Guest Reviews
- Lívia (10/5): - Everything was amazing!! Thank you ❤️
- Lana (3/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was spacious, although it had an open-air part on top of the wall, and when local neighbors were burning garbage next to the guesthouse, smoke was coming in, and it made it very uncomfortable to be there I rarely write reviews, but felt like this could save someone from a great disappointment. The guesthouse is located right next to a sound school, and I guess people who wrote previous reviews were there when it was not in a full effect or maybe I was there at some special time of the year. Not sure, but when I stayed there during two weeks, a really loud music started around 9 a.m. and kept going most of the day, often till late at night. Earplugs were not helpful. The sound was really irritating. Again - earplugs don't help at all. At least, that was my experience. The lady who is the owner is very sweet. She was cleaning every day, but she could not help with anything related to the noise complaints, unfortunately. She also barely speaks English, so could not assist me with any inconveniences. Also, I stayed outside the guesthouse for a couple of days to rest from the noise, and when I came back from the other place around midnight, people from the school were still there hanging out (yes, that late) and you always have to walk past them to get to ur room, and when I asked them if they could keep it a bit more quiet, because I could hear literally everything in my room, they started laughing at me and were being really, really rude. Some of them seemed drunk, and one guy told me that it's his house, and they can do whatever they want. Was sooo rude and arrogant. That didn't feel nice at all. That's not a hospitality you want to experience, especially in Bali. So, I messaged the property and spoke to the owner the next day using Google Translator. And, of course, they apologized, but the inconvenience didn't stop. The noise continued, of course, and I wasn't even feeling comfortable walking past the school participants that were so mean to me the other night. There is no privacy there at all. It was just a terrible experience, to be honest. And I had to check out sooner than I was supposed to

So, if you want to enjoy your vacation - rest, meditate, take phone calls for work, or even just get ready to step outside in peace, it will be challenging because of the noise. Again - earplugs don't help at all. At least, that was my experience. The lady who is the owner is very sweet. - Ayla (7/5): I loved it and wish I could stay longer but also i would need to invest in good earplugs for the legong nights - The host, mama, is lovely. Shes so welcoming and sweet. The room is clean, cool and dry! Mama cleans it daily as well. It is a lovely space, with a communal kitchen with the other rooms. It is very pretty and away from the business. It felt homey. Unfortunately, it is right next to a legong music learning school. So from about 6pm - 9pm every night there is Legong music. On sunday night the music went to 1 am which meant I couldnt sleep. If you are a heavy sleeper I think you should be fine. I found with headphones I could fall asleep, except for that sunday night.
- Burgh (10/5): Very comfortable. - It was clean and modern. The family was very friendly. Nothing negative to write.
