- DING (10/5): 入住体验非常好！ - 房东非常好，房子很大，院子非常漂亮。虽然离小镇有点距离，但小镇那边很吵，这里位置刚好，适合自驾的人。
- Olga (9/5): - Проживали не на вилле, которую бронировала изначально, а в номере на двоих в отдельном домике с шикарным видом (по просьбе хозяина поменялись с другими гостями, тк их было трое, и вилла была с диваном). Территория красивая, есть общая кухня, но к сожалению была занята другими гостями. Хозяин предоставил нам возможность воспользоваться кухней его собственных апартаментов для ужина и завтрака. Парковка на территории, хорошее расположение. Очень удобная кровать, и тяжёлое одеяло. То что нужно после 12 часов на границе. Спали очень хорошо, отдохнули. Если бронируете номер супериор (кажется так он называется) с панорамным видом на горы учтите, что к нему ведут 4-5 лестниц в горку. В ванной душ совмещён с туалетом и при использовании вода поливает унитаз. Двери между спальней и ванной нет. Только одна штора и душевая шторка... Соответственно звукоизоляции нет)

Вокруг неописуемые виды на горы Казбеги, живописные пейзажи, рядом протекает река и есть продуктовый магазинчик. Хозяин – человек с широкой душой. Настоятельно рекомендуем! Excellent villa with panoramic Windows, well-maintained territory with beautiful plantings and lawn. There is a separate kitchen house on site. All the amenities. There are indescribable views of the Kazbegi mountains, picturesque landscapes, a river flows nearby and there is a grocery store. The owner is a man with a big soul. We highly recommend it! შესანიშნავი ვილა პანორამული ფანჯრებით, კარგად მოვლილი ტერიტორია ლამაზი ნარგავებით და გაზონით. ადგილზე არის ცალკე სამზარეულო სახლი. ყველა კეთილმოწყობა. აქ არის აღუწერელი ხედები ყაზბეგის მთებზე, თვალწარმტაცი პეიზაჟები, იქვე მიედინება მდინარე და არის სასურსათო მაღაზია. მფლობელი არის დიდი სულის მქონე ადამიანი. რეკომენდირებულია!

- Ольга (10/5): - Большая , и очень красивая территория виллы, и вообще нереально красивое место , где она расположена. Наш дом был 2 этажа: чисто, красиво , холодильник на втором этаже.. Рядом отдельный красивый домик - кухня , с большой обеденной зоной и зоной для приготовления пищи, со всеми удобствами , включая стиральную машину. На территории много мест для отдыха, мангал, и даже небольшая красивая часовня. Очень радушный и. гостеприимный хозяин. В 10 метрах магазин продуктовый магазин. , со всем необходимым.

- Patrycja (9/5): I would stay there again - Set on beautiful grounds with few buildings dotted around, including communal kitchen/dining room, a little chapel, comfy sofas in the garden, which by the way is so beautiful and well maintained. In fact I regret I didn't have time to use and enjoy all the facilities. There were even yoga mats to do some yoga on the grass surrounded by pine trees. The owner of the place speaks very little English but we managed to communicate somehow. He's a very sweet man. Very eager to help, always asking everything is OK and working well. He presented us with a big jug of his homemade wine which was delicious! Very nice location, short drive to Sno, and giant faces, short drive to town, short drive to hike to the church and short drive to a very good restaurant. I thought I would regret not being in the center of town but it worked out perfect! Our studio was a bit on top with some stairs to climb, but that came with a beautiful view of mountains and the village, that we could enjoy from big windows. The studio itself was very nice, small and cosy , of course the view from the windows was unbeatable. The only thing, maybe it wasn't very practical, like no cupburds to put your clothes or baggage, or weird situation with sockets and light switches. Also the shower is tiny and over the sink. None of those things were a big issue. And on the plus side, there was fridge and kettle in the room, the heating so it was nice and warm, comfy chairs and still some space and good WiFi. And the view 😊

Even though he didn't speak any English, we communicated using Google Translate, and he was invaluable throughout our stay. The furniture (beds, tables, chairs) were very old and some were on the verge of breaking down. we were scared to move some chairs because they felt they were gonna fall apart.
