• Laura (10/5): Felt like home! Great place, host and comfort - Very clean apartment, quite big size and with a comfortable bed, all the amenities you need like spices, coffee, soap, laundry detergent, kitchen tools, hair dryer etc are provided. The host was attentive and helpful as well. So far the best place we stayed in Croatia, would repeat ☺️ It took us as bit of time to find a parking spot even though there is a big free parking space in front. It was doable though. No elevator, but it is only 3 floors.

• Justyna (10/5): - I truly loved the design and the vibe! Even though the building itself is quite old, you don’t really feel that because of how the flat is furnished and equipped. There is everything you might need both for a short and long stay. Balcony views are amazing. Location is very close to the center, you can easily get there on foot. Marko is a great and communicative host and we are really happy we got to live in his place for a while :)
• Elisabeth (10/5): - Das Apartment bietet viel Platz und ist individuell und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter war es ein ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Marko versteht es, einen mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten willkommen zu heißen, ohne dass er selbst vor Ort war. Die Warmwasserversorgung erschien uns etwas unregelmäßig zu sein. Was wir nicht wussten: In Kroatien sind Lichtschalter und der Schalter für den Boiler häufig untereinander angebracht. Wie sich dann in der Kommunikation mit Marko rasch herausstellte, hatten wir versehentlich statt den Lichtschalter zu betätigen den Schalter für den Boiler erwischt…
• Mitchell (9/5): Charming apartment in Zadar - Really cute apartment, well furnished and very nicely decorated. Super nice balcony to sit and admire the view with a cup of coffee. The host was so nice and allowed us to check in early and offered to facilitate paddleboard rental. It's not too far to walk to Zadar old town and there's a supermarket right downstairs. Easy check in and check out. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking if you need it. The mattress was very, very firm. A bit too hard for us. It is personal preference, but it would really help if there was a mattress topper option.

• Ivana (10/5): Lovely apartment - Apartment Charlie welcomed us with a lovely holiday feel, amazingly decorated making our stay even more exciting. Balcony was a bonus and we loved our cup of morning tea or glass of wine in the evenings. Very quiet, safe area. Close to town centre, also close to many beaches. Grocery store is literally at the bottom of the apartment and we could just pop out if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here and will also be coming back.

• hanane (10/5): Top - Appartement décoré avec goût . Très beau bien équipé et mon mari a apprécié la cafetière c est notre 5 eme location pour notre séjour en Croatie et c est le seul où on a trouvé une cafetière avec des capsules. Merci pour ce séjour et la ville est sublime Tout était parfait

• Jakob (10/5): Exceptional - For a week it was perfect. The apartment (which is really tastefull decorated) is located in a nice, quiet area, with easy acces from the airport. There is a shopping market in the ground floor of the building for food and all your needs. The old city is a 15 minutes beautiful walk away. We had our 2 years old son with us, and he played in park and the play ground, which is 300 meters away. Marko is a friendly and serviceminded host, who is really helpfull if you have any questions or need some help with something. One of the best apartments, we've booked on Booking.com.
• Katrien (9/5): A good aptmt to go and visit the surroundings and of course Zadar city! - Nice appartment with a sunny balcony in the evening. We had some trouble to find the aptmt, but thanks to the host we succeeded in the end :-)
• Marek (10/5): The best place - Beautiful, spacious apartment with soul. Clean, well-kept, with everything you need. View from the balcony to the sea. Very quiet area. Bus and shop are very close. Walk to the sea takes 7 minutes and to the old town 15. The owner Marko is the most helpful and nice person. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend, we will definitely go back there.
• Elina (10/5): Exactly the experience I was looking for - perfect in every way! - My stay at Marko's apartment provided everything I needed for my trip: 1. A comfortable and enjoyable home base during work hours and on days with less-than-ideal weather. 2. A bed so cozy that staying in felt like an experience of its own. 3. Peaceful, relaxing surroundings and a pleasant walk to the Old Town. I was delighted that the apartment included a bathtub! I noticed that the hot water supply didn't quite allow for a full soak, but I still appreciated having the option.
