• Niek (8/5): - Net ruim apartement,waar alle basic elementen goed geregeld zijn. Wasmachine ,vaatwasser etc. Goed en direct contact met de staff. Prima De verlichting in het apartement mag wat beter( vnl gedimder) . Nu zelf wat lampjes neergezet.

• Márton (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and clean room, easy access, amazing location, quiet area. The accommodation was very close to all the modern architecture of Rotterdam Public transport is a bit hard to access from the place. There are buses nearby, but most of the time you have to walk a lot. There should be a parking space included in the price.
• Noor (1/5): Cleaning was not done well, not able to enter via the code system and kitchen was not fully equipped - Location was good. It was pretty well priced. But overall I would not recommend to stay here. When we arrived, we could not enter our room, the code seemed to work but the door would not open. After receiving a new code and waiting and calling, it still did not work. It took about 45 minutes to figure out that the battery of the device was empty and the door could not open via the code. We were instructed to retrieve the physical key and had to walk through half the building. This took quite a long time, because it was unclear where to find they key. Overall a very frustrating and long process (over an hour) to enter our apartment. After being in the apartment for about 4 days, we found out the oven was not functional. We were cooking and wanted to put our dish in the oven and the oven did not respond to anything (none of the buttons seems to be functioning). I sent a message about this immediately nothing was done to fix this issue (I have sent numerous messages to follow up on this issue). Very inconvenient as we were staying over a month in the appartement. Halfway through our visit we wanted to enter the building and it turns out the device to enter the building (via code) was removed. We called and they told us some type of maintenance was going on. They told us we should be able to enter, as the door was left open. As this building is also used by people who actually live there, the door was of course not open as they have keys and close the door (very understandable as it is not good that everyone can just enter the building). Therefore, we had to call every time we wanted to enter the building or wait for someone to enter or leave. And the apartment was not actually cleaned during the weekly cleaning. The apartment is vacuumed and the bed is made, but none of the surfaces are being cleaned. We stayed for 4 weeks and this was not what they had described beforehand, it was supposed to be a full cleaning. Also, we did not receive new towels after the last cleaning. Luckily, we had brought some of our own, but this is of course a very inconvenient.

It had needed appliences like oven and washmashine The location is a bit hard to reach as its in the island, but I could have know that. Only bad note would be to have more utencils for the kitchen, there is not a single spatula for cooking something small.

• Zhino (9/5): I will choose it again! - The location was great, though I expected a better view from my room. It would have been nice to have more coffee provided, especially for a 5-night stay. However, the place was very clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my time there. Overall, I would choose to stay here again. I would have appreciated receiving earlier notice about the deposit. Additionally, I was surprised to find that I had to take out the trash myself. I was informed that my room would be cleaned at least once during my stay, but no one came to do so.

• Anna (4/5): It's cheap. Very cheap. And it's not a real hotel, it's an AirBNB - The room was well furnished and mostly clean. The room was equipped with a working microwave and fridge, as advertised. And I had to add a third sentence for this review to be able to be posted which is just great! -We got locked out of our room one day and after 45 minutes nobody picked up on the emergency line and we were inexplicably let back in -The cutlery in the room was dirty and there were no spoons. -2 days before the check out we received an email saying that we have to dispose of the trash in a public trash can or else they will keep our deposit. -The hallways and elevator were filthy even right after housekeeping came through. -On the day of the check out we were given a 12 step guide on how to check out, again threatening our deposit if we didn't follow all steps exactly. Steps like: "Put all cutlery in the dishwasher", "Remove linen from the blankets" and "Turn the thermostat to 15C°" I thought that's what the hotel gets paid for and there was no prior mention of any of this. -The day *after* the check out the Hotel put a second hold on my credit card (in addition to the one I agreed to) locking 600€ (instead of the agreed upon 300) on my account for a total of two weeks all while demanding that I leave a positive review.

The apartment is very clean, the big bed is very comfortable, dishwasher/fridge/washer machine/coffeemaker/TV/etc - everything works as expected. The kitchen is well-equipped. And the apartment is very spacious (there is even a balcony). There are no keys - there is just a digital pin you can easily enter with (very convenient). The location is smth incredible - 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and at the same time, the house is surrounded by water. I spent amazing and comfortable weeks here. WIFI is also very fast. Highly recommend! Nothing at all, everything is sooo amazing!

Very nice view from balcony (15E). Room for improvement: airco wasn’t working, no lights next to the bed and no kitchen towels. Also some sort of table close to the sofa would have been practical.

I cannot fault this apartment at all! Very close to shops like Aldi, close to buses and trams. It has one beautiful view outside the apartment. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to family and friends. N/a

Bedlinen wasn't changed from the previous guest. a huge stain like blood on the sheets. I took a picture and sent it to the reception. The response was quick and an apology. I stayed 7 days, and the instructions on the email were that the staff comes every Thursday morning. I left the door open and went out for a few hours, but the apartment wasn't cleaned. But it's a good thing I managed to wash the linen . Beautiful and friendly place but poor service from the cleaning staff,so disappointed.

• Alina (10/5): I am so happy we booked this place! - Everything was much better then we had expected! There was a pretty good view of the city, 2 bus stops close by, a supermarket very close, everything you may need to cook a meal. I would book this place again if I ever go to Rotterdam again! We had a washing machine but didn't get the detergent or softener, we had to buy it and also had to buy waste bags and we were told to not leave anything behind so for a short stay, its not convenient.

• Oleg (8/5): Nice time in Rotterdam - I liked the apartment, modern, clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good kitchen, with microwave and grill function, which I never learned how to use. Even has a washing machine in the back room. The location is also quite convenient - metro and streetcar in walking distance, Aldi store nearby. Very quiet, well maintained and peaceful neighborhood. It would be great if the cutlery set also included spoons (I couldn't find any and had to buy disposable ones). A toaster would also be nice.
• Reyes (7/5): Good - Position, automatic check-in, cleaning, comfort of bed and sofa. Quiet I didn't like the approach of the Alphabet Apartments Team. The code of the building door didn't work and I had to internationally call them to open me remotely (they provided a key afterward). No hangers for towels in the bathroom. No small light close to the bed. Only 1 fork in the cutlery One of the elevators didn't work. Also, They just provided 4 capsules of coffee (one of them decaffeinated) for two people for 5 days...no laundry detergent either, even if I kindly asked for both of these things. I think these cheap details really can make a difference in customer's opinions, comments, and feedback at the end of the stay. The position is calm and cool, but I would probably avoid the "island" next time cause metro stops are far and there's only one bus (32) every 20-30 mins.

• Jessica (7/5): Good - location was great- very close to the city centre by foot and the walk along the bridge was beautiful. It was close to everything we needed, and the room also was comfortable to do our own cooking etc. I recommend this place for longer stays. The location is also close enough to most things, but quite quiet and remote. THe property was also very responsive and accmodating to my early check in request which was greatly appreciated overall, our stay was great! There was a just a few minor things; we wouldve liked maybe more frequent cleaning or more cleaning supplies to at least do our own cleaning as it got messy over the 9 days we were there and only had the cleaner come once during that time. The place was also missing spoons, and we noticed some of the cups were a bit dirty. the room was overall clean but a just a random few things missing

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely apartment, could do with a few little pick ups but overall I would definitely stay again - Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Shower was good pressure and stayed warm. Bed was 10/10 comfy and balcony to open in the mornings was beautiful. Washing machine was very helpful No toaster, more toilet paper and maybe a toilet gel as we had to buy our own and a laundry tablet or 2 maybe with the dishwashing ones. Instructions on how to use the oven because we could only figure out the microwave and didn’t want to risk breaking anything.

• Vladislavs (9/5): Upscale, but not uptight - The apartment had Nuki devices installed, so no physical keys were necessary to enter the premises, as well as the apartment itself, just a pin code. The place had all the necessary ammenities, the kitchen had all the cutlery and toiletries were available in the bathroom. The staff was amiable and provided all the necessary info in advance. This was not a factor for our stay, however worth noting that the TV had pixel streaks, but the only way you could tell, is if you’d turn it on, since there were no visible cracks on the screen. The alphabet apartment team stated that they placed an order for a new one, but given our relatively short stay, we didn’t live through it coming to frutition. Hopefully next attendies well enjoy a new TV.

Very clean and tidy as well and the cleaning lady from The Dominican Republic was very nice and professional. Although situated on the relatively quiet Noordereiland it was still in walking distance of Rotterdam city centre, the Markthal and Wilhelmina and Blaak metro stations. The paid city parking outside The Hendrik can become very expensive, but the Alphabet team provides guidance on this. I would suggest using a budget-friendly parking app or getting registered with Gemeente a.s.a.p. to avoid charges or fines.

• Chia (9/5): Superb - The view from the balcony was so great, and you can see the fireworks without going out. The room was comfortable and cozy. The check-in&out were easy with code. There was a supermarket just nearby which is quite convenient. Will recommend this place. There was lack of spoon and ladle or spatulas in the kitchen, so it was a bit inconvenient when cooking.
