- Karol (9/5): - Wspaniały ryokan! Obsługa była super pomocna i miła. Mieliśmy codziennie sprzątanie, świeżą pościel, ciepłą i zimną wodę wraz z pyszną herbatą. To prawdziwe, autentyczne miejsce! Dziękujemy za gościnę!
- Beate (10/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): - The staff was incredibly nice and the receptionist was very funny. They don't really speak fluent English, but they have a bunch of English signs to help guide you.
The breakfast was quite large. Being a ryokan, they served a more home-style breakfast with rice, pickled vegetables, slice of fish, soup, rolled eggs, Japanese croquettes, etc. Be sure to book a day in advance for the meals, though!
Me and my family had really good sleep there. It's proper etiquette to hand your keys to the receptionist when going outside the ryokan. They will perform room service while you're gone. Service is exceptional at the price.

- Bryan (9/5): - Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good Japanese breakfast. Room was clean, onsen was also nice. Location was great. - Onsen was sometimes too hot. I've been to other onsens before, but this one was just too hot on some nights.
- No parking - needed to park in a garage nearby. It also made it tricky to unload/load our luggage because we were afraid of getting ticketed while the car was parked on the side and we were moving our bags. They gave us directions and discount for the parking garage which was nice. But we were going to park for multiple days, and were unsure about how it would work if we're paying a day's parking-pass but wanted to pull our car out for a couple hours. We had trouble understanding their explanation because of the language barrier - I think they could prepare a pamphlet or FAQ in English for various parking scenarios.

- Zhengqi (7/5): - Nice vibes. Good history. Traditional atmosphere. Service keeps everything clean and tidy. Just too small. Everything is small. Bathroom is small, room is small, etc etc. Built when the average Japanese was much smaller than they are today.
WiFi not great.
Location also a bit further from city center than some other hotels.

- Marcel (10/5): - We stayed for 4 nights in Nakamuraya Ryokan and had a very good time. The rooms are pretty big for Japan and we like the public bath very much. The Ryokan is clean and the Staff is very polite.
We didn´t try the Breakfast but i looks nice.

- Riley (10/5): Traditional comfort in the heart of Sapporo - A nice, quiet ryokan very close to Sapporo Station (12 minute walk). The room has a good amount of space at the entryway for your luggage. The lobby was comfortable and warm, a good place to relax if staff is busy cleaning your room. The public bath has very good water temperature, nice and hot. You do need to drop off your room key at the front desk whenever you go out, but there was always staff there so it wasn't an inconvenience.
- Tomoki (8/5): -
- Kouhei (8/5): -
- Zsolt (10/5): - Kevés volt a konnektor.

- Youri (9/5): Very affordable Japanese style room in the center of Sapporo - Very authentic Japanese style room with Tatami floor and super comfy futon bed It felt a bit old and some dusty
- David (10/5): -
- Eleazar (10/5): Easy to find shin-ryokan. Friendly staff. Centrally located. - Loved the public bath times. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Centrally located to nearby places (like the mall) and close to station. The staff spoke a little english to us, so we could practice speaking to them in japanese. The futon was soooo comfy and warm! The bathroom in our room was small, but the public bath compensated for it.
- Noorazma (10/5): A remarkable stay! - -Safety briefing! They go the extra mile by doing this, what others don't do.
-They brought my luggage upstairs, readily placed inside my room upon check-in hour. I was out exploring because I arrived in the morning. Another exceptional gesture is that they placed a plastic mat under my luggage, to ensure the place was kept clean. I love this!
-They prepared one cold water and one hot water thermos in the room. Although there is no kettle provided, this is enough for me.
-Definitely the traditional building setup, interiors and all which is the ultimate reason I booked with them. And I love the fact that they provided the yukata, what a dream came true!
-I would say that having a spacious room in Japan is a luxury. It's like a mini house for me, a great personal space for a solo traveler like me.
-I will say that I loved everything about this place! I felt lucky that I was able to get a room like this even though it was just 1 month before my travel date. I would have extended my stay but the room was no longer available. -Need to drop/collect the key at the receptionist every time go out/in but I did not have an issue with this because I did not go out at all after I checked in.
- Nguyen (9/5): -
- Gabel (10/5): - The hotel is close to Sapporo station and the university botanical garden, which I didn't get to see during the winter. Sapporo isn't big so being centrally located describes a lot of places, but the location is overall good. Never was there in time for the lunch restaurant on the first floor. It was cash only for lunch, so be prepped. Rooms are comfy and futons cushy enough not to feel like you're sleeping on the floor. Overall good experience. It took me three days to realize I could take the remote for the air con off the wall and point it at the sensor to adjust the temperature. Felt a bit dumb when I realized.
- Emma Fairs (9/5): Nice traditional stay - Onsen was great, staff very helpful and friendly, loves the traditional room. Room was a little tired and worn.
- Hayashi (8/5): - The ofuro/ spa was a little disappointing. It was small and cramped - just small enough to fit in or two people. The water is half full and not hot at all, only warm.
- Luke (8/5): -
- Yuhan (9/5): -
- yasuko (5/5): -
- ayako (8/5): -
- Chen Yen Fu (10/5): -
- Damien (10/5): Value for money, traditional experience with onsen in Sapporo itself. - The location, friendly and welcoming staff, and the facilities were top notch. Also, well portioned breakfast, and nice souvenir selection and onsen. Nothing.
- Alex (10/5): -
- Arnaud (10/5): -
- Alex (10/5): -
- MARUTA (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): For the price, an incredible value and experience. - This is one of my favorite place to stay in Japan.
It seems very old school in how it’s managed and presented (the foot traffic suggests people have come here for years).
They have an incredible breakfast - up to 12 pieces all prepared to perfection. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are in the Japanese style and very spacious and comfortable. I learned a lot about Japan just spending a couple of nights here.
It is just a couple of blocks from the train station, the otari (Central Park) and the main shopping arcade, and a stones’ throw from the botanical garden if you need a walk to start or end your day. Perhaps a little dated, but in a way that added to the charm.
- Rezensionator (9/5): Gerne wieder in Sapporo - Schönes Ryokan, großes Zimmer.
