Guest Reviews
- ADAM MOHAMED (8/5): Good place - Good Hot water wasn’t working well
- James (10/5): -
- Derrick Frimpong (3/5): Very uncomfortable. - Only thing I liked was the fact that there was space for me to sleep and park my car. The room was never cleaned while I stayed there, and my request to clean the room was never honoured. The host was not communicating well, had to drive around the spot for over 20 minutes before finally figuring out the location. The security man at the gate felt bothered anytime he had to open the gate. and the door in the room could not lock properly.
Room was never cleaned during my 3day stay even upon request, I was told the rooms are cleaned for long stays only.
- Itty (5/5): They need to pay more attention to customer care and be more proactive. - They didn’t serve any breakfast. I liked that it was quiet and serene. From the caretaker’s lackadaisical approach to everything, to the power units running out at least once everyday, to water running out at the same frequency and the internet ceasing very often, to finding out there really isn’t any pool as advertised on here, it made my trip feel overwhelming many times.
- Chukwudi (10/5): - Very nice and neat apartment
- Jafar (7/5): It was long, place was ok, but can be better - Was ok Was ok and good value for my money
- ofosu (6/5): - Specious, bed, kitchen Bathroom, water was constantly on the floor and I didn't know where it came from.
TV wasn't working as it couldn't connect to local TV stations nor Netflix and other digital platforms.
- Asare-sarpong (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): -
- ornela (5/5): -
- Torkanu (7/5): - The TV and bed
- Patrick (8/5): - the location was serene and quiet and was literally in close to all major places in the area. good food, drinks and entertainment. it was a restful time spent at Inaya. looking forward to going back when the time comes again.
- Ernest (7/5): -
- manu (5/5): Not bad - Was transferred to another facility which wasn’t kept well, had a lot of mosquitoes
- Elsie (10/5): Was fun close to the mall - The customer and how clean the room is Everything was good but I suggest that when someone stays for a long time they should decrease the price a bit
- Patricia (1/5): Avoid this accommodation! - Had to wait outside for over an hour after a 6.5 hour flight so they could put electricity in the apartment!
They were not prepared for me It was dirty, no towels available had to ask for one. Bed wasn't clean, had to sleep on top of the cover ( what little I got!)
I would not recommend this place even for one night!! 😔
- Abu (10/5): -
- Abdullahi (10/5): -
- Francis (10/5): I really enjoyed the apartment I will recommend for everyone visiting Accra - It was very spacious and very nice
- Anita (1/5): - The room itself was nice and the location is good, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend staying here.
Upon arrival, I was told the total cost was $147, yet I was asked to pay $169 instead. On top of that, the amount was converted to Ghana cedis at an inflated rate. Based on the exchange rate at the time, the total should have been around 1,400 cedis, but I was charged 1,981 cedis. I was told a “black market” rate was used, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to find another place, so I felt pressured to pay.
That same evening, the electricity went off approximately five times. The prepaid power repeatedly ran out, leaving my partner and me in complete darkness at times. This is not something guests should have to deal with. When I called for assistance, the response was poor and unhelpful.
I asked for new bedding after two nights, but I wasn’t given any.
Between the overcharging and the constant power outages, this stay was far below expectations. I strongly advise future guests to pay in dollars only or seriously reconsider booking here at all.

- Bropleh (1/5): -
- Nana Aferba (8/5): -
- Frederick (5/5): -
- Guest (10/5): Geweldig - Heel goed Alles makelijk bereikbaar Alles was in orde
- Lancelot (9/5): Very Good - Very good location with social amenities around.
- Daniel (7/5): Satisfactory stay - The location is well located I could easily assess social amenities and shops . The walls needs renovation and the bathroom room is very hot and doesn’t smell nice.
- Toffic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (7/5): Good -
- Frederick (8/5): Very good -
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Nafisa (5/5): Passable - Excellent location, next to a great mall. The appartment manager, Golden, is excellent. She is friendly and efficient and tries hard to sort any issues. Courtyard staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Security is good.
The appartment was attractive and comfortable on the whole, with basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to pay in cash when I arrived, which meant going to an ATM although it was dark and quite late. A modern facility should be able to take card or wait till the next day.
The TV hardly worked because of poor wi fi connection. Although work was done on the wi fi my room still did not have good reception. 3 days before my departure the TV was changed and worked, which appears to have been the issue all along. The smart TV has access to apps but since the aerial is not connected terrestrial TV cannot be accessed, which is a shame.
There was a gas cylinder fitting that was poor and I woke to a smell of gas the day after the cylinder had been changed. I did not feel confident to use the cooker during my stay and therefore depended on the microwave.
A pool is pictured in photos of the place but it was actually unusable as the water was scummy. The pool man was due to clean it but had not arrived by my first weekend there. By the state of the pool it appeared he had not been for a while.
There were several powercuts, which can't be helped in Ghana, however, putting the generator on was slow and one day it was not put on until the afternoon despite a powercut in the early hours. I was told this was because there was no petrol for the generator. A business accommodating residents should have petrol available at all times, particularly when the water pumps depend on the electricity to work, meaning no water to bathe except if stocked up on bottled water as I was.
The socket at the head of the bed needs an extension lead as it is located behind and towards the middle of a very heavy headboard. Without it, there is no way to use a mobile or laptop in bed while keeping them charged.
- Yaw (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Oluwatoyosi (8/5): My stay was lovely, the host ‘Golden’ was very welcoming. -
