- Steph (7/5): - The appointment was huge clean and easy to access the local community. We was able to travel to Glasgow and Edinburgh I think the mattresses on both double beds could be changed

- Carroll (1/5): SCAM… Completely uninhabitable - Nothing… we had to leave as soon as we could find somewhere else to go. SCAM! Don’t book!! Photos not current. The thick black mould throughout this rotting derelict building that caused a stench making it uninhabitable and a serious risk to health. The grime on furnishings that prove you do not get what is promised in photos. Twenty calls to owner and manager Heather of “Caledonia Luxe Stays” (who admitted hadn’t been to the property for over 5 months) ignored or dismissed by ‘I’m investigating’ for over a week. This property is managed by an extremely unprofessional and unethical company. Nothing ‘luxe’ about this property. Front door wouldn’t lock. Surrounded by abandoned properties, filthy buildings and an unkempt street. Remediation by cleaners was minimal. It continues to be a property that would be detrimental to anyone’s health. No support or compensation provided by owner/ manager. I will be continuing to pursue this scam with legal support.
