• Juliana (8/5): Estadia tranquila, lugar limpo e com ótima localização. - A localização é excepcional! A entrada do metrô fica logo em frente, não é longe da praia, e seguindo a rua é possível encontrar mercado, padaria, restaurante, e vários tipos de comércio, atendendo a todas as necessidades. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado e a pronta resposta dos anfitriões foram decisivas na nossa entrada! O apartamento é bem pequeno, mas muito confortável para hospedagens rápidas ou para viagens onde o apartamento é usado apenas para dormir.

• Barbara (5/5): Ok, mas poderia ter sido muito melhor - O flat em si não é ruim. Mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, muita poeira e utensílios bem sujos e engordurados. Tinha muuuitas baratinhas, ficamos dois dias e matei umas 10 nesse período
• Svenitoo (1/5): Very bad stay - The only positive thing about this apartment was the location - close to the subway, shopping opportunities and the beach. We booked a stay here over Christmas 2024, specifically 4 nights. The check in instructions were given to us and everything went smoothly. But as soon as we saw the apartment we were very very disappointed. The apartment was not cleaned, in the bathroom / shower were hairs from previous guests everywhere. The floors in the kitchen were dirty, there were leftovers of old food and cockroaches in the fridge and the overall cleanliness was more than neglected. This could still be "okey", but the digusting sheets from the previous guests (with hairs and body hairs) on the bed are is a big NO GO! Because we had a really long flight and were super tired, we stayed there and suffered the first night. The next day we decided to cancel our stay, mainly for health reasons and a because the fridge stopped working. Cockroaches and other insects were crawling out of every corner in the kitchen and bedroom. The cupboards in the kitchen were full of secretions of these creatures. This is not how we imagined our Christmas. We absolutely did not feel good and comfortable in this place. Vanessa (probably the owner) offered us (via Whatsapp) a cleaning lady for an additional cleaning. However, we refused, because this apartment needed a major and general cleaning! We did not ask for a refund for the first disgusting night, nor for the second night (which we were not there anymore), nor for the third night, only for the last one, because the price of the apartment for this quality= mess was really high and we already paid the whole amount. Vanessa promised us that she would inform us when she had the money on her account from Booking. Of course, she has not responded to any of my messages since then. I consider such behavior to be incorrect. We do not recommend this apartment at all.
