John (8/5): Host Giovanni was very helpful - The location was great The stairs from the first to the fourth floor were too steep, too worn and unsafe. Tread depth should be at least 240mm and the riser height no more than about 190mm like the stairs to the first floor. The main bedroom light did not work. Make the default method for registration simpler than having to do something online. For example just text or email a photo of passport details.
Lagden (8/5): Our host Giovanni was great. When we reached out with questions the response was quick - The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean. Lovely views from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. It had everything we needed. Anyone renting this venue should be aware that there are 67 steps up to the apartment. They are old stone steps and somewhat uneven.
Louise (10/5): One item on our bucket list ticked off and all of our expectatations exceeded. - We absolutely adored the property. It was very quaint and exactly what we signed up for. It had so much character and it was actually quite sad to leave when we did because of how much we loved it. Giovanni was absolutely amazing!!! He made sure to take care of us and cater our every need, we honestly have no complaints. Such a lovely stay and highly recommend! Nothing
