• Craig (10/5): Great location with lots of cool restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Friendly reception - Excellent location down the alley street only a few minutes walk from the main road and the tianmenshan cable car. I had quite a large room to myself so it was very comfortable and clean. Not sure if they had dinner/breakfast options available, or a washing machine. Neither of which were a concern for my stay as I wasn’t there too long.

Si sólo quieres ir al Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie, recomendaría hospedarse en Wulingyuan. Habitación grande y cómoda con todo lo que necesitas. Está en una zona peatonal bonita, con mucha vida y lugares para comer muy buenos. Está en una zona un poco ruidosa, y es difícil comunicarse con la recepcionista, aunque te intenta ayudar.

• George (10/5): - Great facility,provides all the essential amenities,clean and comfy.I want to point out the most important.Mr Huang,the owner, is extremely helpful with everything but primarily with the arrangement of your tours.He will guide you till the last detail and definitely you need that guidance in Zhangjiajie.

• Yvie (10/5): - The lady who stays at the front desk is EXTREMELY nice and helpful and her husband is also super friendly and speaks English. She helped me book tickets and supported me in absolutely every request that I had (early check-in, late checkout, rescuing me after I got lost). Room is wide and clean, WiFi works perfectly. Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo are provided. 10/10, wish I stayed there longer!

Zona comune grande e accogliente. La gestione delle lavatrici / asciugatrici per noi non cinesi è da fare con l'aiuto dello staff
• NÚRIA (5/5): - La ubicación era muy buena, en un calle con un mercado y cerca del teleférico. La chica que te atendía muy bién. El baño porqué la ducha en medio y el agua no salía con buén chorro. Poco papel de váter, hay que pedirlo y claro estando en la cuarta planta sin ascensor pués cuesta. La habitación no muy agradable.

A 100 metri dalla cabinovia che porta al monte Tianmen ed in una zona vivace la sera piena di ristoranti dove mangiare se non si vuole andare lontano! camera un po’ spartana ma efficiente! Se non avete tante pretese é la camera giusta! Personalmente non mi piace avere il sapone per la doccia in busta! Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto!

Nous sommes arrivés sans plan ni tickets, ils nous ont aidé à réserver les attractions et à tout planifier pour les 3 jours où nous sommes restés. Un couple en or, qui en plus propose des chambres très confortables pour un prix très compétitif. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

• Anonymous (10/5): Would recommend ! - Excellent place and for the price was amazing, I even got a better room with no charge, the staff was very nice and helpful, he helped me to know how to get to places, what buses to take and showed me in a map, has a good location , it’s very close to the tianmen cable car A entrance like 5 min walk and 1 hour bus from the national park and the gran canyon , since the bus central station is very close was very easy to go to this places for a cheap price. The place was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit The staff doesn’t speaks English very well so it was harder to communicate, they also don’t take credit card to pay things just a bit inconvenient because my Alipay Didn’t work and I had to go look to withdraw cash

• Phoebe (10/5): Best homestay we’ve stayed in. Incredible owner, everything was perfect. - The owner is amazing! Excellent English and helped us book tickets to the parks for a discounted rate, walked us to the bus stop to Wulingyuan and gifted us tea. He really cares about you having the best experience. Incredible location to the Tianmen Mountain cableway and lots of food options around. Room was large, comfy bed, clean and hot shower. Bathroom needs a non stick mat as the tiles get very slippery when wet. Noises from the road in the morning but didn’t bother us since we were already up.

• Inaki (10/5): Great find and incredible staff. - Very good value for money. Basic but comfortable rooms, lovely staff, i was invited for lunch with him and friends after one of my hikes and even after check out i was allowed to rest at his other accommodation around the corner for a few hours until i had to go to the airport. He was great at getting my tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tiamen mountains and suggesting routes in the parks.

• Renata (10/5): Great stay - Perfect location right at the cable car to Tianmen mountain, room has everything that's needed for a great stay. The owner is incredibly kind, speaks great English and helped us plan Zhangjiajie National as well as Tianmen mountain, helped us order food and was always available for all our questions and needs. We could use the washing machine and hang our clothes on the rooftop. We were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the homestay!!

We arrived late to the hotel but he helped us settle in and arrange our tickets (and plans) for Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie Park. Across the lane way is also a nice breakfast/snack place. Again, our trip was great and and a lot of it is credited to Mr Wong! N/a

My room was massive, plus I had a desk and a lamp that I can work with remotely so it was great. Bed very comfortable. Ohhh and the location! Just walking to the main bus station, to the cable car and the food market. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 🙂
• Maciej (10/5): Great value, helpful staff - Great location if you are thinking of visiting Tianmen Mountain, it's 5 min walk from the cable car station. The owner is friendly and helpful, he explained all the options to us and helped to get tickets online which was very comfortable. The room was clean and had a washing machine and drying space on the roof. Some of the trails at the park were closed due to the weather. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but something to consider if you're going during off season ;)
• Kam (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Wang is a very hospitable host. He has full knowledge of Zhangjiajie touristic spots. He always makes good suggestions to spend your holiday. I'm well looked after by him and staffs. I hold no reservation in recommending anyone to stay at his Homestay either for long or short visits. He can make your stay more enjoyable and memorable.
• Cassar (10/5): Perfect in every sense of the word. - Everything. The host was very helpful. being himself a tour operator, He organized all of my tours and arranged for transportation to and from the tour locations. He immediately became my friend. I will go there again in a few months. Nothing.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in the city. The price is unbeatable for the location, just a stone's throw from the cable car. The bed were super confortable !! The owner speaks English which is rare in the area and he will be able to give you good recommendations :) My bedroom window couldn't close all the way. I'm not a cold person so it didn't bother me even in December but someone who gets cold easily might be bothered.
• Hélène (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable room. Fully equiped (soap, towel, water, heating,...). Very good location, next to the cable car of Tianmen. Lots of restaurants around. Mr Huang is very nice and caring and will give you informations for visiting Tianmen mountains. Possible to store your luggage after check out.
• Pedro (10/5): Everything was perfect! - - Good location (very close to Tianmen Mountain Cable Car) - Owner Huang is super attentive and kind, gave me many tips about my itinerary - It’s clean and with free water and amenities - Very comfortable, everything working well - I had to cancel 1 night and he accepted cancellation for free - It’s possible to leave the luggage there for free after checkout Just perfect stay! Tip to find: black and white deer symbol.
