- Danute (7/5): Patogūs apartamentai trumpam apsistojimui - Patogi vieta. Kambarys jaukus, švarus, labai patogi lova. Gerai veikė kondicionierius. Šeimininkas labai operatyviai pateikdavo atsakymus. Baisi laiptinė ir patekimas iki buto, užsikišęs dušo trapas, nuolatinis kanalizacijos kvapas. Nėra nei virdulio, nei kur pasišildyti maistą.

- Emilia (7/5): ... - Apartament calduros cu parcare disponibila in fata blocului. Zona centrala. Curățenie îndoielnică. Miros îngrozitor in baie. Bucatarie cu minime dotări (atașez poza cu toate paharele si tacâmurile disponibile). Nu are fierbător, cuptor ci microunde, aragaz.

- Ion Marian (3/5): Locatie buna, proprietar cu atitudine neplăcută - Atitudinea proprietarului a fost una foarte inadecvată. Mi-a trimis la 9:30 dimineața mesaj stresându-ma constant despre ora la care trebuia sa plec. Mi-a vorbit pe un ton arogant și repezit.

- Silviu (10/5): - Apartament modern cu pat foarte confortabil și mare. Cazarea e amplasată foarte aproape de centrul orașului. Parcare la liber în jurul blocului, dar sunt locuri suficiente disponibile. Plus: existența unui aparat de aer condiționat. Un minus ar fi mirosul ce venea din baie. Probabil nu e vina proprietarului, dar e puțin deranjant. O îmbunătățire ar fi existența unui aragaz sau cuptor cu microunde.

- Bogdan (9/5): Very nice loft near the city center - The loft is very nicely refurbished and very clean It's situated near the city center, but at the same time, not right next to the main road, hence it's very quiet The bed mattress is a little bit on the stiffer side The building staircase that leads up to the loft is very appalling, but that can be ignored once you get inside the loft

- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Studio looks great and clean. The space is pretty big and it was 2 minutes away from the place i needed to be. There was icecream in the freezer and mineral water in the fridge. A bit of a smell but i don't know what scent it was.

- Iovan (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very comfortable and the smell was pleasant, the shower is very spacious but it can get a little flooded :) Unfortunately the facilities didn't include a hairdryer or a electric stove or something to cook food on but other than that I have nothing to complain about, these are some few things I would consider adding if I was the landlord.

The apartment building where the studio is is about 50 years old and is not renovated, but the property is a 4-star hotel and you pay much more less than the hotel. The night is perfectly quiet, although it is in the middle of the city, but not quite on the main street.The host is also rated 10. Not applicable.
