- Natalija (9/5): Good value for money, very hospitable hosts - Kostic Apartments is among the rare private properties that accommodate tourists in this part of Buljarica. It's a quiet place 5 minutes driving distance to the centre where you can find the only supermarket (closed on Sundays!). Buljarica is one of the cleanest beaches in Montenegro. It's a long rock and sand camping beach that hasn't been spoilt by urbanization and you actually get to enjoy the blue sea in one direction and green hills in the opposite direction. It has 5 beach bars and lots of free space. Neighboring Petrovac and Sutomore are a short drive away. If you're looking for nightlife, Buljarica is not the right choice for you. It is more appropriate for families with children. You definitely get some peace and quiet. There's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Lined by trees and greenery, the path could be idyllic if it were better kempt and if unconscientious tourists didn't litter around. This is the responsibility of the municipality, however. Occasional bins along the path might help the situation. Speed bumps on the small road leading from the Adriatic Highway to the property and nearby camp would prevent speeding that poses a threat to pedestrians, though I must admit cars are rare in this area.
