughter Gemma and l 3rd time - Na Could not open front bedroom window somewhat warm overnight
- Henley (10/5): A comfortable seaside stay. - Seashells is an exceptional property with two double bedrooms, one on suite.
It is tastefully furnished and decorated in line with its seaside location. It is spotlessly clean and lacks nothing in equipment. Nothing .
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, comfortable ...so well-equpped and thoughtful touches to make you instantly feel at home.. Genuinely a stone's throw from the beach and associated amenities. Loved every minute of our stay ...we will definitely return.
- Alison (10/5): Perfect and amazing location couldn’t really ask for more. - Home from home. Everything you need at the property.
Comfy and clean. Parking difficult as property in a busy area but managed to find a space after a while.
Had a recycle bin and food waste bin but no normal waste bin in kitchen.
- Julie (9/5): Comfortable, cosy cottage and well equipped. Close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. - Everything
- Paul (9/5): It was all excellent would stay again -
- Andrew (9/5): 5 days in Gorleston - Comfortable, well appointed cottage. Quiet, near the beach and a short walk to the town centre. Cafes and restaurants nearby.
Opposite the Pavilion theatre, saw a Tuesday show - recommend. Stairs a bit steep and narrow not suitable if you have mobility issues.
- Pauline (9/5): Superb - The property was very clean and a bit quirky, so cool. Very close to the beach. Nice for a couple. Gorleston seems to only have the beach. But that is what we cane for. The drive in past the industrial Riverside was a bit off putting, but they stunning beach wiped out that memory.
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, very cosy. We will be returning soon. Nothing
- Lloyd (8/5): Very good -
- Joana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cynthia (8/5): Lovely cottage in great location - Good location. Central to the town. Close to a few restaurants and bars. On a cycle route which we did. Heating only came on in the evening. The weather was poor so we were in the cottage during the day with no heating. No hairdryer could be found.
- Frances (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully equipped little cottage …we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door .

- Carole (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Jane (5/5): Disappointed - Dirty carpet, food crumbs on table, sheets didn’t fit, bed accessories appeared dirty. Windows all open with no keys to lock them shut. No net curtains for privacy, no way of drying towels. Very noisy outside.
- Gemma (9/5): Superb - Location, clean. Nice hosts Mattresses in back bedroom could have been bette
- Cath (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (4/5): Weekend in Norfolk - A central base to visit other places in Norfolk
WiFi was good and nice large tv Damp walls and musty, kitchen cabinets smelt mouldy. Biscuits should be left packaged and a refresh of the white sugar would have been nice. Noise nuisance from nightclub until past 2am, plus constant slamming of car doors from people leaving theatre and club. Bed in rear of cottage was very creaky, and not comfortable. Small wardrobe in back room was cluttered with junk so you couldn't hang any clothes in it.
- Jacquie (8/5): Enjoyable - Location Seating needed in either front or back garden
- Amit (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location
Enough parking on streets
Stones throw from picturesque beach.
- Brenda (8/5): A lovely relaxing break in comfortable surroundings. - Loved the cottage, right by the sea. Everything had been thought of down to t-bags, milk, coffee and even biscuits. Could not fault it. For someone with "bungalow legs" the stairs were a challenge but soon got used to them, however you expect steep stairs in older cottages.
- Michelle (9/5): Convenient, great location and cozy - Lock box made it convenient to check in when we arrived so had freedom N/A
- Simona (8/5): Coquette cottage very close to the beachfront 🙂 - Irreproachable cleanliness

Very close to the beachfront Having back problems both my son and myself would have benefited from firm mattresses

- Jeff (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - Lovely terraced house, very comfortable, and in wonderful location - right near the beach. Definitely recommended.
- Douglas (8/5): Good stay - All good parking OK if u get there early Have to pay more for 4 adults
- Birdking (10/5): Exceptional - Prime location Leaving at 9
- James (8/5): Very good - Took shoes offer door. Disappointed with stains on carpet.
- Michelle (9/5): Perfect location, ample parking, comfortable bed - Location was perfect, central to everything and ample free parking Maybe just a couple of tea bags on arrival
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (4/5): Disappointing - Lovely little house in fabulous location. Cosy and warm. Damp whiffs, visible signs of damp on walls. Badly fitted windows . Dirty bathroom walls and shower screen. Very steep stairs should get a mention for persons with mobility issues. No clothing storage in second bedroom. Second bedroom also needs a new bed. Young teens hanging out on the closeby theatre steps yelling and swearing til the early hours.
- Jason (10/5): Seashells cottage. - Great location, The house wasn't available for me the following week. As I was too slow to book!
- Tracey (10/5): Most enjoyable , will definitely be back - Location was excellent, comfy sofa
- Kevin (8/5): They sell seashell on a sea shore. Poetic stay - Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of owner, check in process I would have preferred a slightly later check out. Even 9.30 would have helped.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Teresa (8/5): Very good -
- Deanna (9/5): Superb -
- Chrischew01 (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped and comfortable cottage, everything needed for a short stay, and right on the sea front.

- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Very close to beach and had a lovely.homey feel Stairs were very steep compared to our home, would be difficult for people with mobility issues.
- Lukasz (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable flat.
- Ilze (9/5): Superb -
- Thankfull (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pia (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very user-friendly comfortable accommodation. - Well-appointed accommodation which had everything I needed. Staying on my own for business so plenty of room. For me on my own it didn't matter at all, but bigger groups should be aware that the bathroom is ensuite to one of the bedrooms.
- Meaton (8/5): Weekend in Gorelston - Great location , really close to the Pavillion , Ocean rooms , nice pub with good food & a couple of really good cafes . The beach is less than a minute away & free on road parking is always a bonus . The house has plenty of room , is well presented & was nice & clean . Shower was good & had a full kitchen facilities.
Gorelston was a really nice place to stay . The only negative thing we found is that the only bathroom/toilet is ensuite to one of the bedrooms , meaning that bedroom gets no privacy . Everything else was great .
