• LauraR105 (6/5): Habitación porta susa - Piso con habitación con baño compartido y cocina comun (nevera microondas, vitro, cafetera cápsulas..etc.) con la básico para cocinar. Había un baño completo para cada dos habitaciones. Piso y baño bastante limpio. La habitación nuestra contaba con balcón y un ventilador de torre que vino genial ya hacía mucho calor. La ubicación estupenda a 2 min aprox d de la estacion de tren y metro de Porta Susa (hay dos metros porta susa y xviii de diciembre) que está bien conectada para moverse por la ciudad. A la salida de la estación hay parada buses grande, donde paran interurbanos y express, y el bus va al aeropuerto de tornino el 268 de arrivia. En la siguiente plaza de la estación (xviii de diciembre) para buses urbanos y tranvías. Sugiero instale algun tipo ventilar o aire acondicionado regulable resto del piso. El calor que hay sobretodo pasillo y baños. En el pasillo había un termómetro con botones marcaba entre 28-30 grados incluso de noche. No se podia regular. Los baños aunque contaba con ventilador para vapor y ventilar hacia calor de más siempre.

• Alizée (7/5): - Un grand appartement avec plusieurs chambres numerotées avec cuisine et salle de bain commune. Il y a une machine à lavée, un micro-ondes, un lave vaisselle, une bouilloire, une cafetière, des plaques de cuisson etc. Super appart, on n'a pratiquement jamais croisé les autres occupants et personne ne faisait trop de bruits. Le proprio est très communicatif et a bien expliqué les consignes pour rentrer/sortir de l'appartement en vidéos sur WhatsApp, tout était clair. Par contre il fait très chaud à l'intérieur en été, on a beau avoir un ventilateur fournis et ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit (fermées la journée) la chaleur reste à l'intérieur. Il fait vraiment très chaud dans la salle de bain aussi mais elle est bien équipée malgré tout. La rue est très passante donc bruyante si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit mais sinon ça va.

• Mina (1/5): It wasn’t good at all - Just the location It wasn’t clean at all, the toilets were dirty, lots of ants on the floor, the fan for cooling didn’t work well at all and during night and day we were swearing and we couldn’t even breath well🤬 the sheets were used for the long time. The last thing it was that because we had 4 luggages the owner didn’t accept to keep our stuff for 3,4 hours and said that will keep our stuffs by paying 😡🤯it was the first time I heard it!!!!

Buona comunicazione con il titolare La prima notte non ho chiuso occhio per colpa degli incivili delle stanze a fianco che hanno invitato esterni e fatto rumore tutta la notte fino alle 5 del mattino seguente ascoltando musica ad alto volume, fumando e mandando anche la lavatrice nel corso della notte.

It was a mockery. the rooms are on the first floor above the pizzeria. we lived above the oven! it was hell! as if we were being baked!!! it is very very hot in the hotel and the owner did not warn us about it! when we said it was very hot, he did not tell us about the pizzeria 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I do not recommend this hotel. Although this winter it may not be bad

• Manuela (6/5): Buena ubicación y bien de relación calidad precio - La ubicación es excelente y la relación calidad precio está muy bien. La atención del dueño nos pareció muy buena, muy amable y empático. Los cuartos muy buenos y muy completos, buen espacio de guardado y también escritorios para estudiar o trabajar. Incluye también toallas que me sorprendió mucho para el precio. Particulamente fui durante una ola de calor y al no tener aire acondicionado, tan solo un ventilador estuvo realmente insoportable. El baño y la cocina no tenían ningún tipo de sistema de ventilación (me refiero a aire o ventilador) y literal la temperatura marcaba 33 grados. Imposible estar allí adentro. La cocina no contaba con muchos elementos para cocinar tampoco y el baño me pareció un tanto sucio. Un día tuvimos que comprar papel higénico porque no había más.

• Zsuzsanna (5/5): Nyáron melegben még egyszer nem mennék erre a szállásra. - Az elhelyezkedés jó volt közel volt a vasútállomáshoz. A tulajjal való kommunikáció telefonon keresztül irásban történt. A az ágynemű gyűrött volt olyan volt mintha már más aludt volna benne mikor ezt megjegyeztem az volt a válasz hogy nincsenek meg az eszközeik a vasalásra ezért ilyen olcsó szállás. Külső hőmérséklet 35 ° volt benne lakásban se egy légkondicionáló se egy ventilátor nem volt ,és így légy alább 40 fok volt a szobában. Az ablakot kinyitottuk éjszaka nagy volt a zaj akkor sem volt levegő ha meg becsuktuk akkor aztán tényleg nagyon meleg volt. ugye írják vécépapír van a vécében hát sajnos ez sem volt. A hűtőben állt a víz a hűtő alján.

The room was spacious, the furniture was decent, and the bed was great. Late check-in worked amazingly easily, and during the night (especially after midnight) it was decently quiet. Other reviewers noted issues with the bathroom cleanliness - during my sta,y everything was okay. Also, the neighbourhood was great - shops were available not that far away, a wonderful pizzeria downstairs served dinner till midnight, and the train station was walking distance. There is nothing to be fixed. I will only note some noise and smell from the neighbouring rooms, the road and the restaurant downstairs - I loved this addition to my Italy experience, but I know some people will not like it that much.
• Mirko (3/5): La stanza è un forno - Vicino alla stazione Impossibile stare all’interno, impossibile dormire per via del fatto che con il caldo di questi giorni non era presente neanche un ventilatore. Aprendo le finestre per provare ad arieggiare di poco la stanza e provare a dormire, sotto la stanza è presente un ristorante quindi il rumore era elevato. Caldissimo e grida e schiamazzi per via del ristorante hanno rovinato la nostra permanenza. Non lo consiglio

Foi ok fazer check-in mais cedo! Toalha de chão pós-banho.
• Alessandro (5/5): si poteva dormire ma senza dubbio BISOGNA sistemare un po’ di cose - la posizione è stata funzionale alle nostre necessità, il luogo era sicuramente pulito. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per iniziare, ritengo non sia specificato sufficientemente bene che si tratti di una serie di stanze con bagno e cucina come luoghi comuni, dal modo in cui è scritto sembra si possa usufruire di servizi personali. inoltre proprio perché i bagni sono in comune, andrebbero fatte delle docce migliori, che consentano a coloro che condividono la casa di non trovare il bagno allagato dopo ogni doccia. Inoltre come gran parte dei turisti che giungono in una città con i check out la mattina dall’hotel, necessitano di avere un posto dove tenere le valigie fino alla partenza. Questo non è stato possibile e abbiamo divenuto pagare un altro hotel per tenercele. Inoltre la camera 1 dovrebbe essere disposta di un ventilatore o altro, poiché stando sopra al retro di un ristorante, dove sono situati i cassonetti dei rifiuti, aprire la finestra significa prendersi tutto l’odore del cucinato e del cibo avanzato. Così che non sia necessario aprirla nell’orario dei pasti.

• Aureille (9/5): Bon spot - Appartement très bien situé, proche gare, bus, flix. Immeuble tranquille. C'est une rue passante avec des voitures mais il n'y a pas plus de bruits que ça. Chambre grande et propre. Il y a une cuisine équipée, machine à laver... Les autres clients étaient respectueux, pas de bruits, de portes claquées... La chambre est au dessus d'une pizzeria donc odeur si on ouvre la fenêtre et bruit le soir. Salle de bain partagé et gros problème avec la douche, l'eau coule par terre et il n'y a rien pour essuyer. Ca serait bien de fournir des tapis de bain avec les serviettes.

No se podía respirar en las instalaciones comunes ni por los pasillos del olor a tabaco que había porque fumaban en habitaciones La limpieza del baño era casi nula, con hongos y lleno de pelos, ademas, no se respetaban por parte d los otros inquilinos el orden y dejaban tiradas las toallas en el baño

• Alessio (1/5): - l’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era sporco. C’era una stanza addetta alla biancheria ma gli asciugamani e altri indumenti erano per terra. All’interno di questa stanza c’era un sacco di polvere, non era una stanza conferme a ciò che doveva esserci all’interno per l’igiene. I due bagni erano sporchi, mancavano i detergenti per il corpo. Gli elettrodomestici come lavatrice e asciugatrice erano sporchissimi, non gli abbiamo utilizzati per questo. In più il venditore non aveva scritto nella descrizione che era un appartamento affittacamere.

Everything was smooth that Mr Riccorda had a good understanding manner. First of all we went there what we had been selecting with knowing that we were going to share the bathroom and the apartment. Having a clean bathroom was relating a little bit a luck to whom you were sharing with.

• González Martínez (4/5): Buena ubicación pero mal trato. - Las habitaciones eran muy nuevas y estaba bien ubicado. Tenia paradas de autobuses a 2 minutos que te llevaban al centro y, además, a 5 minutos estaba la parada de flixbus y flibco. No avisaron de que había que pagar la tasa turística en efectivo y cuando vinieron a cobrarla no me quedó otra que darle 10€ en vez de 9,20€. Se que 0,80€ no es nada, pero no me parece bien que no avisen. Además, no vino el propietario a cobrarlo, sino que mandó a una mujer que solo hablaba italiano, por lo que la comunicación fue muy complicada. También nos quejamos de que hacía frio en la habitación y el dueño no nos solucionó el problema.

Il est au centre des attractions touristiques de Turin Ce n'est pas grand chose mis à part les taies d'oreiller était trop dure et le manque d'information des attraits touristiques du centre ville et aucune place pour louer des vélos de ville
