Stefanie (3/5): Wer wenig Anspruch hat und am besten selbst raucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. - - Küche umfangreich bestückt - bequemes Bett - Dreckig - klebriger Boden, versiffter staubsauger, muffiger Geruch, Flur stinkt durchgehend nach Rauch, eklige Couch - rauchende Nachbarn/ hellhörig - laute Straße - ehemaliger Pool mit Bauzäunen abgesperrt - Das Gebäude hat seine besten Jahre mehr als hinter sich.
Dorfner (7/5): - Schöne Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung. Problemloses ein und auschecken. Von außen alt und verlassen. Niemand an der Rezeption . Es war etwas heiß und stickig in der Wohnung. Wir konnten aber gut lüften .
Fabio (6/5): - La posizione è ottima. L'appartamento è ben strutturato. La fotografia dove si vede il giardino...è il giardino di un altra proprietà. Struttura molto datata e lasciata allo sbando. Nel.bagno c'era sempre puzza di sigaretta,come se entrasse da qualche altra parte. La Reception non esiste. Non c'è stato mai nessuno dall'arrivo alla partenza. Nelle stanze adiacenti sembrava che abitassero delle persone. Penso Ungheresi che lavoravano in loco. Insomma sembrava una struttura abbandonata. Di notte un caldo soffocante. Non si potevano tenere le porte finestre scorrevoli aperte per 2 motivi. Su una porta finestra, dove sopra di noi c'era un terrazzino abitavano in un bel nido delle Vespe che per poco non ci pungevano la prima notte di soggiorno. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a chiuderci dentro ed eliminare quelle entrate. Nell'altra porta finestra eravamo adiacenti ad altri terrazzini da dove in continuazione fumavano e il fumo entrava da noi,ovviamente non c'era l'aria condizionata. Io mia moglie ed i miei figli siamo stati in Austri perché Amiamo la natura...ma non c'è la sentiamo di dire che vorremmo ripetere un viaggio simile. Spero che mettano mano alla struttura e la riportino ad un aspetto accogliente, perché ha potenziale.
