• Barbara (9/5): Empfehlenswert! - Die Lage war sehr gut - zu Fuß war das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse war gewaltig! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Parkplätze in der Nähe sind ziemlich schmal, aber es waren in der Vorsaison genügend zu finden.

• Christin (5/5): Ich sehe, dass der Vermieter sich Mühe gibt und engagiert ist. Gleichzeitig würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Kommunikati - Preis Lage Schön renoviertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer Ich möchte meine Eindrücke des Aufenthalts teilen, weil mir ein respektvoller und transparenter Austausch wichtig ist auch wenn es mir nach einer früheren, eher konfliktbeladenen Reaktion des Vermieters (Rezension von Leonardo) nicht leichtfällt, negative Punkte zu benennen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war grundsätzlich schnell und er war bemüht, auf Anliegen einzugehen. Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich mich durch die sehr hohe Anzahl an Nachrichten, Erinnerungen und Nachfragen etwas unter Druck gesetzt gefühlt. Wenn ich nicht sofort antwortete, entstand bei mir der Eindruck von Ungeduld, was meinen Aufenthalt weniger entspannt machte. Als ich Mitte November ankam, war die Unterkunft ungeheizt und sehr kalt. Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und die Heizung wurde erst am nächsten Morgen aktiviert. In Kombination mit der Kommunikation rund um die Bedienung entstand bei mir das Gefühl, nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Auch die Küchenausstattung entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen: Es gab keine Schneidebretter, die Messer waren kaum zu gebrauchen, und für fünf Nächte standen nur eineinhalb Rollen Toilettenpapier sowie keinerlei Trinkwasser bereit. Die Wendeltreppe zur Dachterrasse wirkte stark verrostet, sehr eng und instabil. Für Menschen mit mehr Körperfülle wäre sie kaum zu nutzen, und insgesamt fühlte sie sich für mich nicht sicher an. Auf der Dachterrasse funktionierte zudem nur ein einziges Licht. Am Abreisetag wurde ich darüber informiert, dass ab 10:00 Uhr die Alarmanlage eingeschaltet und die Reinigungskraft bestellt würde und ob ich den Müll dem Entsorgungskalender entsprechend entsorgt habe. Dies schien äußerst wichtig.
• Ylenia (10/5): - Come dice il nome,una bella Casetta al centro della località..tutto a disposizione per chi si ferma un giorno e per chi una settimana. Una casa comoda,pulita e accogliente. Dove tornare a casa quando vivi fuori regione,e dove sentirsi a casa quando vieni in Puglia per passare le vacanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e molto apprezzata la cura del cliente.

• francesca (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - La casa è bella esattamente come nelle foto, in centro storico dotata di tutti i servizi, con cura dei dettagli (multi prese, asciugacapelli e persino piastra per capelli, prodotti da bagno e per la casa). Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze gratuito sempre trovato con facilità. Non abbiamo incontrato Salvatore di persona, per incompatibilità di orari, ma si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile. Soggiorno perfetto!

• Rebecca (10/5): Wonderful property. Would stay again! - The property had everything we needed. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. The large terrace was great for sitting out in the evenings. The location is great to explore the beaches nearby. Nothing.
• Razle (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the flat. It is wonderful place to stay in and to experience Puglia ! It is located in the city center of Manduria so it is walking distance from great restaurants and cafes. There is everything you might need for a long stay - Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each of the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. When we came to the flat it was very clean and prepared for our arrival. The host was great and very helpful, answered all of our questions immediately. The highlight of this flat is the terrace, great place to enjoy warm evenings with a glass of wine !
• Silvia (10/5): Charming retreat in a perfect apartment - This is a perfect place to stay, one of the best so far during our travels. Freshly renovated, beautiful historical house. The terrace is wonderful for breakfast and evening snacks, you sit on the rooftop, watch the roofs and listen to historical bells, beautiful! This flat has everything and is very charming. Also, it is very close to the best beaches in Puglia. I can only recommend. :) Everything was perfect, there is no downside to this apartment.
• Daria (10/5): Very clean, new B&В with perfect location - Great location and very clean appartament! The flat is really big, makes you feel like at home Very spacious rooms and separate kitchen are very clean and new. There are everything for long stay vacation: laundry machine, dishwasher, dishes, AC in each room, TV and coffee machine. Location is perfect, many shops and restaurants are around, and different beaches 15 min away. We always managed to find parking near by and entrance is easy to get, no stairs! Terrace is very nice and cozy. I really hope to have longer vacation in this clean, well maintained and comfortable accommodation! Thanks to host for great restaurants recommendations and wonderful service!
