• Eva Maria (4/5): - El piso tiene buena conexión con el transporte público, tanto metro como autobús. La televisión no funcionaba, faltaban sábanas en la cama y la escalera para subir a ella era muy insegura. Además, la respuesta tardía del propietario a una que otra pregunta.

• Gianluca (10/5): - Il gestore è stato disponibile e davvero gentile, mi ha accompagnato in tutto il soggiorno. Ho amato la luminosità e la tranquillità di quell'appartamento. È stato tutto perfetto.

Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere di Roma La pulizia dell’appartamento e alcuni oggetti a disposizione erano rovinati, qualche lavoro di manutenzione necessario

• Anthony Alcander (7/5): Great terrace - Beautiful with the terrace. The terrace was the game changer. Distance to city was bit far. Close by bar which was fun.
• Jacopo (8/5): UNA CHICCA - La casa è davvero una chicca, il prorietario Simone è stato gentile e disponibile nell’accoglierci in casa. Comodissimo il check-in e out da remoto. Quartiere vivace e ben servito da tutti i servizi. Metro a due passi, torneremo sicuramente!

• Gabriela (10/5): Hermoso lugar! Volveríamos sin duda - Todo! Las comodidades de las instalaciones, la decoración, la limpieza y todo lo que necesitábamos estaba ahí. La ubicación excelente y práctica, si estás agotado y no queréis ir hasta el centro a comer o comprar tenes todo con solo bajar del apartamento.

Quartier calme, très peu de voiture Belle terrasse avec une vue dégagée et la présence d’une machine à laver. Hébergement au 5 éme et dernier étage avec ascenseur Il faut amener ça lessive, pas de café ni de thé à disposition
• DARIO VAQUERO (5/5): Estancia Ok, olor muy fuerte a tuberia y un poco de frio - La ubicacion estaba bastante bien ademas tiene una zona cerquita de bares (10 min) y tiene una estacion de metro al lado. El olor del apartamento era horroroso, habia un olor a cañeria muy fuerte proveniente del baño. Por otro lado, las camas no son nada comidas y si vas en temporada donde no se permite la calefaccion, llevate abrigo, hace mucho frio en la casa.
• Olga (8/5): - На фото все выглядит гораздо чище и новее. Апартаменты не плохие, чтобы переночевать одну ночь, но не более. Размер чайника удивил, очень маленький и очень долго греет воду. В начале октября ночью холодно, не нашли одеяло для 2 человек. Не нашли wifi и информацию о нем.

Il soppalco è accogliente, ben arredato e sfrutta bene gli spazi: nonostante le dimensioni contenute, tutto era organizzato in modo pratico e funzionale. La posizione è fantastica Il costo potrebbe essere leggermente più competitivo

Quartiere bellissimo,giovanile e con tanti localini. Tutto davvero eccezionale come il proprietario che è stato gentilissimo e disponile.

• Jennifer (9/5): Im Großen und Ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Die Wohung hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sauber. Ein toller Bonus war die eigene Waschmaschine und der große Balkon. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und reaktiv. Bei Fragen kam immer eine schnelle Antwort und der Check-in wie auch der Check-out gingen einwandfrei. Der alte Lift ist etwas gruselig.

La recepción,no había nadie , antes de entrar al piso había que mandar papeles de identidad y hacer una transferencia bancaria.....todo esto afuera con calor de 34 grados. Fue el peor momento.la actitud de la chica no nos gustó. Fijó que me escribes después para decirte que fue un malentendido.
