• Birke (3/5): Abenteuerlich, Typ Studenten-WG, Lage in Neukölln gut - Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Ganz kleine Räume, Rollo kaputt. So dünne Wände, dass man jeden Schritt, jede Bewegung und das laute Schnarchen der Nachbarn die halbe Nacht gehört hat. Gemeinschaftsbad nicht so sauber. Keine Mülleimer im Zimmer.

Leider hat man Nachts irgendein störendes Geräusch gehört. Ich denke es handelt sich dabei um den Boiler. Die erste Nacht war dadurch für mich etwas weniger erholsam.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were surprised about the construction, that was going on just in front of the apartment - so we couldn't use the terrace and open windows, as there were workers and construction going on to the fullest. No one wrote and told us about it.

• Hendrik (6/5): - Gute Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Viel Grün in der Nähe, ebenso Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwei Häuser weiter ein Katzencafé mit 3 Katzen und selbstgemachtem Kuchen. Mir persönlich war es egal, aber manchen anderen vielleicht nicht, deshalb möchte ich erwähnen, dass mein Zimmer im Keller war. Wer das nicht möchte, sollte vielleicht bei der Buchung einen entsprechenden Wunsch äußern. Ich selbst schlafe auch lieber in einem harten Bett, kann aber verstehen, dass viele Menschen das nicht möchten und ein Hotel sich das Mobiliar so zusammenstellt, dass möglichst viele Gäste zufrieden sind. Von daher: Leute, fragt bei der Buchung nach. Ich selbst tat es nicht, weil ich nicht daran gedacht habe. Der Aufenthalt war für mich trotzdem schön.

• Karsten (7/5): Coole Lage, einfach und günstig. - Sehr einfache Location, aber hyper sauber - so wie Duschen und Toiletten auch, und preislich sehr angemessen. Nur hatte ich Nachbarn, die um Mitternacht plötzlich einen empfindlichen Brumm Lärm veranstalteten. Vielleicht bin ich mit einer russischen Strahlenkanone beschossen worden? Ansonsten alles super!

Eles mandam por mensagem a senha e explicação de tudo. Você só chega no horário do check in e faz tudo por conta. O quarto é enorme, camas confortáveis, banho compartilhado super limpo e enorme. Fiquei duas noites e foi super tranquilo. Recomendo. Acho que só a localização que fica em um lugar mais afastado.

• Tobias (5/5): Aufgrund der Baustelle keine Erholung - Nette kleine Wohnung, die für ein paar Tage in Berlin ausreichend ist Baustelle direkt an der Wohnung. Extrem Hellhörig. Vor 7:00Uhr piepst bereits der Baustellenaufzug und Bauarbeiter schreien rum. Zudem ist die Terasse nicht nutzbar, da dort das Gerüst steht.

• Ydon (7/5): Basic accommodation. For a budget short stay it's a good deal if you only stay there to sleep. - The location is just great. The street is quiet and at the same time very close to two subway lines. Great access to both airport and railway station and plenty of shops, restaurants and other facilities within walking distance. Most importantly the property was clean. Check-in process simple and straight forward. The room only fits a bed, so it's pretty small. Too many rooms share one bathroom. Separate toilet/bathroom would have been nice.

• Jonas (4/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man kommt schnell von A nach B Die Haustür ist sehr heruntergekommen, am ersten Abend sind wir zurück gekommen und diese Stand einfach offen. Es gibt keine richtige Dusche. Nur eine Duschwanne mit einem Duschkopf ohne Vorhang. Man hört zwangsläufig alle anderen Bewohner, weil der Holzfußboden extrem laut ist. Wir sind unsicher, ob das Zimmer vor unserem Aufenthalt gereinigt wurde, überall waren kleine schwarze Haare.

Wenn man nur zum Schlafen da ist und nicht sehr lärm/Licht empfindlich ist es okay Es ist eine Wohnung in welcher der Vermieter einfach ein paar Trocken Wände gezogen hat um mehr Zimmer anbieten zu können. Dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig. Ein Bad/eine Toilette für 8-10 Leute ist in den Stoßzeiten auch knapp.

• Hanáková (7/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, v klidné ulici. Kuchyň s ledničkou, mikrovlnou troubou a varnou konvicí, nádobí k dispozici. V kuchyni byla i pračka a je zde i žehličká a žehlící prkno. Check-in probíhá přes trezor s klíči, informace s kódem a popis, kde najdeme pokoje byl dostatečný a proběhlo to bez problémů. Na krátkodobé přespání dostačující. Náš pokoj byl původně se sousedním 1, ale rozdělili ho přepážkou, takže bylo z vedlejšího pokoje prakticky všechno slyšet. Komu vadí večer hluk, doporučuji špunty do uší. Sdílená koupelna pro všechny pokoje, tak se někdy musí čekat

The only thing that could have possibly been better would be an ensuite bathroom or a few more appliances in the kitchen but this did not affect us at all.

• Laura (10/5): - La habitación amplia y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamemte. Había dos baños con lo cual nunca hubo problema, además estaban muy limpios. La localización es excelente, hay un montón de restaurantes alrededor y está bien conectado con el centro.

We wspólnej łazience duża wanna i ciepła woda była całą dobę. W kuchni brakowało płyty gazowej żeby zrobić sobie jajecznicę na śniadanie. Okna w pokoju strasznie zaparowane i brudne. W opisie jest napisane, że w pokojach jest telewizor, ale niestety tv nie ma w pokojach.

Neukölln kann man perfekt zu Fuß erkunden und über die nur wenige Minuten entfernen U- und S-Bahn-Stationen ist man auch im Rest von Berlin super schnell. Die Wohnung ist schlicht ausgestattet, aber alles da, was man braucht. Da man ringsherum genügend Lokalitäten hat, muss man nicht selbst kochen. Trotz der Zentralen Lage super ruhig. Hier und da merkt man, dass die Wohnung an einigen Stellen etwas Zuwendung bräuchte, aber keine gravierenden Sachen.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Absteige. Ich verstehe booking.com nicht, warum diese Unterkunft angeboten wird. Man sollte die ganzen Wohnungen lieber renovieren lassen und Wohnraum für die Berliner schaffen statt diesen Vermieter noch mehr Geld in den Rachen zu schmeißen. Normalerweise müsste diese Unterkunft einen Score von 1,0 haben, verstehe überhaupt nicht die hohe Punktzahl. Ich bin schon viel rumgereist in Spanien, Portugal aber so eine mieserable Unterkunft habe ich selten gesehen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist katastrophal. Es war viel zu kalt, obwohl die Heizung an war. Der Rolläden war kaputt und es war extrem hellhörig. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das "Badezimmer" war ein Witz. Es gab keine Abstellflächen und keine Haken, wo man hätte was hinhängen können. Man bekommt 3 Schlüssel, wo man erstmal eine Weile beschäftigt ist, welcher Schlüssel zu welcher Tür passt. Ich habe den Vermieter erfolglos mehrmals über Telefon und Emails versucht zu erreichen. So etwas darf nicht sein. Ich hatte zwei Nächte gebucht, habe aber vorzeitig abgebrochen, das Geld war natürlich verloren. Die Lage ist schmuddelig. Ich hatte Angst nach Anbruch der Dunkelheit rauszugehen.

• Armin (7/5): Für diesen Preis unschlagbar - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP, Betten ok. Ruhige Lage. Entfernung zur U-Bahn gut. Je nach Zimmer hört man Dielen knarzen. Man kann manchmal alles vom Nebenraum hören. Duschen im 1. Stock war nicht vorhanden, man musste sich ins Bad kauern. Das könnte verbessert werden.
