- Ivan (8/5): A Nice and convenient accommodation, closely located to Euston station, ideal for a quick city trip in London - Clean and comfortable rooms for a quick city trip. The regular studio was on the smaller side, but offered everything you need. The family studio was spacious with access to an outdoor area. Very responsive communication with the hosts (via the booking.com app) A security deposit was required, which felt a bit of a surprise (although it was mentioned in the booking details, but I overlooked) After confirming with Booking.com all was in order and the deposit was cleared after our stay.
- John (6/5): Overall, the location and laundry facilities were definite positives, but the size of the apartment and ongoing odour di - The apartment was in a fantastic location, very close to an M&S, a Wetherspoons for affordable food options, and within easy walking distance of both King’s Cross railway station and Euston railway station, which made getting around London very convenient. We also really appreciated having full washing and drying facilities available, and despite being in a shared/open area, we felt comfortable leaving our laundry unattended. That said, the apartment itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The bathroom was extremely compact — likely the smallest we’ve experienced — with the toilet positioned directly underneath the sink, making it quite difficult to use comfortably. The sink itself was also very small and not particularly practical for washing your face or brushing your teeth. Unfortunately, there was also a strong unpleasant smell lingering throughout the room, which we suspect was coming from the bathroom sink drain. We found that keeping the drain closed and the window open helped make the stay more manageable. The TV placement was also quite awkward, as it was mounted on a wall that couldn’t really be viewed from the bed, and the room was too small to comfortably sit at the table instead. A swivel arm for the TV would make a big difference and improve the setup considerably.

- Joshua (5/5): Basic accomodation in good location, but overpriced. - Basic accomodation in central London that does what it says. Very practical location and has all the basics you need. Room/furniture was quite old and rundown. Sink didn't drain. As others have noted, the bed is uncomfortable and you can hear the underground regularly passing below from the early morning. It's expensive for what it is, but that's London.

- Anne-Frédéric (3/5): Cute but dirty - Cute decor. Easy check in. The entire apartment smelled damp like mold. The towels smelled like mold. The bathroom had no ventilation and was tiny, which is probably the cause of the smell. The walls were dirty. The hallway was dusty and unclean. One of the doors didn’t close and the lock was finicky. The location is okay if you want to be close to the train, but the neighborhood is not that nice, loud and had a lot of construction.

- Oriol (8/5): Un apartament centric i que cobreix les necessitats. - Un apartament super ben ubicat, en un carrer agradable de Camden, a prop de Camden Market però prou lluny perquè no hi hagi el xivarri del jovent de festa. Amb metro i tren a la vora, les estacions d'Euston i Saint Pancras. L'apartament és lluminós i sembla més una habitació d'hotel, és menut però ho té tot. Tot estàva bé al meu apartament. Potser la dutxa podia haver estat una mica superior, però l'aigua sortia calenta, que és el que al final compta. El sistema d'escalfament de l'aigua era estrany, però funcional.

The floorboards are chipped, the kettle lid was broken and the shower is dangerous either ice cold or scolding. The room we booked looked nothing like the picture that is advertised

- Alessia (9/5): Lo consiglierei a chi va a Londra! - Tutto molto pulito, appartamento accogliente, letti comodi e acqua calda assicurata. Facilissimo accedervi date le chiare indicazioni e posizione ottima per andare ovunque, oltre ad essere collocata in una bella zona a due passi dalla stazione Euston. Esperienza più che positiva! Una finestra non si chiudeva bene quindi di notte entrava un po’ di aria, ma non è stato un problema

- Karen (10/5): - It was so clean and had all the facilities we needed , was close to all shops and the train station , beds were comfortable and also a quiet location Only thing was the temperature in the shower kept on going hot then cold all the time

The laminate floor is peeling off and it is in a bad condition, the fridge was leaking I think the little freezer needed to be cleaned full of ice and the door was not closing properly. The windows didn't close properly so it was very noisy at night.

- Ainsley (5/5): Really disappointing - The location of the apartments was perfect for sight seeing These apartments are not appropriate for families travelling with big cases, we had near to no floor space and for 5 days had to open/shut cases and move them out the way to be in the room. When we got there our tv did not stream as was advertised but the host did brilliant at sorting this out for us but i would suggest to the landlord to possibly put the TV on the top floor apartment on a swivel bracket as unless you only want to watch while in the bathroom you can't really watch comfortably from bed. We had 7 cases and rented two apartments and after hours of travelling we had to carry the cases to the top floor as no lifts (a detail i did miss). We had been travelling for 2 weeks already and I was excited at the promise of washing machines and driers, well only one washing machine worked and one drier worked sometimes, i had to sit on the floor next to the drier to wait for my clothes - fun- clothing was damp and no drying space in the rooms - we made do as too late to do anything about this as being from Aus our trip was organised for months. on arrival we noted a damp smell and realised the smell was coming from the drains in the bathroom, this smell came back every day. The apartment walls etc are quite run down and we were so disappointed with the stay - the pictures make this look spacious and modern and whilst it was neat and tidy it just did not meet the brief of what we expected.

Arriver facile et sécurisé grâce aux codes d'accès Le personnel est facilement joignables L'appartement est effectivement petit c'était pas une surprise. En revanche gros point noir pour la salle de bain il ne faut pas mesurer plus d'1,80m ou être en sur poids..Pas d'espace pour le moindre mouvement bien que la douche soit de taille standard. Un peu déçu de trouver 1/2 rouleau de papier WC pour deux sur 5 jours on a pas spécialement envie d'aller acheter ça sur nos vacances. Idem pour les capsules de café (au nombre de 4)

- Mariana (6/5): Good for the value - Muy buena ubicación en frente de Euston Station. La cama era cómoda, la estufa funcionaba bien, la mini cocina es conveniente. El baño es extremadamente pequeño. Mi marido, que mide 1,80 m, no podía sentarse cómodamente en el inodoro, ya que el lavabo está justo al lado y le obligaba a apoyarse contra la pared. Además, la ducha no cuenta con un suministro constante de agua caliente: dispone de un calentador pequeño que, por momentos, deja de calentar y el agua se enfría.

- kelvin (8/5): Lovely place for a short stay. - Position across the room from Euston Station . Relatively quiet given its position. Lots of options for dinner close by. Very clean. Nicely decorated but small room and tiny bathroom ( wasn’t really a big deal for a 1 night stay) Even had a nice view from our window. Some of the surroundings a bit tacky but it is inner city.

Nice to have kitchen though we didn’t use it apart from fridge and kettle. Will use on future trips. Not really anything to dislike I was happy the price was reasonable and facilities were good. My son used the sofa bed he is 6ft 4 and his feet hung over the edge but he was comfortable enough he said he found a comfy spot and stayed in it.

The room code we were given was incorrect. My partner phoned the helpline, and they answered promptly and rectified this, BUT the helpline is meant to close at 530, while checkin was until 10pm. It wasn't clear at all what would have happened had we arrived after 530. This leaves me very nervous, it feels like a system that will go wrong for someone. Facilities are just adequate. TV signal is too weak to be usable, and the TV faces the wrong way and can't be turned. Mini-kitchen would be ok, but no utensils (eg cooking spoons, breadboard, scissors that would allow anyone to cook beyond toast.) Toilet very tiny!

- Arden (8/5): Location, Location Brilliant ! - Accessible to Euston - St Pancras - Camden on our door step to where ever I wanted to go, by tube, bus or just walking etc I was under the impression that we booked a room with living space i.e. sofa etc, which was the ONLY REASON that we booked it to avoid the typical 1 room at a hotel. basically it was just a room with 6 foot kitchenette with appliances. Therefore everything was very compact as you can imagine. Overall we made it work.

- Gavin (10/5): Great week away - Location to London as a whole and Euston station. Small yet functional apartment, perfect for my trip. Really comfy bed too, which is always important. Great facilities too. Wonderful bathroom.
- pdr1365 (8/5): Large, quiet rooms a minute from Euston - Right next to Euston but no train or traffic noises in my room (rear of ground floor). Good sized, comfortable, bed, decent shower. The kitchen area was nice to have but as it directly faces the bed I didn't use it as smells would have lingered.

It had all the facilities I needed and was quieter than I expected. It was very cold on arrival. There is an electric heater but it took a while to heat up. The bathroom had no heating and was very cold.

Nonostante la zona trafficata,la camera era confortevole e silenziosa. Ottimo il riscaldamento. La cucina aveva tutti gli strumenti sufficienti per un breve soggiorno come il nostro. Wi-fi gratuito e grande TV. Il nostro monolocale aveva anche un piccolo balconcino. Jade,l'host,è stata molto gentile e disponibile,anche se non abbiamo mai avuto il piacere di incontrarla. Comodo anche il deposito bagagli nel bazar proprio accanto all'appartamento. Vorrei suggerire qualche gruccia nell'armadio e qualche appendi abiti. Non sapevamo dove appendere i cappotti. Anche in bagno sarebbero utili.

La primera noche tuvimos un incidente con la cama supletoria. Pese a que no se pudo solucionar el problema la primera noche, el anfitrión estuvo al caso y lo soluciono y gestionó lo más rápido posible. Por ello, repetiríamos! El apartamento se ve bien pero está un poco descuidado en limpieza. Los acabados, pese a estar reformado recientemente, se ven deteriorados.

- Freya (8/5): lovely apartment well designed and everything that I needed. - Kettle, fridge, microwave all worked great. Appreciated the teabags and coffee supplies and toiletries too. Slight smell for the drains in the bathroom, but overall seemed clean. Had problems with mobile receiving check in details on the actual day. would have been useful to receive these a day or too in advance.
- louis (7/5): Appartement équipé et bien situé pour un petit séjour ! - La proximité avec la gare de Euston , l’appartement et la décoration est neuf et de bon goût . Les équipements sont de bonne qualités . les rideaux ne cachent pas bien la lumière de dehors donc cela est fortement dérangeant sachant que la rue est éclairé . Le lit grince énormément . La salle de bain est vraiment très petite mais convient pour un petit séjour .
- Ewa (7/5): Mój pobyt z rodziną był pełen atrakcji i jestem z niego bardzo zadowolona. - Lokalizacja była nawet bardzo korzystna, ponieważ było bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego oraz do metra. Poza tym w najbliższej okolicy było mnóstwo różnych sklepów, barów i restauracji. W wynajętym apartamencie był aneks kuchenny, w którym była możliwość przyrządzenia niewielkiego posiłku. Należałoby w najbliższym czasie naprawić końcówkę od prysznica, ponieważ strumień wody nieco utrudniał komfortowe mycie. Koniecznie trzeba wymienić plastikowe krzesła, gdyż są dosyć mocno zużyte. Niewielkim mankamentem była również zużyta świeczka zapachowa, która już się do niczego nie nadawała.

Inoltre abbiamo trovato delle capsule e la macchinetta del caffe! La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la dimensione del bagno troppo piccola nonche la dimensione del lavandino e il divano letto che presentava la piega al centro del letto molto scomodo per la schiena.

- Abdul (8/5): Satisfactory stay for our short trip as a family including a 5 month old infant. - I liked the convenience of having a working kitchen, utensils and fridge. The heating unit in room was really good as well as the portable heating unit in the kitchen/dining area. We were really comfortable in doors. Had some trouble finding sockets for charging mobiles and laptop (not many in convenient places) but then did find an extension cord that helped. Initially we had hand washing liquid in kitchen but it was almost finished and then we had to water it down or make a trip to the washroom for a quick hand wash after cooking something. Really liked the utensils though. The property was first floor without lift and narrow stairs. I had to take my baby's pram/car seat up and down 2-3 times daily. There was no lift or a safe area downstairs where the car seat or pram could have been easily stored without causing any disturbance to other renters. I also want to point out that in the toilet, sink tap can be improved in terms of water pressure (too much pressure) and tightening the screws to prevent it from moving so much. The bulb in the main entrance hall also did not work and the main light in the kitchen/dining area is not sufficient after sunset. No soap in the washroom/toilet (adding one can be a good touch)
- Zoe (6/5): Prima ligging, niet de meest comfortabele accommodatie. - De ligging is echt heel fijn omdat als je naar buiten loopt je direct je door de hele stad kan verplaatsen met de underground. Het bed kraakte ontzettend en was helemaal doorgezakt. We hebben hier melding van gemaakt en er is diezelfde avond iemand langsgekomen om het te repareren. Echter zag ik later in de reviews dat al eens dezelfde melding was gemaakt over precies dezelfde kamer en bed, dus het wordt niet duurzaam gerepareerd of vervangen terwijl dat wel nodig is. Ook de kitranden in de douche zijn heel nodig aan vervanging toe. En er lag een flinke laag stof op de rand van het hoofdbord van het bed.
