I took the wrong exit at the hierapolis site and would have had to walk a lot to come back home but they came to pick me up! I think the price is really good and the bus leaves you 1mn away from the hotel and the entrance of the traversine is 5mn away. That's perfect.

• Isabel (5/5): Tétrico lugar para alojarse. - Que estaba cerca de la entrada de los travertinos No me gustó que la habitación tenía los muebles rotos,el agua caliente no funcionaba ,el desayuno era lo que te ponían,un plato con dos hajos naranja,un bol pequeñito con miel,queso de untar y mermelada,tres trocitos tomate,pepino,una galleta y una loncha de mortadela.Aparte para todos habia una tortilla y una bandejita con pan. El lugar estaba dejado ,en fin que jamás volveré a alojarme.

Rooms great size and cute little balcony that was treat for early morning view of balloons. Great to have all day tea and coffee available on the terrace with it’s awesome views. Отсутствие окна в номере очень огорчило, сложно находиться в помещении без окон. Также был неприятный запах в номере. Забыли поменять пакет в мусорном ведре в санузле. Номер отличался от тех фото, что были при бронировании. Максимум на одну ночь для бюджетных путешественников.

I taught payment was done via booking.com, so it was a surprise. They also wanted cash payment at first. When I insist to pay by card as I was short of cash then, they then allowed me to make card payment.

They were friendly and offered us great things to do around Pamukkale, including discounted paragliding as Hassan himself is a pilot. Thank you to the staff for having us and making us so welcome :). Free tea and coffee all day as well, and the breakfast is super fresh and tasty!!!

We had dinner at the hotel, all the food was freshly cooked, everything was delicious!. Breakfast also is very good and complete. Hasan the super host give us a pick up to the South Gate of the archeological site and we cross the site by walk until the hotel everything was perfect, TOP EXPERIENCE!

• Anna (5/5): - The staff were helpful and friendly. They gave us a free ride up to the upper entrance of Hierapolis and breakfast was nice. The hotel is looking tired and needs a renovation. The pool was advertised as being open for the dates we stayed, which was one of the reasons for booking this hotel, but on arrival it hadn't opened for the season which was disappointing.

• Munazzah (4/5): No Heater-Freezing cold and stinky bathrooms - Location, staff, breakfast and price Very old, not maintained, there were no heaters in the room and it was very cold, my kids were freezing, we had 2 rooms, they gave heater for 1 room and said there is no more for the 2nd room amd we we said we dont want the 2nd room and we will manage in 1 room that has heater because we were all freezing cold amd suddenly the heater was arranged. 1 big room with 1 heater was not enough so we slept with our hoodies, and socks and were still cold. Also the bathrooms stunk like sewer, my kids refused ro even enter the door of the bathroom. As soon as the door opened we all thought some type of sewerage leaked in our room because the smell was unbearable

El recepcionista nos ayudó con el transporte al aeropuerto al día siguiente. A la llegada (2 pm), nos tendrían que haber comentado que La Hierápolis cerraba a las 6 pm, un poco justo para ver todo y subir desde el hotel. Era diciembre, pasamos frío, los calefactores no funcionaban bien, y en mitad de la noche, hubo un apagón en nuestra habitación. Viajábamos con 2 niños pequeños, no había más solución que cambiar de habitación, pero estaba congelada, había que calentarla primero... finalmente, alguien vino y consiguieron arreglar el problema eléctrico en un fusible del cuadro. El taxi nos recogía a las 6 am :-(

Paigaldatud oli ka lisa kütteseade, aga see oli antud elektrivarustuse jaoks liiga võimas ning tänu sellele lõi korgid välja (vannitoas kustusid tuled, pistikud ei töötanud). Seega panime ööseks väiksema võimsuse ja kliimapumba, aga magada oli jahe. Hommikul oli aknast näha kuumaõhupalle. Klienditeenindaja pettis meid rahaliselt. Arveldamine toimus kohapeal sularahas. Tal ei olnud tagasi anda eurosid, ei olnud tagasi anda kohalikku valuutat. Ei tasumise hetkel ega väidetavalt ka järgmisel päeval. Kaardimakse "ei töötanud". • Candela (8/5): Fine - La localización era muy buena, justo a la entrada de la hiperapolis. Desayuno muy completo y te y café de cortesía. Si hay 3 coches, te quedas sin aparcamiento. Hotel de los años 80 donde las paredes son de papel y se escucha bastante a los de al lado.
• 프라체스 (3/5): - 위치가 좋음. 돌무쉬에서 케르반사라이라고 하면 도보 1분 거리에 택시처럼 내려주고, 다시 돌무쉬탈때도 아래에서 편안하게 탈 수 있음. 다만 겨울철 파묵칼레를 마을 입구로 올라가는건 넘 춥고 힘든일이라 남문으로 가는걸 추천함. 직원은 친절하게 여러 안내를 도와줌. 숙소가 진짜 오래된 민박집같이 노후되어있고, 카드로 숙박비 결제했다고 생각했는데 되지 않았고 카드 결제가 안되고 현금만 가능해서 돈을 뽑아와야했음. 숙소가 반층위에 있어 캐리어 올리는게 힘든건 당연하고, 방 전체 컨디션 노후화. 가전제품들 다 노랗게 변해있고, 드라이기는 첨에 켤때 이상한 소리와 함께 솔솔솔 바람 불어 머리 말리기 거의 불가능. 무엇보다 1월 기준 방이 너무너무너무 추움. 자다가 말고 내려가서 방이 춥다고 얘기했어야하는진 모르겠지만 너무 추워서 옷 하나둘 입다보니 마지막엔 외투까지 입고 겨우 잤음. 체크아웃할때 보니 리셉션은 히터켜고 자고있던데... 굳이 파묵칼레에서 1박해야할 이유를 모르겠고, 비슷한 가격대에 튀르키예 여행 숙소를 예약했는데 전 지역에서 본적없는 컨디션의 방임. 화장실도 하수구 냄새가 올라옴. 숙소 사진에는 방 사진이 자세히 안나오는데 꾸며진 사진 보고 당한듯

• Lisa (10/5): - Absolutely amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond – so friendly, attentive and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed from the first moment. The location was perfect, the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views, and breakfast was delicious. 10/10 – would definitely come back!
• Nerea (10/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado y ofrecía todo lo necesario para pasar allí la estancia, el personal es muy amable.
