• Kleber (6/5): - Local limpo e organizado Recepção tive problema para entrar duas vezes na chegada e quando sai na volta não deixaram eu entrar tive acionar o responsável que liberou na entrada fiquei com uma criança e dois idosos pra fora do AP até a portaria liberar isso 1hora da manhã

• rinaldo cafe (9/5): voltarei em breve - serviço de portaria pessimo, pedimos entrega de pizza para nos alimentar pelo endereço de referencia e ao sair da portaria me fizeram dar a volta no bairro para entrar a pe na acomodação. Achei ridiculo
• Mariana (9/5): É aconchegante mesmo! - O apartamento em si é muito adorável. Gostamos bastante, chuveiro bom, sofá e camas confortáveis, tv e internet bem satisfatorias, realmente muito agradável a nossa passagem por lá! Ressalvas sobre: Os ventiladores de chão: ambos que tem no apartamento estão com problema. Mas, é coisa simples de se resolver. E toalha de rosto e banho que estavam úmidas no varal, não achamos muito elegante. E o varal é muito alto, então não conseguimos pendurar as toalhas.

• Valcezi (5/5): Leia antes de alugar... - Gostei da localização, apesar de ter sido instruída que era pra entrar pelo portão 2, não fui avisada que este portão era em outra rua. As camas eram confortáveis e havia guarda roupa e espelho. O apto é aconchegante, mas precisa melhorar algumas coisas... Não gostei de ter chegado no local e ficar do lado de fora esperando com minha mãe de 83 anos,pois a anfitriã não havia terminado a autorização. Também não gostei do vazamento que havia na cozinha e ter que secar o chão de 3 a 4 vezes por dia. Pouquíssimos talheres.... E no penúltimo dia o chuveiro parou de esquentar. Por ser no térreo, as pessoas passavam conversando na nossa janela. Enfim, não foi como o esperado. Espero que melhore o apto para os próximos inquilinos.

• Mozart Archilla (4/5): Has potential, but owner needs to furnish it better and be more responsive - The apartment is not old, and had basic functioning appliances and features - fridge, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, water, toilets all worked. The apartment was very bare bones; not a lot of helpful items were available, such as a pizza pan or charging cables; pillows and bed sheets/blankets seemed to be very cheap and not very comfortable. There was only the remainder of one toilet paper roll, no paper towels, no garbage bags (even though the instructions told us to have all garbage in bags at the end of the stay). The shower door is not well sealed so the water pools quite a bit. The fridge had an issue that made it also leak, apparently, and there was water pooling on the kitchen floor as well - we only discovered it after I asked the owner about it, it would be great if they warned us in advance about that so we could set our expectations accordingly. It's a bit tricky to handle the security at the building complex as well. Sometimes we were locked out of the building where the apartment is, and would have to call the reception to open it for us; getting food at the reception is a bit of a hassle, lots of obstacles just to get out of the complex to greet the delivery person, and hard to get back in. Maybe including a step-by-step on how to handle these things, and adding the key for the building to the set that is dispensed in the lock box, would help. The owner was communicable and courteous at the beginning, but later in the stay, we were just plainly ignored - we asked about batteries for the TV remote, which stopped working two days before we left, and we got no response. We actually have never heard from them again, even after checking out.
