Yi-Ching (8/5): 房間設備很好，地點方便。 - 離JR山手線和地鐵都很近，附近有多家超商、藥妝店、餐飲店，甚至有營業到24:00的超市！非常棒！有小廚房要先到池袋掃QR code拿密碼才能回大塚入住，拖著行李奔波相當不方便。雖然說是禁煙房，但因為是公寓，其他居民仍會抽煙透過排水口排到房間內，需忍受這個不確定因素。

Pu-cheng (7/5): For the price at the location with the facilities, it’s recommendable for 2 people. - 1. This hotel is well connected to Shin-Otsuka and Otsuka stations within a 10-minute walking distance . 2.The space is prefect for 2 people. 3. Most facilities we need are available, such as extension cord, hangers, hair dryer, toiletries, and even laundry detergent and kitchen utensils. 4 The place is quiet. I. When we first entry the unit, there is some mixed smells, like smoke and wet. But for a while we get use of it by using air conditioning 2.The kitchen stove is not well cleaned, with some significant oily stains previous guests left.

David (9/5): Spacious, good balance of location and budget for Tokyo - Good amenities, kitchenette, washing machine plus consumables. Location was a good walking distance from either JR loop line or Metro station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and even a Uniqlo. Hot water sometimes went cool.
Josh (10/5): Very pleased with decision to stay here. - It was clean. I am very OCD and cleanliness is always my number one concern. Also, it had a washing machine, a nice drying room with hanging rack and a nice shower room.
