• Clive (9/5): It was a very good hotel, extremely comfortable and clean room - Everything was very good for the purpose of our visit. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean, room excellent. We were notified of an evening event that could have been noisy, it was minimum background and the wine gesture to compensate was appreciated. The hotel also quickly arranged access for our unexpected late arrival. Good choices at breakfast. More cereal choices at breakfast. It would be better to have bigger cups in the bedroom for hot drinks such as tea. We didn’t mind the occasional background train noise , it might bother others.

• SH (10/5): Außergewöhnliches, komfortables Hotel - Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl in der Rezeption, als auch im Service. Ausgezeichnetes, vielfältiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eigerichten. Die Zimmer sind groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel selbst ist modern eingerichtet, man sieht und spürt jedoch die Geschichte des Hauses.

• Anita (10/5): - Dieses Hotel ist einfach spitze. Wir waren bereits ein paar Mal hier. Wir haben jedes Mal ein anderes Zimmer und man denkt sich, dieses ist in der Ausstattung und dem Komfort nicht zu übertreffen. Und doch sind wir immer überrascht. Und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist einfach top. Wir finden, dass viele andere 5 Sterne und 4 Sterne Hotels, die wesentlich teurer sind, nicht anmähernd mit der Qualität mithalten können. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, und die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gross.
• Timotej (9/5): A wonderful stay with great atmosphere and facilities. I truly enjoyed it, even if there is always - My stay was truly enjoyable. The sauna facilities were excellent, the wine was delightful, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxing. Overall, it was exactly what one hopes for from a great hotel. If I had to mention one thing, it would be a slight smell in certain areas. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was excellent.

Ausgestattet mit Nespresso- Maschine inkl. Kapseln, wasserkocher, Tee und Wasser. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Absolute Weiterempfehlung dieses schöne Hotel.

Toen we onze hotel deur openden stond er een mand klaar met handdoeken en twee honden bakken voor voer en water. SUPER ! Ontbijt was super goed geregeld. Goede nette bediening en de hotel kamer was ook mooi, groot en comfortabel. Wat ons betreft een dikke 10 ! Helaas geen mogelijkheid tot eten of drinken in het hotel. Er stond een koffiezetapparaat en dranken machine op de gang. Zelfbediening.

• Petra (9/5): sehr schönes, komfortables Business Hotel - sehr nette Mitarbeiter:innen in der Rezeption, sehr schönes Restaurant Bachstelze mit ausgezeichnetem Essen, Frühstücksbuffet sehr liebevoll gestaltet, Zimmer in Altem Gemäuer sehr geschmackvoll und neu gestaltet mit hohem Komfort e-Ladestation wurde von einem nicht E-Auto blockiert, Besitzer konnte nicht ausfindig gemacht werden, wodurch Laden nicht möglich war. Der Rezeption war dies sehr unangenehm, diese konnte aber nichts dafür, da Fahrer sich nicht angemeldet hatte und über mehrere Stunden dort parkte.

• Johann (10/5): - Ein schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Restaurant nicht geöffnet. Die Dame an der Rezeption reservierte in der Stadt ein schönes Lokal für uns. Hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Spacious, a big bathtub and a shower. Closet lighting was a nice touch and the air conditioning was refreshing to have on a hot day while working inside.

• Kurt (10/5): Ohne Alternative weit und breit - Das ganze Klima in dem Haus. Nett, persönlich, entspannt, motiviert…natürlich adrett, Kapfenberg ist halt Kapfenberg. Aber wenn man zwischen Wien und Italien unterwegs ist ein super Halt.
