- JOS ALUKKAS (9/5): Excellent stay - Outside the room there was a storage for the hose keeping staff and until late night there was a very loud conversation happening outside our room, making it impossible to sleep early. The staff need to be made aware of the same, and the storage cabinets need to be shifted to another work place and not outside accomodations for guests. 2. Your Booking com partner needs to be specific about with Breakfast / Without Breakfast. Simple and clear commmunication is better than beating the bush

The Hotel reception is saying that the twin bed for 3 persons not available here and your booking website showing wrong information. Finally we don't have any other options and we took two double rooms for obe day

The staff were so helpful and friendly. A suitable location to reach different parts of Trivandrum. A calm and quiet location without the hectic din and buzz of the city and the traffic. Really Good. There was nothing that we really didn't like.
