- Taqela (1/5): Didn’t stay. Lady took my money from my bank and we did NOT STAY. Appalling . DO NOT BOOK VIA BOOKING.com with this priv - I was mid sold a stay from this lady, for this property, I paid for a booking for 1 night. However I went to drive all the way from Northampton and the lady said the property doesn’t take booking for a 1 night stay it is only 2 nights I BOOKED FOR 1 NIGHT ! Which I booked online via booking.com the stay was accepted for 1 night and they took my money all of my money ! I couldn’t stay there for 1 night ! The lady is refusing for refund my money! She is refusing to honour our stay for 2 nights for extra money ! She is refusing to refund. She was very very rude via the phone call. The customer service was appalling. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

The bedroom key was broken and we couldn’t close the room all night and it was some people there rent too and the appartement door was open. We feel so uncomfortable there is anyone can rent bedroom and you can’t even close it .

- Daniel (10/5): I had a last minute booking and what a wonderful discovery it was to stay at this property. Had a warm welcome by the ow - The property was very clean and in a wonderful location.
- Mark (1/5): Awful experience with booking and its owner - We liked the fact we never got to stay there judging by most of the reviews we have read.....not exactly complimentary reviews The owner changed our booking date without our knowledge then wanted to charge us an extra £75 to change it back as she wanted us to pay the cleaning charges even before we got there otherwise she would not change it back to the date we actually booked for!!....We declined. When contacting her to sort the problem out we found her manner aggressive and abrasive.....we could not stay on the changed date anyway due to work commitments...this didnt bother her and she still refused to put us back on the date we booked for unless we paid her cleaning fees up front!!
