• Rebecca (10/5): - Our stay at Wensleydale Halls was perfect! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. The welcome package is such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The cake was delicious! The host, Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful. She replied to any query we had very quickly. We had a gorgeous weekend at Wensleydale Halls and would 100% recommend it to friends and family. Nothing, it was perfect!
• David (10/5): It was ideal for our two night stay and would love to go back and stay a little longer. - The property is amazing. Each bedroom has its own on suite which is great when you are a group. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is fantastic, stones throw from the centre, close to pubs and restaurants. Nothing.
• Julia (10/5): Fabulous time with family in a beautiful home. - It was in a great position in the centre of Leyburn but very quiet. Parking outside the door. Big bedrooms with comfy beds, all en-suite. Very well equipped kitchen & nice living room. Lots of information left for us for any thing we might need. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

• Joanne (10/5): Home from home ❤️ - The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfy. Prosecco, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk were well received too which was a lovely touch. Grandson loved the games and the football table. We liked everything.

Nothing to fault and will book again in a heart beat. Thank you to Lucy who was always on hand if we needed anything and she even delivered the recipe for the home made biscuits when we asked. • Nicholas (10/5): Very relaxing and homely in a perfect location in Leyburn. - Wensleydale hall is fantastically positioned right in the heart of Leyburn. The property is clean, modern and very cosy with everything you could need. The cakes and prosecco on arrival was a nice surprise.
• Phil (10/5): Very comfortable and well equipped ‘home from home’. - Very well equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. All three bedrooms were en-suite and there was plenty of space. Parking space outside the front door was very handy. Very quiet, however, also very convenient for the shops. Only minor things, which really are suggestions , such as there were no egg cups (we like boiled eggs for breakfast) and no paper filters for the coffee machine.

Such a beautiful conversion, nicely decorated and we were able to park outside. We were kept informed by the owner and told when we could access the apartment early. We greatly appreciated the treats left for us! Liked everything

• BARRY (10/5): Wensleydale Halls Delight. - Fantastic location in leyburn,comfortable,clean and warm.Comfortable beds and great ensuite facilities for all the rooms.Great communication from owner Lucy.Lovely kitchen with all amenities provided and a welcome pack from the owner in the kitchen - milk,tea,coffee,sugar,prosecco and cakes - really nice touch.Highly recommend staying here. Weather was poor.

• Kim (10/5): We had a great few days here for the second time. The host is super helpful, friendly and contactable if you need her. T - This is my second stay at Wensleydale Halls and it didn’t disappoint. It is right in the heart of Leyburn close to all shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is also very well equipped if you decide to stay in and test your culinary skills too. The house is super clean, well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Although there is no official parking right outside the property you can park and unload no problem and there is free parking in the market place only yards from the property. Leyburn is a fantastic location to explore the delights of Wensleydale. Would highly recommend. Nothing to dislike

• Laura (9/5): Lovely village stay for a large family - Perfect stay for a larger family group, having three en-suite rooms was ideal. The location was great, very centre of the village, local shops very close. Lovely welcome basket from owner, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, very clean, and had all the things we needed. We was able to park right outside. We would like to visit again. the only thing that could have improved, was to have a toilet downstairs, but not a huge deal with having three en-suites upstairs, but otherwise perfect.
• Jill (9/5): Excellent property in great location, lots of space and very comfortable - Property is very well situated in the centre of Leyburn. Parking immediately at the door for one or two cars. Kitchen is very well equipped and spacious, with a good sized dining table for 6-8 people. Living room is cosy with plenty of sitting space. The two bedrooms we used were excellent - one was huge, the other very sizeable, both ensuite and very comfortable beds. The property is lovely and very clean. Nothing not to like, super nice property. But people may need to know that there is no outside space to sit and relax. But plenty of pubs with outside space a 1 minute walk away.

The property was in a fantastic location in the centre of town close to all amenities. Wensleydale Halls is of the highest standard, very clean , all rooms are en-suite and very well equipped. • Kim (10/5): We had an excellent stay in Lucy’s place everything was perfect and so central for all that Leyburn offers including a g - The property is in a great location in the centre of Leyburn. Although no parking it is easy to park in the market square which is only yards from the property. The House itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, and all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking at home. There isn’t anything to dislike about this property
• Katy (10/5): Perfect! Would highly recommend. - Beautiful property. High spec, clean and well equipped. Lovely treats left by the owner. Great communication. Would definitely return. A little cold but soon warmed up with the heaters on. It was particularly cold weather when we stayed.

Being very picky as this is a great place, maybe it would be good to have an idiots guide to the oven. Manufactures guide is available.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was comfortable, cosy and warm. It was fully equipped with everything required to present meals over the Christmas holidays. A toilet on the ground floor would have been useful but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay.
• Makayla (10/5): Wonderful pre Xmas break - Wonderful property right in the heart of Leyburn. Location is perfect with pubs and shops right on your doorstep. The property was a lovely size for our family, with large spacious bedrooms. Everything was immaculately clean with everything to a high standard. Communication with Lucy was fantastic, wouldn’t hesitate to return 😊

We loved the en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen diner. Lovely walks from Leyburn. Our host was very helpful. Nothing.

Leyburn is a pretty town and Lucy provided lots of information about local walks which were great. Communication with Lucy was incredibly prompt and easy before and during stay. We highly recommend this property as a great place to stay to explore North Yorkshire. Nothing at all - it was lovely.

• Andy (10/5): Immaculate, good sized, well equipped and brilliant location cottage for Leyburn and surrounding area - Just from our annual long weekend family get together. Six of us plus baby plus dog. The house suited our needs brilliantly. The three bedrooms are good size and the en-suites are a boon. The whole house from top to bottom is immaculate and newly fitted out. The kitchen is great size with big dining table so plenty of room and is extremely well equipped with everything you need. The location in Leyburn is literally just off the market square behind the Golden Lion pub with public car park adjacent. Can highly recommend this house. Owners communication throughout very good. Would stay again. Nothing

From booking to departing I had very good communication with the host, and will definitely use again next time I visit the area.

Each room was ensuite so no fighting for the bathroom each morning. Very well equipped. The property was quite cold when we arrived so would have been nice to walk into a warm cottage but didn't take long to heat up.
