- Stanley (2/5): Nice place, great welcome pack BUT Our vacation was ruined by the noise factor in the bedrooms. - Small but adequate. Nicely furnished and kitted out with all necessities. Really clean and well stocked. Really nice welcome gift which was most appreciated. Unfortunately this cannot make up for the noise factor. Managing agent was very approachable and understanding. Unfortunately she was not able to deal with the major problem which related to location and excessive noise from nearby bars. There was no mention of the noise factor on the advertisement. They are well aware of the nightly partying that continues until 11:30 PM or later. No attempt has been made to try noise reduction, no sealing of front door and no double glazing of windows. So every night we were accosted with the rhythmic thumping from the DJ which sounded like it was in the bedrooms. We felt really strongly that this should have been included in the property description-after all we are visitors and do not know the workings of the town. So, we had little sleep during our stay which really destroyed the quality of our time spent in this incredible town.

Dealing with the property owner (Kirstie) was so easy and not only did she make sure all of our needs were met, but she went above and beyond. There's nothing about the property to not like. From start to finish, it's incredible.
- Riaan (9/5): Kirstie was simply the best - nothing was too much and she organised whatever we needed. - Excellent location in the heart of Plett. The views were stunning, the splash pool a huge benefit and beds super comfortable. The welcome basket was a huge surprise and very thoughtful. A few of the basics (broom, dishcloths, paper towels) could have been provided given that the apartment isn't serviced. Furniture in the tv/living room is too bulky and takes too much space.
