• BLG (9/5): Séjour très agréable. Hôtel confortable. - C'est un hôtel tout près de la gare d'Interlaken West, à quelques minutes à pied. Jolie façade dans un coin tranquille. L'accueil fait par Ines à la réception, chaleureux, nous avons eu plein d'informations et bons conseils. En plus, elle parle allemand, anglais, espagnol et portugais, et peut-être bientôt aussi le français. En tout cas, nous la remercions pour toute sa gentillesse. Notre chambre était grande et pratique, il y avait un plateau bouilloire avec du thé et du café à disposition et renouveler tous les jours. Les lits et les oreillers étaient confortables. La salle de douche était très petite mais pratique. La douche avec sa douche téléphone pratique et avec un bon débit. Une chose que nous avons appréciée, c'est qu'il y avait, malgré qu'elle était petite, des barres pour pouvoir suspendre les linges de douche et à main. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y avait du pain frais, du fromage et de la charcuterie, des viennoiseries, plusieurs confitures, des yaourts. On pouvait aussi demander des œufs dans différentes formes. Nous avons toujours très bien déjeuné pour bien entamer des journées de visites. La salle pour le petit déjeuner n'était pas très grande mais très sympa, style chalet. Nous avons séjourné trois nuits et beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons pu aussi discuter avec la propriétaire, une personne très agréable et sympathique. Conclusion, c'est un très chouette petit hôtel, une bonne adresse. Sur le lavabo, par contre, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place pour poser les affaires de toilette. Nous aurions apprécié des rideaux occultants pour avoir moins de lumière tôt le matin.

• Katherine (10/5): Muy buen alojamiento. Super recomendado! - La buena atención de las personas, muy amables, todo estuvo muy bien. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación de tren. La habitación cómoda y el desayuno estaba variado con huevos, frutas, cereales, quesos y jamones. Realmente todo muy bien. Excelente la atención de las personas allí. El hotel no tiene ascensor. Así que las escaleras están bien si no tienes equipaje muy pesado. Para mí estuvo bien. Pero es importante tomarlo en cuenta. Todo estuvo muy bien 🙂

De ter voucher de desconto para subir a montanha e que dar circulação livre no transporte público. Estacionamento sem pagar, um diferencial na Suiça. De ter uma varanda com vista para a montanha no quarto. De não ter elevador. Por conta dos degraus, ficamos no segundo andar, deixei uma mala no carro (não há perigo) e subir com a de mão. Como foi só uma diária, essa logistica funcionou bem.

• Christina (10/5): Beautiful family run place in stunning Interlaken - Only a short walk from Interlaken West train station, it is such a cute Swiss chalet with amazing views of the mountains. Family-run and was lovely to meet the kiwi hotel manager who kindly gave us a room upgrade and made sure the room was heated before our arrival. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, fresh fruit and pastry. They also give you a Interlaken public transport pass, so is very easy to get to Interlaken Ost train station if going up to the mountain villages. Would highly recommend!
• Callie (9/5): Perfect for a short stay in Interlaken! - Great location just a short walk from the train station, which allowed us to see grindelwald and lauterbrunnen in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast provided with decent options including eggs, yogurt, bread, fruit, pastries and more. Smaller rooms if you have 3 people but perfect for a short stay. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Нам приходилось питаться выпечкой))) В целом завтрак очень скромный, если в начале придешь, то успеешь на огурцы и помидоры хотя бы, в конце их уже нет и не обновят.

The balcony was loveley with a view of paragliders in front of mountains. A black curtain could be better in the windows to prevent sunlight in the morning.

• Anthony (3/5): Disappointing, expensive and very poor value for money - Attractive facade, great welcome from friendly staff; good breakfast, and everywhere spotlessly clean. Good location Our room didn’t have a proper bathroom, instead a washbasin in the room. A small toilet area with a shower alongside was accessed by an ill-fitting door which hit a bedside shelf as it opened. The shelf was insecure and in danger of falling off. A small sagging desk by the window had a single very stiff drawer and an open shelf under. Many other small maintenance issues. More like a hostel than hotel.

It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and all trains and buses depart from there. What’s more, with the visitor cards provided by the hotel, you can use trains and buses for free to get to many places within Interlaken. These cards also offer discounts on various activities – it was a lovely gift. You can walk to the town centre. Restaurants, shops, parks and supermarkets are all within easy reach. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. There is parking for 5–6 cars in front of the hotel, and there is also a large open car park nearby. When we were there, we had no trouble as the car park in front of the hotel was available. The breakfast is good and plentiful. It’s lovely that they serve scrambled or boiled eggs. We were very satisfied. Thank you. I think the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor because of the wooden structure. You can hear noises from the other rooms. You can even hear footsteps when walking around the room. There wasn’t a hairdryer in our room, but there was one in the room where our daughters were staying. We used theirs.

Breakfast provided is simply d'lish, with wood fire heating the room is warm and cosy Location is in a quiet area and walking distance from Interlaken West train and bus station with suitcases. Also walking distance to Interlaken Ost (East) however it maybe harder with suitcases Not really an issue, however I wish there was a safe box in room to store important items whilst exploring the beautiful surroundings.

As atendentes quase todas falavam português o que facilitou muito. O quarta era grande, limpo, confortável, quente. Banheiro em comparação ao padrão da Europa grande, chuveiro forte e quente. Localização excelente. Vista linda. Café da manhã estava delicioso com produtos locais e variado. Elas deram um passe pra gente que economizamos no transporte dentro da cidade. Se estiver na dúvida esse é o hotel. Gostei de tudo.
