• Ray (10/5): - The whole house was very clean and homely. It had everything you needed for cooking and iron etc The one thing I would change is the bunk bed situation A single bed would be much better. The bunk was very comfortable though

Well equipped kitchen, everything was perfectly enough for our 3 day stay Surroundings are scenic and green, we loved the woodland walk to the stream. Had a delicious hot breakfast in the village cafe just down the road. None
• Nicola Evans (10/5): Hazeldene cottage - The cottage was in a fab location in a small village close to two pub/restaurants a small shop, and a bike hire/cafe.It was a great place to walk from, there were several walks straight from the door.
• Paul (10/5): - A well equipped cottage in the centre of Parkend. Two pubs, village shop and bike hire all within a two minute walk. Nagshead Nature Reserve also within walking distance. Nothing affected us but I suppose it is worth noting that cottage is on two levels and so steps may not suit all groups.

• Than (10/5): I recommend to any travellers. - The cottage is in great location with full facilities where forest and fields are around for jogging to enjoy the nature. We enjoyed staying over two nights there and very pleased with the comfy place which is perfect for our trip. I will book to stay at this property again for my future trips. Not many local shops near by.
• Jan (10/5): A most enjoyable weekend. - We loved this little cottage. It was clean, nicely decorated & modern. It had everything we needed & the location was excellent for us as it was a 7/10 min drive from Clearwell Castle, as we had come for a wedding there. We didn’t really have any dislikes
• Geraldine (10/5): A lovely cottage in a quiet location. - This was our first visit to the Forest of Dean. Hazeldene Cottage was a perfect choice of accommodation. It is bright, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is lovely and very quiet, especially at night, so we slept very well. Jo's communication re. booking was excellent. We had a lovely stay.
• Maria (9/5): We will definitely come back - This was a really good property for a couple with dogs. It has everything that you need inside and you can walk the dogs from the front door. As soon as we arrived neighbours were saying hello and we felt welcomed. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic; what more do you need! The fridge is above the freezer and the freezer is too big for a holiday cottage
